9761  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's Next Direction 2017 Predictions on: May 02, 2017, 05:36:29 PM
Damn! I was trying to understand the market. I traded BTC for USDT ... Bought at low, sold at a bit high. And continue the cycle. I sold my btc for USDT @ 1425...thought it will go down and I will buy btc again. But NO. BTC is going o neptune. When do you guys expect btc to be fall under 1k or 1.1k ? Any idea ?
It was speculated that the bitcoin’s price will reach $2000 by the end of this year, and I personally think that it is going to happen even quicker than too given the current price and growth rate and also the current situation.

I am not finding any possibilities for the prices to go down to 1.1k or 1k is not much likely to happen, but many people are coming with such predictions too, you will have to wait until the price stabilizes in order to sell, otherwise you have to rebuy at a high price.
9762  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: sportsbet.io is fair site ? on: April 29, 2017, 08:53:14 AM
I want to bet 1 BTC tomarrow on barcelona
is that site fair ?
This site had a bit of issues when they denied a user his/her profits without any proper basis.
I would not risk my one bitcoin on such a site but yeah there are tons of other sites, which though I am not advertising but I would suggest you to try them.

Directbet : Pity odds but the fairest of all sportsbook
Nitrogen : Perfet odds and fair too but sometimes limited market.

Take time to educate yourself on different bitcoin based gambling sites and their reputations by visiting our gambling section.
9763  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Free bitcoin price alerts by mail on: April 29, 2017, 08:05:42 AM
I developed a web site that allows users to receive free email alerts when bitcoin price meet a certain price condition (based on kraken or btc-e rates).

https://alerts-trading.com/

Interesting and quite useful but almost all the exchanges are supporting limit-order facility with that traders can already create buy and sell orders at their desired prices (I mean no need to wait for a the price levels to go for orders).

I guess it would be good for people who are interested in buying bitcoins or sell bitcoins at a preferred price but not in an exchange like dealing with members here in this forum. Any way having some extra tools will not hurt and that too when coming for free of cost.

By the way, are you providing any guarantee for not selling our emails ?
9764  Economy / Speculation / Re: $2000 anyone? on: April 29, 2017, 07:01:09 AM
Time will tell, these last few months have been crazy and unpredictable, so $2000 isn't even out of the question completely. I've been HODLing for quite some time now and it seems I'll continue my journey further Smiley

On a side note, even the alts are beginning to go up again and I've also made money on that. Great year for Crypto so far, let's see how it goes the rest of the year.
Everyone is eyeing on bitcoin etf as Winklevoss brothers' application is taken for reconsideration, it is highly speculated it might get approved this time. Regardless of what the result we are going to get from SEC, the media coverage bitcoin ecosystem is getting from these is the only thing I believe what we need to make use of.

In last 3 months there were around 20 etf applications were filed and we are holding firmly above $1100 price levels among some sudden falls. I believe it become possible as bitcoin is consistently attracting new investors from the media coverage aiding promotions.

This way not just $2000 levels, even $5000 too will be possible in next 6 months given that etf should get approved in between times.
9765  Economy / Speculation / Re: Which one to buy? Stocks Houses Gold or Bitcoin or Bonds? on: April 28, 2017, 09:17:22 PM
For me, Bitcoin is the best, whatever people say about bitcoin. Because i have been done stocks, Forex trading and also gold. But i realize bitcoin is a best way. Because you could start investment with bitcoin in a less capital and could make money from it in a high level. And the best thing about bitcoin, it is more easy to earn than others investments.
Yes, the charming characteristics of the bitcoin is that you don’t need a huge capital to invest. You can start with a few hundred dollars while can enjoy the crunch of a high return and even the charm is enhanced when it adds additional earnings to your capital. For me like many others it is a most suitable investment, where the net worth of my capital increases time to time and I also make enough from it to drive my life well.

