9661  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: November 23, 2016, 04:06:49 AM
I have never brought drugs, never intend to also. Why spoil the name of Bitcoins. Use it for better purposes rather than this kind of purposes. There's more to life than drugs. Don't buy such stuff using anything use your money for better purposes.

This app doesn't work well, as was said above, people with a lot of followers can't retweet and the payment system is fail. They should have a balance for each user and send the money when the user asks for.

The idea is good, but the twitter campaigns on services section of bitcointalk forum work better.

Ya I agree I had to wait a very long time before the app could work for me. I thought maybe it's my Internet connection that is slow, but now you say it, so it's app fault. They only pay once and that to only for a tweet. But since I had less followers did not get paid. Yes will consider service section twitter campaigns, they are proven also.
9663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: November 22, 2016, 04:46:12 PM
I am beginning to wonder, with global economy slowing, a new usa president, it's time that some small country adopts Bitcoin and scripts history. It's price improvement upwards will help them upgrade their resources and by minining more coins they will be able to be a super rich country soon.
9664  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the main problems bitcoiners face? on: November 22, 2016, 04:15:17 PM
This is a good initiave by you, Bitcoin Is yet not easy to understand and newbies are confused by the huge amount of information. Secondly the issue is of long time waiting for a payment to happen at times. The fluctuations that the currency causes, is a boon and curse for some. There's a always a sword on all the users head what if it is banned or suddenly the mining stops. The ever uncertain future, that keeps people away. People often don't end up understanding it's true use and they loose interest.
9665  Other / Off-topic / Re: if you have the 10 BTC where you want to spend it on: November 22, 2016, 12:57:04 PM
Ten btc world be really nice, would spend it on gadgets, give charity to the needy. Make some investment to. But then earning 10 btc is long process, I am just waiting to warn 150$ worth btc, to buy my fitbit charge hr 2. Dam any way one can earn it right away for free would help. Dying literally for it, and earnings faucets kill it. So ya the thought of 10 btc is good but I will be happy to quit after I earn my fitbit charge hr 2 😂,
9666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: November 22, 2016, 11:11:59 AM
Currently I see Bitcoin transactions very slow, so to expect it at a grocery store would be crazy. It's take sometimes very long for money to come. Until they can figure it out, I really doubt. Maybe later on with new and new technology it could. But at current rate not possible.
9667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Should people wait for confirmation of Bitcoin? on: November 22, 2016, 09:09:53 AM
I just thought about this today. Every time you are transacting with bitcoin, you will be told that you have to wait for bitcoin confirmation. This is common with bitcoin gambling sites. What I know is that bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Then why is it that you have to wait for the confirmation before initiating anything?

It is done for security reasons and so that you can be protected by yourself and the other user also gets protects himself. If this would not be people would double spend it and it would create caous. It's irritating but it's for our good only. So try and bear with it.
9668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: November 22, 2016, 08:26:32 AM
Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...

Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..

I dunno just something I have taken note of.

Pretty much everyone that has heard of it assumes it's worth like 5 cents and shits themselves when I say it's $1k (Cad) .. we are in very interesting times with BTC.

This is not the first time it will happen not the last time also. Bitcoin is popular no doubt, but to assume every one is on board with it is not good. People just don't understand it and it's not difficult to understand why. There's not much marketing done for it, it's limited to users who have known it. Yes now trend is changing but it's yet to grow. Once all banks globally use it, then yes but till then it's a distant dream. So don't be surprised next time.
9669  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Make money just by a tweet on: November 22, 2016, 06:55:43 AM
how much do you get for the retweet.  Can you use multi accounts ?  how do I now I will get paid as you are a newbie ?

HI i am not the owner of the site. I just found it so thought of sharing it here, so others can earn. I think only one tweet is allowed. I don't have 100 followers so could not earn. You can tweet only once. Multiple accounts, I am not sure, I don't advise such stuff. If you want to increase your followers, I got a advise from net will try, if you need let me know will post it here, not sure if that post is allowed hence haven't posted it.
9670  Economy / Micro Earnings / Make money just by a tweet on: November 22, 2016, 04:26:12 AM
I came across this site thought to share it with you all,
https://birds.bitcoin.com/

All you need is just a Twitter account. While joining the site the system will ask you to install an app in your account. Of course you can remove it after, and I feel you should lol.

You will see a page looking exactly like your Twitter TL. You just need to click the Retweet button like you do in Twitter

Payments are sent to your wallet as soon you click a RT button
1 Retweet = 1 payment minimum 100 followers required and you can tweet only once.

So make sure you have 100 followers.

