962  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You only lose if... on: June 19, 2017, 11:11:44 PM
You will only loose if you become negligent to your original plan into trading, or become impatience of waiting
while you hold  your coin in a long term.
963  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Candlestick Question on: June 19, 2017, 11:04:03 PM
Hi Everyone,

I am trading for the first time on Bitfinex, and have what's hopefully a simple question.

In the image above, I put a box around two candlesticks. From reading articles, I'd expect the open and close prices to match up. But then why does the top of the first candlestick not align with the top of the second?

Thanks in advance!
as I understand in the candlestick  green is the buyers and red is the sellers, then aside from that the line which
I saw in the chart is idon't know the exact meaning of it.
964  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is 1000 btc Possible on: June 19, 2017, 10:57:17 PM

1000 btc is very much possible if you had a lot of money if you invest it in different altcoins that are mostly listed
On the top 20 listed at coinmarket.com Like litecoin, waves, xem, maid, bay, eth and others.
965  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people hate? on: June 19, 2017, 10:45:44 PM
Hating someone is our free will to choose. But as much as we can we must not apply it to anyone.
Instead we must love them as we loved ourselves. Smiley
966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If BTC splits, what happens to my coins in my wallet? on: June 13, 2017, 11:19:41 PM
So all this talk of a hard fork, which i essentially understand...

But if such a thing happens. What happens to the BTC in my wallet if it splits?

I am less interested oin what it will do to value etc, that is another topic. but do I now have two lots of BTC. what is the process of tirning for example.

One wallet with one BTC before the split, to two wallets with the two resulting coins?

Laymans terms please.

If you have the private keys to your wallet in the case of a chain split you would be able to access and send coins from both the chains. There is a possibility of double spend and also the confirmation would be linked to both chains. For example, if you send from chain A you would have to wait for it to be confirmed on chain B. And most likely bitcoin exchanges would come up with chain splitting services, allowing users to convert and send from just a single chain. At the end there would be only one chain, BIP148 or legacy.
Do you think mate this will really be happen? because if this will be implement, were going to have a double spend like what you had mentioned in the confirmation. Actually, I got confused on this thing Honestly speaking.
967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin banned in Ecuador on: June 13, 2017, 11:11:24 PM

In 2014, all the cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin was banned by the government in Ecuador. This was followed by the introduction of the country’s own digital currency, the Dinero Electrónico.

However, defiant Bitcoin users still continued using Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. In fact, Bitcoin use in Ecuador has spiked due to the recent price rise.

Do you think that the Ecuador government will freely allow the use of Bitcoin as its popularity increases?

It will surely that ecuador will revoke what they did into bitcoin just like what Russia did before into bitcoin they banned it then after
a short period of time they revoked it and now Russia is one of the strong community of bitcoin nowadays. Which I think sooner or later whether they like it or not they will also accept bitcoin to their country too which is Ecuador.
968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: June 13, 2017, 11:00:59 PM
Bitcoin is not sound money, but it is a real money or cash for me, but literally it is a virtual digital currency where I can convert
It into a real money or according to the country you belong.
969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can cryptocurrency make real money disappear? on: June 13, 2017, 10:51:47 PM
What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
I cannot answer rightly but all of us here are free to share our thoughts about it. I don't think cryptocurrency has a capability to do it  but with bitcoin it can be possibilble. That's was my view on it Grin
970  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: June 13, 2017, 10:42:18 PM
i do this question because i´ve read in this website issues with bitcoin, slow mining process, high fees, etc. and i´ve read too good reviews of some altcoins, ethereum (smart contracts), ripple (for transfers between banks), dash and nem. these altcoins called 2.0. could bitcoin become just in future virtual gold reserved to companies and rich people?
That can't be happen as long as bitcoin exist, no altcoins are capable to change  what bitcoin is.
Though there are some altcoins when it comes to others services they are more greater than bitcoin. But still the
demaand of many still will prevail.
971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: June 13, 2017, 10:29:10 PM
-snip-
What do you think will happen after 1 year?
anything can happen. lol. the future is always unpredictable.
What sites will still be around?
i believe that all of those sites will be up and working even after 1 year, but the exceptional case is moneypot because i have not used or heard about it before. but please note that its just my opinion. btw, i wish you a very good luck with your investment.
Everything is possible to be happen, but there is no fixed or steady profit in gambling. We maybe able investing our capital into
gambling but most of the time we turn into losses our money in the end of the games.