Unlike many people here, I love to go against the diversification of basic investment principle. Because I'm having much sites with bitcoin's future. I will choose only bitcoins to invest for next 20 years.
9766  Economy / Speculation / Re: effect of Japan on bitcoin price speculation on: April 28, 2017, 08:55:48 PM
I don't see any topics about this so here we go.

according to coinmarketcap.com when you sort the table based on volume, among the top 10 exchanges sorted by daily volume you can see 4 of them are BTC/JPY markets with a total of $36,444,090 volume currently for the past 24 hours.
although 3 of them have an * above them which can mean there is no fee (or some other thing) on these exchanges.

apart from high trade volume my main subject is the fact that Japan recently adopted bitcoin on a massive scale since it is now legal and a legit currency.

so what do we expect from all this in short or long term.

well it seems like they will keep adding positive value to bitcoin.

as far as i know, a lot of people in japan still use mostly cash for payments, so any digital payment could be huge in japan because compared to cash it's much more convenient.
No it isn't.   Waiting on confirmations?   Transaction fees?  Fuck that, it takes 12 seconds to give cash and get change back.  Even less if you have the exact amount.   Plus you have to go and buy bitcoin to begin with.   Not at all more convenient.
I don’t find it that frustrating. When you are going to buy you already have made your mind to wait for it because of the reason that it is new technology related stuff. What all you need is to be patient and calm.

The giving cash concept is centuries old and developed so it seems easy to a few people in local. The bitcoin is much faster than that. If a country like Japan is accepting it then it means it has something to do better than the traditional one.
9767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 28, 2017, 08:25:46 PM
For starters you can claim from faucets but the down side of it is you only get to earn a little amount of satoshi's everyday, There is also gambling but too risky and lastly through trading, where you can double your profit if you know where to invest your bitcoin. trading is the most profitable way to collect and earn bitcoin but remember it is too risky to be in trading you can earn big but also you can lose big.
Like anything other which gives you high return has also the possibility to lose at that ratio of return. For people who like to take a risk on their capital can invest it in trading and in gambling, but you have to be aware of the scammers as they can get all your bitcoins from you. The best and save way is a signature campaign where you earn less but you are secure there.

I have nothing new to add,sig campaigne is easiest and no risky, trading btc-fiat btc-alt can be very profitable but it is risky, faucets are nightmare investing in carufully selected ICO can be very profitable
Sadly we are having very limited methods of earning bitcoin and I believe you have covered all of them. I guess now people are in need of innovating more methods, I guess after that will be more chances for bitcoin adoption to take place.
9768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was the value of 1 Bitcoin when you first mined/purchased? on: April 28, 2017, 07:55:27 PM
i bought some bitcoin super cheap a couple of days ago at $1240. and if you don't believe me come back to this comment in 1 or 2 years and you will see why i said super cheap.
Hahaha, this is super cool. I like your motivation and belief that you have in the bitcoin progression. Believe me you will be one of the most successful person dealing the bitcoin. After two years the price at which you purchased will be almost like 150% less at that time. I am sure you will feel glade at that time for your decision of investing into bitcoin.

I believe we never need to worry about missing buying bitcoins in its early days like buying in 2010 itself. Because people who bought at early days, had sold all their bitcoins when they are seeing bitcoin prices hitting $10 or some levels similar to that. Only late adapters are getting chances to hold for big profits.
9769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: April 28, 2017, 07:43:00 PM
The risks in bitcoin investments are so high, you can either become rich or get poor at a glance. Behind the high risks Bitcoin makes you get rich quick, I myself think only of its advantages and try to minimize the loss

i agree. in just a snap of a finger, you may gain or you may lose..
anyway, what are those advantages you were thinking and what do you do for you to minimize your lose? any chance of explaining further?

i believe that the advantages mentioned was about the decentralization of bitcoin where it cannot be touched by the governmen, another is the volatility of bitcoin where bitcoin's value increases or decreases over time (just focus on the increase part). Thinking that way, it will give investors courage to invest in bitcoin.

As for the minimization of risk, only invest on trusted project by checking their credibility or if they have escrows that are reputable in this forum or on other forum. Having caution will always reduce risk I would say.
This decentralized form is the actual beauty of the bitcoin. This is what that makes the bitcoin different from the other currencies we have. Also it’s feature of earning Bitcoins in the way we are distinguishes it from the others and the dream of many people becoming rich with the bitcoin can only be possible with it. No one can earn in the way like they earn the Bitcoin. I don’t find it that risky at all.
9770  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm a beginner, I want to start trading. What should i do? on: April 28, 2017, 07:29:19 PM
Trading is not just easy as you think. Its hard to predict in trading, so your money that you invest in trading is risky. So you need to be careful in buying a currency when you start trading. Before to start trading you need to watch and analyse or put a question in mind how it works to be success. You should also do research before buying and there are many buying signals for you.
Please do not discourage new comers. Unlike any other field trading has some possibilities to get profits if we are ready to show our efforts and dedications. Still I am not saying trading is a safe heaven to make profits. It requires hard work and knowledge. All the requirements of trading are easily achievable.