Always start with the end in mind. That's a golden rule for startups. Plan your finances and marketing well. Most of the startup fails to see it right. Cash is not the solution, if you can't manage it well. It's sad to see a site like this go, but that's the harsh reality of life. Wish the owners come back with something better.
9672  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Will Oppose Government Petition in Court on: November 21, 2016, 12:43:54 PM
Of course they would do it. If they wouldn't which customer would ever trust them. Though this is a tough time for site and customers, but I don't feel anyone needs to worry, those that have complied with the law are not really concerned. So it's good thing that coinbase is doing what it can, and I hope both sides find a middle ground and reach a settlement, without compromising customers privacy.
9673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin was made illegal by your government would you still use it? on: November 21, 2016, 11:48:25 AM
If Bitcoin was made illegal by your government and the punishment was very bad, would you still use it, would you still openly support it?

I would use it, cause I see nothing wrong in using Bitcoin. They are not effecting my country growth or I am not hiding money of my local currency. The government should have no problem with Bitcoin, until people are hiding their money then yes they should fear it. But so far no country has done it so I don't think it will happen. As and when it will, people will figure a way out, they always do. So we will get help here 😂
9674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gradma knows about bitcoin. on: November 21, 2016, 09:55:27 AM
So I was watching pranks last night and came accross MagicRahat channel.
He was pranking to pay apple pay with a real apple here  https://youtu.be/-BP6880VzfM
then there's this grandma said, you know about bitcoin? It's untraceable.

Just gonna leave it here to share. There is also a couple of it bein mentioned in other videos.
Imo it kinda help to make people aware of it.
Hahaha thats why they say listen to your elders, though it was a prank but it's good that Bitcoin got promoted. One interesting thing is that the seniors are also paying attention to Bitcoin. I was under the impression they would be passing it, as it gets to confusing to understand. But I guess times are changing and it's good to see that the elders are leading the way, hopefully many will see this video and get into Bitcoins, more the better.
9675  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: QoinPro.com - Free BTC, DOGE, LTC, FTC, VTA every 24 hours automatically on: November 21, 2016, 05:04:43 AM
Is this site active? I had been a user since long time, but had stopped seeing it. If any one using it now or has been able to withdraw let me know.

It has been dead for a while. It was not paying out since last year at some point, it had some really high walls for withdrawal and it was simply just too many referrals to get anywhere on this site.
It looks like it is probably going to disappear for good very soon.

So this site is also a scam right. I had opened a ac left it and it yet looks the same lol. Wonder did any one even make profit and how come after such a long time also, this site is not termed a scam. Or am I missing something out here. I don't recollect any one telling me they got paid. So everyone deleting thier ac or just let it be?
9676  Other / Off-topic / Re: How kids can "earn" Bitcoin ? on: November 21, 2016, 04:55:20 AM
See I would recommend freebitco.in that's the most easiest way to earn it. Secondly I would suggest you make them join a ptc site, there are few that pays in Bitcoins. Then if your child is a popular and has good social reach I mean huge amount of followers and friends on Facebook and other sites take advertising projects. But avoid gambling sites for them.

Isn't that over exposing your child? I think OP's suggested faucets and games is just enough to make his kid busy... Making them do it most of their time might sacrifice their studies... earning incentives  facebook I think is a bit awkward to me, I have a kid and as much as possible I want to expose him only to my friends and relatives and not to the world...  Smiley

I understand your concern as a parent but what I have seen this days is kids are way ahead of us. Their grasping power and ability to do stuff is way too good. I am not saying they should be doing it full time maybe a half hour per day. Every kids love rewards, imagine his happiness when he or she says look dad I brought my remote control car or I brought the dress. That to saving my money and from my earnings without breaking a sweat isn't that cool?

9678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: advantages of bitcoin on: November 21, 2016, 03:29:13 AM
I believe it's highly secured for starters. It's easy to buy and sell. Plus there no need to wait like you do In a bank. It's wallets are easy and secure. Unlike bank cards anytime they get hacked. It's liquid and it's prices keep on going up. What I also like it's simple and easy to operate. No big formalities simple and nice.
9679  Economy / Services / Re: $50 Bitcoin Paymemt for 25 HQ posts on forum on: November 21, 2016, 02:57:55 AM
This Op and other guy are the same person. Both seem to type the same language and same attitude. Why are you trying so hard op? Again and again you keep posting, every one has asked you to post proof but you just do not understand. This is not a good way to make money.
9680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Korea, Dubai Move to Regulate Bitcoin on: November 20, 2016, 05:47:38 PM
I don't think it really will work. People will figure out loopholes sooner or later. Plus they can only implement only btc minted it those countries. What about other btc. So my question is can this create legal issues for those outside these states who transact with people of those countries?
