what is Ban evading??
Ban evading means interacting on the forum using another account while at least one is currently serving a ban. You are only allowed to create a Meta thread about your ban and that is it. However, in the case of OP they have been ban evading for a long time.

and why are you banned?
Probably signature spam. His recent tantrum was also a different type of spam.

i guess administrator should unban you , try giving them some money and they will unban you , not sure how stuffs work here.
No, they should not and no that is not how this works.
9762  Other / Meta / Re: Now people with a lower rank that Full Member can have an avatar ? on: November 26, 2016, 10:50:37 AM
Maybe he went to Full Member and saw a lot of his posts deleted and was able to keep the avatar ?
That is also a possibility. If you look into their post history, you can see a fair amount of posts are just '.' (second page). This means that the user has likely edited their posts. Those eventually get reported and deleted making their activity drop (unless they create new posts).
9763  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk Account price estimator on: November 26, 2016, 10:48:36 AM
If someone got high result from that, it doesn't means that he is spammer. Personally I receive 98% good quality post and than what? I am spammer? No, I don't think so about myself.
Correct. That will likely be the case. Due to the variance in posting from genuine people, their percentages are likely going to be lower (e.g. mine was under 80% last time that I've checked it). Whether or not you think that you're a spammer is irrelevant.

I am in the same case. I was labelled as "excellent" and I feel that was pretty fair.
Nonsense. I've looked into your posts right now, and they are terrible (random 1 liners). This proves that the feature was completely misleading, ergo useless.
9764  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lutpin and Lauda : Please ? on: November 26, 2016, 10:44:42 AM
Slow moderation most likely, or maybe your ban isnt permanent? You didnt answer that yet.
They are all permanently banned in addition to OP spamming with newbie accounts (which all got nuked). Reference. Due to the massive amount of PMs, I had to put them on ignore.

The answer is yes to both questions. All data will be migrated from the current SMF implementation.
9766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New SegWit stats? on: November 25, 2016, 07:18:39 PM
If miners wanted it they would have taken it the hour it was released
This is completely and utterly false based considering the reality that we live in. Remind me again how long it took for the last Soft fork to active (that miners obviously wanted, since it's active). 1 hour?  Roll Eyes

Do you participate on r/btc by any chance?

2.  I have not logged into nothing and started leaving you negative feedback.
Is that so? Rating from user feryjhie:

Rating that you've left on the said user:

Something stinks here and it is not just the fish that I'm having for dinner.
9768  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: unconfirmed tx on: November 25, 2016, 04:37:03 PM
There's a possibility of high variance in block confirmation times. But you're right, it's more likely that OP doesn't understand how set a proper tx fee.
However, that doesn't happen frequently and it's not something that we are not familiar with since it has been a possibility since the creation of Bitcoin. The time between two blocks can be a lot higher than 10 minutes (e.g. 1 hour). This only ever happens rarely though.

These are perfect for gifts!

9770  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: unconfirmed tx on: November 25, 2016, 03:57:05 PM
I paid high fee on every transaction I did and there is a delay in confirming the transactions and I think there is something with the network.
False. I'm going to assume that you don't even know how the include the proper fee (as it depends on the TX size) and think that a custom fixed fee is always adequate and *high*. The network is fine, your TX fee was inadequate.

9772  Other / Meta / Re: [Unofficial] New Global Moderator Election - [Discussion] on: November 25, 2016, 03:24:06 PM
The cattle seem to be grazing in the other sections of this forum. Smiley
Cattle is busy telling others how much grassland they'd buy if they had 1/5/10/X BTC.

Whoever becomes a new global moderator, he would without doubt more favor his proponents than opponents if it ever comes to taking a moderator decision regarding them.
I'd argue that someone who can not remain objective despite of those *proponents/opponents* should not be a global moderator in the first place.

Does A!'s vote count? It's not on the spreadsheet yet. Whatever, it doesn't change anything.
Yes it does. It seems that nobody was around at that time to add it to the sheet.
9773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Post Quality, Experienced members' help would be appreciated!! on: November 25, 2016, 02:02:23 PM
People can usually check if the posts are spammy, does it really matter how often I post as long as they are not spam??
Your posts are already somewhat bad. Why would you want to post more? No, generally the quantity is mostly irrelevant if the quality is present. However, in the majority of cases with a high posting quantity we can observe an average to bad posting quality.