Practicing for free of cost is possible in trading too similar to gambling. But, we need to remember our experience so that we can make use of our knowledge at right times.
9771  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to "buy-in" the correct way? on: April 28, 2017, 07:13:10 PM
Now I want to invest in btc/altcoins. I'm wondering which way would be the best. Go from EUR to BTC and then to altcoin (XMR, XRP, ETH, DASH, LTC) or directly from EUR to altcoins?
If you are capable of buying altcoins with your fiats then I will suggest you to go for it as it will be saving some commissions. But I'm not sure that you are already aware of the process of depositing fiats into crypto currency exchanges to buy those altcoins. But, you can find local sellers also for these coins to buy from them.

But usually people who are trading/saving altcoins, buying them with bitcoins as they are already having bitcoins ready for their purposes. But going straight would be the right approach if you ask me.
9772  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your best strategy to determine if the coin will be profitable? on: April 28, 2017, 06:55:49 PM
Please guys help us newbies to start trading by not wasting time on bad method to determine profitable coins.

What is your best strategy to see if the coin will be profitable or not?

I am not telling that there are steps which guarantees if the coin will be profitable, but just asking what steps you using?
Simply choosing high volume altcoins will minimize most of your problems. All you need to check how many bitcoins were traded for one particular altcoin in last 24 hours. If it is greater than 25 bitcoins, the possibility of getting pumped and dumped is very low. Only with well established altcoins, it will be possible to have decent trading volume.

When you are finding those altcoins are not profitable for trading, it would be highly recommended to stay away from trading for that day. Because securing our capital will be more important than finding opportunities to make profits.
9773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Disappointed In Trading? on: April 28, 2017, 06:25:38 PM

you'd be disappointed in trading if the coins you have been riding end up getting dumped right after you enter.  Grin it happen to me as well. so you'd have to be very careful and keep an eye to news. currently, my trades are working well with my plans. its always a good thing to listen to those fudsters because sometimes, they are the only who tells the truth.
Have you ever seen litecoin got dumped overnight ? Then why you are still getting disappointments by choosing scammy coins.

It would be always good going for studying on different altcoins before entering with them to avoid disappointments in trading. The high volume coins are having least probability to get dumped overnight and hence we will never get chances to be disappointed by trading them.
9774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Focus on the trading process not the money on: April 28, 2017, 06:14:07 PM
To become successful trader it's necessary to learn the process and the rules of the market. And of the crucial mistakes beginners make is total focus on the profit but without knowing what are they actualy doing and why are they doing this. When you get suficient knowledge about the actual procedure the profit will come easier.
Yes when we are having the right knowledge, we will be focusing only on the price levels where to enter and exit. Probably we will not be having time to think about how much profits on that day we are going to get. I mean to say when we are actively into technical analysis, money will not be a distraction.

When we are entering and exiting trades with a reason, profits are inevitable. I believe when we are busy with our researches, there will be no room for being greedy for having big plans on money making.
9775  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST bets, chat, play & invest, 8 BTC max bet profit on: April 28, 2017, 05:48:09 PM
Not really if they used any others scripts. There are two ways this website could have been developed. One way is the easy way with scripts and so forth bought and implemented, the other way is from ground up, every single line of code written by the developer.

If it is the first one, its not incredibly hard, still needs expertise but not years of it, if its the second one tough, which I doubt, that requires a level of programming that takes years of practice.
9776  Economy / Gambling / Re: MegaDice.com - 0.9% edge Dice, 26 High End Slots, Bet on the House on: April 28, 2017, 05:25:25 PM
Basically SatoshiDice/SatoshiSlot/Megadice or whatever other site they run have become very fishy ever since that 300BTC win incident from a user who placed a small bet and won.

