Sunt total de acord si sustin cu tarie dreptul la libera exprimare dar din pacate vad ca in ultimul timp apar pe acest forum (referire la sectiunea "Romana") din ce in ce mai multi useri cu limbaj cel putin colorat, expresii de mahala, injuraturi si ce este mai grav din ce in ce mai multe atacuri la persoana prin cuvinte jignitoare, de cele mai multe ori nefondate.
Dupa cum am spus (aici ma repet intentionat) consider ca nimanui nu trebuie sa'i fie ingradit dreptul la opinie proprie, pareri, intrebari, ingrijorari, etc, etc... atat timp cat acestea sunt exprimate printr'un limbaj civilizat. Sper ca impreuna sa putem reusi sa oprim degradarea acestui forum.
O zi buna tuturor si sa auzim de bine.

Myself and others have stated in the scryptx thread - these guys are just selling preorders at an inflated cost (and then charging hosting fee's to boot)
This is no "investment"
I can confirm that. When I raised legit questions on scryptx IPO my posts were deleted and received a warning message saying not to post there anymore. You can check in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=597799.0. You will see that mike was a big suporter of CriptX but I'm very glad that he opend his eyes and now see the big scam they are runing. I hope more people will see that and stop donating money to CriptX. |

I think this is a good investment opportunity personally.
Mike has years of experience in the field and I think it could work out for him and investors.
Interesting to see how this goes. I think the potential is massive.

Yes, I agree with the potential. The only thing is holding back the investors is the valuation of the company and the thing that Mike doesn't understand how to conduct an IPO. I tried to explain, but with no succes. He want the investors to assume all the risk by putting all the money for the business and he's giving so little in return, just 15%. Also he wants to be paid a fixed salary of 42.000$ for managing, when he should take shares from profit as well in this case. A correct valuation would be: a total 30.000 shares @ 0.0022 representing 100% of the company. This is 29370$ but let's round to 30.000$. For the work he does (finding the rent and setting up the place) he is intitled to a maximum of 10% in best case scenario. As an investor I will be willing to give him another 15% (at moust) and the minimum wage paid mountly for managing the place so he can have a maximum of 25% in the company, witch is very high in normal circumstances. He sais that a saloon manager get up to 100.000$ per mounth but he disregard the factor that those managers are also the owners of the saloon. He can't understand that if someone else put's the money he doesn't own anything and he becomes a employee paid based on the performance. He can work also as an artist in this saloon and be payd accordingly. So in conclusion Mike is asking more for donations with his actual terms than for investments. As an advice for Mike: try to understand how investments work and maybe reconsider your IPO, it's not easy to do business, especialy when you want someone else to assume the risk. That's just the way that things are. (also this valuation is in favor of Myke, just because we are in BTC world, but if you would present in front of some real investors I can tell you for shure that they will stop listen after 2 minutes) |

So when it's the deploiment completion date? Where in the contract can you find that? What happends if the term isn't respected?
If I'm wrong, Criptx could have answered the questions and prove me he's right... only that he can't say anything that "he's confident"...

Dude. Just don't invest. Simple as that. These people have a proven history of meeting deadlines when it comes to producing their own units. If they say they have deals in place and the units are ready then I'd say without a doubt they have deals in place and are ready. I mean shit, they have brought in this many units each week for the past few weeks without fail to PETA, why do you think this will be any different? These are two proven companies, not a couple of kids on this forum trying to make a quick buck. This is a trust thing. If you don't trust them then just don't invest. Just don't go calling something a pre-order when it's clearly not. if you think you have any rights as a btc investor, you are in the wrong place.
also its in investors interest to help PETA succeed, so thats why other people will help them make more money.
this is not the type of stock that gives you voting rights per share, cryptx can do as needed to secure future profitability without needing your opinion.
the only reason your on here to rant negatively and give threats is because you are butthurt you exited at the wrong time and lost the game. PETA still stands as the best investment option on havelock, regardless of the outcome of the current plans, which can only be positive.

If your talking about my trading shares then yes, I invested in Scrypt, and FYI, and as at now, 80% of the trades over the past forty eight hours have been mine. Have you even looked at the projections? The reason your butthurt is because I'm calling this out for what it is. If your too stupid or blind to realise that, that's your problem. But don't get this wrong, the profitability you are talking about, is profitability for them, not you. I'm actually trying to help you. But whatever. i have looked your concerns are that of someone butthurt, nothing more everything you buy has a confabulated amount of profit that can be adjusted, this is what the hosting fee is, they are probably paying less then 0.05$/kwh, i get 0.09$/kwh at residential rates they are splitting the collocation cost between PETA and SCRYPTX the bandwidth costs are probably not that much They arn't splitting any costs. There are probably near zero variable costs. All I'm going to say is do your research. The projections are purposefully misleading so they can take an opportunity to maximise their own profits. If you do your research properly you will realise what's going on here. And the fact you've actually seen the projections and are still coming here to argue speaks volumes about your state of mind allot more than it does mine. Thanks again, Mike The reason for that is that you don't know what you are asking (18,000$ - 35,000$) and what you offer in return (procentage of the company, profit shares). Let's say I want to invest 1000$, than I need to know how much % of the company I own, or if I own only profit shares, or...? You really need to make this clear from the start to get some atention. Another very important reason is your valuation of the company. As of my understanding you want to raise some money and than you offer for that money 15% (in the company? in the profit?). You say the costs are in between 18,000$ - 35,000$. If you raise 35,000$ (witch is 15%) it means you value the company at 233,333$ so you value your work at finding the rent and set up the place at 198,333$. The same calculation aply for 18,000$ and everything in between. Think this way: If you want to extend and open another saloon would you be willing to put all the startup money (35,000$), hire a manager and pay him 198,000$ for finding the rent and setting up the saloon and after that pay him a salary of 42,000$? I ask you because this is what you ask. I think you really need to be more specific and reevaluate the spliting of the shares. |

If you have some answers (or insider informations) please tell, otherwise stay with the sheeps (the ones that invested in neo bee and hundreds of other securities just with "thrust") without asking questions about the contract.