Some quick hints:
  • Avoid generic threads: "What do YOU xxx?", "If you had XX BTC what would you do?" et al. - These threads are really useless and have been spammed to death before being moved into off-topic
  • Only reply to threads that you are interested in; make sure to read everything (all the posts).
  • Avoid only replying to the OP if there are several replies and/or mistakes/misinformation et al.
  • Try to think about the subject at hand and write something worth reading. Avoid posting 1-2 liners.
  • Do not post for the sake of increasing your post count/getting paid etc.

Don't forget to make yourself familiar with the forum rules.
9774  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: unconfirmed tx on: November 25, 2016, 09:53:53 AM
A transaction is unconfirmed as soon as it's created and relayed. This means that it is currently in the mempool (which is kind of a 'pool' of transactions) and has not been included in any block. As soon as a miner includes it into a block, it will have 1 confirmation. For every successive block it will gain another confirmation. So in your example, 24 is the number of blocks that have passed since the inclusion of the transactions into a block (including this block itself).

can i confirm any transaction??
Miners do that. All you have to do it pay the appropriate TX fee.
9775  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Campaign Ettiquette(Signature, twitter, facebook, or any other type) on: November 25, 2016, 07:06:33 AM
Excellent thread.

No one is entitled to be in any campaign unless a manager says so.
<snip>
Joining a campaign is a privilege, not a right.
This times 1000. It seems that many half-baked posters, spammers and whatnot seem to think that they are somehow entitled to enroll in campaigns. However, this is most certainly not the case and this mentality needs to stop.

I also want to send a message to some of you 3rd world users. I'm sorry you were born into the life you have, or live in a poor area of the world. That's not my fault.
I've had some of these cases before. Those are usual logical fallacies (e.g. appeal to emotion) and should be ignored. Signature campaigns are not Caritas.
9776  Economy / Reputation / Re: LENDERS BEWARE OF - LAUDA - HE IS RED TAGGING LOAN COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS on: November 25, 2016, 05:24:26 AM
How about the fact that no one has taken anything of value against the will of of item's owner, nor has anyone attempted to do this -- in other words there has been no scam, nor a scam attempt.
That is a good argument. Nobody was scammed, nor am I tagging collateral accounts (hence the act of calumny).
9777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit and the lightning network?? on: November 24, 2016, 11:02:52 PM
I also wanted to know if there was a time frame or cut off date for Segwit if it didn't get the 95%? Then I wanted to know if the LN was somehow tied in automatically with the approval of Segwit. (regarding time frame)
A year from the starting date, so ~15 November 2017.

That's it. That's all I wanted to know. Seeing as how (VIA_BTC?) mining pool has 8% control and have said they will not implement segwit, it all seems to be a moot point anyway. (I can do math too)
They can get easily outhashed if the majority wants it.
9778  Economy / Reputation / Re: LENDERS BEWARE OF - LAUDA - HE IS RED TAGGING LOAN COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS on: November 24, 2016, 09:28:55 PM
Interestingly now we have:
1) Act of calumny in the thread title, which has yet to be changed (I've given OP enough time). It is clearly wrong.
2) Trust abuse. You've started logging in alt accounts in order to spam me with negative ratings?
9779  Economy / Reputation / Re: LENDERS BEWARE OF - LAUDA - HE IS RED TAGGING LOAN COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS on: November 24, 2016, 08:46:38 PM
I am trying to get across here that THERE ARE NO RULES AGAINST SELLING/TRANSFERRING ACCOUNTS and THERE ARE NO RULES AGAINST USING ACCOUNTS AS COLLATERAL FOR A LOAN.  Because there are no rules as such, default trust members should not be allowed to abuse their level to pick and choose which accounts to mark and which ones not to mark that have been used for collateral or have been sold/transferred.  It is simple fair play.  Follow the rules and if you do not like the rules, petition to have them changed.  You should not be allowed to use your level to make the change yourself.
There are no rules against scamming. Because there are no rules as such, default trust members should not be allowed to abuse their level to pick and choose which scammers to mark and which ones not to mark. Nice argument over here.

I'm done with this thread until a single reasonable argument is provided.
9780  Other / Meta / Re: I need help to recover my account. on: November 24, 2016, 08:44:54 PM
No, You are wrong
You can see that i am seller in the marketplace.
That's irrelevant. If you interact outside of Meta while your other(s) account is banned, you will be conducting ban evasion which will make your situation even worse.