They claim that in the long run long term investors were still in profit and came out happy, which might be true. But anyone who invested earler in the year might be at a loss.

[im g]https://www.megadice.com/images/graph.jpg[/img]

Yes, the 303.73btc win made by the user “Underdog01253” was a legitimate win made on the SatoshiSlot game. Underdog01253 made a max bet and triggered the bonus game. He then went on to lose ~2 thirds of his winnings, back to the Bankroll.

The reason why alot of people are suspicious is because for one 0.25 BTC is alot to bet on a very unlikely win chance. So most people here think that it was mostly rigged. And secondly why did he win 300 BTC and then he kept betting more and more to end up losing half of it? Doesn't really make sense, since its a very slim win chance so why keep betting to lose it all again?

If you were more transparent about that user and the bets he has made and posted logs then maybe people wouldn't be suspicious.

Well, I might agree with you. Winning such a high amount would be a life changer. But perhaps you are not a gambler and might not understand the problematic associated to being one.
Exactly my toughts. Any gambler who is addicted will be playing that amount back to the casino and quickly I might add. I have seen people who kept gambling waaay over their head and lost everything they ever had.

Ruined their lives and lives of people around them. So, winning a 300 btc would I withdraw and live a happy life  ? Yes. Would I understand why others might go on? Yes.
9777  Economy / Gambling / Re: eSport BTC betting site? on: April 28, 2017, 04:42:14 PM
Two of the most known ones are nitrogensports and directbet, I haven’t checked if directbet has esports but if they do than you can play there as well, I know nitrogensports has esports and they are both trusted and historically sound.

If you play at any of those you can be sure that you will get better odds than most places but the point is that they are in bitcoin community for a long time and never heard any worthwhile troubles. Sportsbet.io is another one who is an newcomer and they had some little issues with some people and if they are resolved they look good too, I would wait fort he problems to resolve first tough.
9778  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining Viable in 2017? on: April 28, 2017, 04:16:34 PM
When people say that it is not worth investing in cloud mining, they are not lying, and it's better to learn now than to learn the hard way.

Theoretically the ROI is possible in a year or two on paper but in practical it's not. You can't make a profit with cloud mining, it was good for only the early birds and those who made profit are the lucky people, now it's not like that so invest with caution.
It is total mystery how bitcoin mining is working. I suspect how it got boomed in 2013 when cex was highly promoted. Because bitcoin mining is a tug of war between running cost is an profitability. Personally I do not have any plan to go for cloud mining. If I get chances I will mine with some powerful miner.

In my understanding, mining will be profitable only for the future speculation. People who are mining and holding bitcoin might find profits with it, for that, we might need big capital to afford running costs.
9779  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Best investment in 2017? on: April 28, 2017, 12:29:34 PM
If you want to be among The richest people on earth before 2020 then buy bitcoins now and hold. The way price is pumping up this days I think very soon maybe some where before the end of 2017 bitcoin might be trading above $2000. May the gods of bitcoin be among us.
2020 seems too early for your speculation, I agree with all your speculation except the timeframe. The gradual increase in bitcoin demand makes bitcoin prices keep on increasing every day. Hence it might need another five years at least to have some significant price levels like in millions.

Back to the topic, the best investment in 2017 must be bitcoins and I am very much sure in coming years too bitcoin will be achieving this. Because new investors will keep on increasing when seeing higher prices for bitcoin so this performance will continue.
9780  Economy / Economics / Re: Indian Economy at all-time high! What you say..? on: April 28, 2017, 11:30:29 AM
Indian Stock Exchange closed at all time high 30,135, first time 30k+. Moreover, Bitcoin crossed $1400 in domestic market of India.
Indian bitcoin market is highly isolated one, means bitcoin prices are just determined by local people unlike how major exchange's liquidity are working. So now wonder on how big margin bitcoin prices are leading or lagging. But it none of way influencing world bitcoin market as per last 6 months happening.

They're more than 1B people but all of them combined won't bring $1B capital into the bitcoin's market.
Unlike USA or Europe the literacy level in India is very low and percentage of poor people in India is more even half of world top 20 riches are from India. They are learning now and smart phones may help bitcoin to spread among those 1.25 billion people rapidly.