973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people own 21 BTC aproximately? on: June 13, 2017, 10:09:45 PM
How many people would you say that own 21 BTC approximately nowadays? What % you are at if you own 21 BTC?

I know it's hard to guesstimate since we can't know how many people how X addresses, but maybe there is some way to make a reasonable stimulation.

I ask this because a lot of people have this dream of owning 21 BTC as a storage of value for the very long term (10+ years). I think it's excellent advice, to own this amount on the most important network ever. I also dream to reach that amount before it's too late, so im hoping the price stays where it's at before we break ATH again.
Every community in this industry are dreaming to have that amount. But tracing them the total of the member of bitcoin enthusiast
Wo have that amount I think no one knows about it.
974  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using low fees? on: June 13, 2017, 09:46:08 PM
Last time I used normal fees was quite long ago. In the last few months, I always use fees hefty enough for next block confirmation, mainly because when I spend Bitcoins, I spend them to buy something and next block confirmation are always welcome in these cases.
Using low fees will only gives us a problem  because  of being delay in the transaction that
we are going to do. So right now, since I learn from my mistakes but of course I now I set it to highes fees so that it will
be fast.
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: June 13, 2017, 09:31:03 PM
I have heard that bitcoin is not supported in some countries. But why ? Is it because bitcoin is risky ? Some countries even declare 6 months jail if her people use bitcoin. Is it fair ? I mined few cryptos and have left mining. It was fun and challenging too. But I never got any clear answer. What does my gpu actually do ? I pay electric bill, my room temperature goes high and I get paid. With actually no skill on pc hardware and software. Whole thing is still pretty unclear to me
Because some of the country doesn't know about in bitcoin. Or maybe they're not interested unto it that's why they don't need bitcoin. Or it could be that they're just not open minded into our bitcoin concepts.
976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: June 13, 2017, 09:18:35 PM
Bitcoin is better than western union, because bitcoin is not just being use for sending/transferring money but it can also be use for
online payment, it ca be your assets, and investment capital as your own business while western union  is not the same as bitcoin Wink
977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading places on: June 13, 2017, 08:23:08 PM
Hey people,

I'm looking for a plateform to trade on btc. I currently hold some coins in exchange, but that's rather different cause you can only buy or sell btc here. There is no possibility of leverage for example.

I don't really know a lot about the different possible website, but I know that lot of trading plateform have... Dubious method or security. So I'd like to have the opinion of some of view before trying it.

Thanks in advance!
For me the best trading that I can suggest you to use it was, try Bittrex.com it was a good a reputable sites were I can considered as one of the exchange platform for the traders.

979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You only lose if... on: June 13, 2017, 07:54:25 PM
...you do not follow your strategy. And you must have a strategy.
In addition to that things, without the strategies you cannot have a chance to get a profit. You should also knowledgeable about it too in implementing the actual trade in the market.
980  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: About investing in Btc on: June 13, 2017, 07:34:42 PM
I'm Scared To Invest in That CryptoCurrency Still It Raise Up And Down Every Day!

So Some Advices Would Be Welcome Thanks ^^
Always remember that investing in bitcoin or altcoins in different exchange platform has risk involved. Volatility is one of the major things why most of the traders get a chance to earn bitcoins. Whether the price value is increases or drop the price. Meaning, we don't need to worry about it Neither get panic on it.
