Taxes won't help to earn money for the government. Most people trading anonymously already. This law just can stop new great projects in their country. Devs will avoid Australia for some time before they understand that they are doing wrong.

Imho better to start from basics. Read about technical analysis and Eliot waves. Other things you can decide while you will be getting experience and you will be able to understand need you this or not.

Imho for start better binance. Bittrex is full of old coins forgotten buy their devs now. They are delisting lots of them now. Most of new coins adding on binance first.

When the market is falling why most so calling traders saying like all ended I'm out. If you are the real trader you must be able trading both scenarios. You can go short on margin for example or just wait and buy lower if you don't like margin. Waiting is a big part of trader's life)

I think that now there is a market manipulation. Because all the emerging news in the media necessarily try to give a negative connotation, even if they are not of the original negative color. In fact, BTC becomes faster and cheaper, other new is just a noise, it could be an official payment only in Japan and Korea and nothing changed other counties just study it and started work on laws. IMHO this is a great example of achieving a high level of recognition of the Crypto-currency on the governments level.

Imho to overcome panic we have to stop reading news) If you are hodler you just have to wait. If not you need to have a trading system with exact risk profit and understanding what you are going to do in both ways of movements: up and down.

IMHO most erc20 tokens won't be on coinbase in the nearest future because of regulation. Remember how many Icos don't accept payments from US citizens.

You can go short in margin trading holding whatever you want. If you believe that downtrend will continue  - go short and get profits) But there is a huge risk that btc will bounce with one huge green candle when you don't wait for this)

First of all, you must decide what purpose of your investment? For what period of time? If you are looking for fast profit now is not the best time. For long period and forget for at last half of the year now lot of cryptos is at low levels including BTC. I think most of them will repeat their previous highs at least.
