981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: a hope bounty ?? on: July 15, 2018, 06:30:24 AM
That is why evaluation of the ICO is important even though you are not spending any money on investment you are investing your time for it. It is good to see that you are not giving up given the fact the you have multiple mishaps along the way and instead you make it to a point that you learn form it unlike most of the users of crypto that only came here to make easy money and only got into the hype. Hopefully that you can be successful on your next bounty and make a living out of it.
I agree. Not many people can admit that they made mistakes due to various reasons. It is true that researching a particular bounty campaign does not guarantee that you will acquire a guaranteed profit, but it helps in a big way based on my experience. The biggest factor which participants need to consider is the bounty manager and his/her reputation in this forum. Popular Bitcointalk managers usually choose safe bounties most of the time.
982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is Power on: July 15, 2018, 06:27:07 AM
This is what I have been saying from the beginning. The cryptocurrency market is here to stay and won't simply disappear. I am a firm believer of Bitcoin and am confident that it will be adopted by more and more countries as time passes which is the primary reason why I am HODLING my Bitcoins for the long term. Popular altcoins like Ethereum, Litecoin etc will also survive no matter what.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: How to Invest TIME & Earn CRYPTO on: July 14, 2018, 06:07:34 AM
This seems really interesting. I am observing many such platforms these days which reward people for giving feedback on a regular basis. This is highly profitable for writers like me who have no problem assessing companies and providing feedback. I will check this platform out soon. Will you be guys pay out in YUP tokens or will you pay out the tokens related to a particular ICO?
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stringent laws! on: July 14, 2018, 06:00:40 AM
Screw laws. The entire purpose of the cryptocurrency market is the ability to conduct financial transactions online in an anonymous, decentralized manner and laws go against this core concept of crypto itself which is why I would never support stringent laws. I don't support KYC too which is why I advise people to cautiously research the campaigns that ask for KYC details instead of blindly giving away your details.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just sold everything and bought Cardano! on: July 14, 2018, 05:58:02 AM
The current bear market has led to so many coins and tokens diving in value which means there is an opportunity to buy the coins and tokens that you are interested in at low prices which obviously includes Cardano since I do feel that this coin has a lot of potential though I do not recommend investing everything into this coin. No one can predict what will happen in the future which is why I advise op to warn investors before making such predictions.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market tactics on: July 13, 2018, 10:32:56 AM
There is no perfect tactic or strategy to acquire profit in this highly volatile cryptocurrency market, but research and experience does tend to help a lot which is why you need to do a lot of research regarding the crypto that you are interested in and gain some experience trading which will surely help you in the short term and the long term. Luck is also an important factor which needs to be considered here.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin? on: July 13, 2018, 06:42:56 AM
The price of every single coin and token which obviously includes Ethereum depends on Bitcoin in some way or another since Bitcoin has laid the foundation for this market whether people agree or not. For example, Ethereum reached a new high when Bitcoin skyrocketed close to $20k last December which itself shows how dependent it truly is on Bitcoin. The current dip in value of Bitcoin which has clearly affected Ethereum is another example.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency successive hacking incidents, what can we do? on: July 13, 2018, 06:40:41 AM
The cryptocurrency market is a billion dollar market which is obviously going to attract top hackers from across the world which is why such hacking incidents will always occur now and then, but they can be reduced to a big extent if the infrastructure is safeguarded in a highly effective manner. Coming to individuals, we need to avoid silly mistakes(Giving private keys to other, downloading shady wallets etc) to secure our coins and tokens.
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Eth value dropped now? on: July 13, 2018, 06:38:13 AM
Have you been observing the cryptocurrency market recently op? If you did, you would understand why ETH has been declining in value recently. The bear market is the answer that you are looking for which has been persisting for quite sometime from the beginning of this year. I don't think the bear market will reverse until August which is why I recommend HODLING your ETH at the moment since it is a bad time to sell currently.
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will win? on: July 12, 2018, 08:32:12 AM
I would be satisfied if Bitcoin reaches $8k at the moment which itself seems like a big task. The bear market has seriously driven down the market for quite some time and I am expecting a turn around sometime in August due to no particular reason. At present, it looks like Bitcoin is sticking close to the $6.5k mark. Bitcoin might touch $12k again sometime during the end of this year.
991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I bought ETH yesterday and guess what happened next on: July 12, 2018, 06:44:21 AM
I invested $85 into ethereum yesterday and after couple hours I lost $10 ,,,does it mean it's not the best time to invest yet and secondly I'll like to ask if that amount is good enough to invest in such a stable coin

Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile so its normal for crazy swings in price to occur but if you're investing that for the medium to long term you should make quite a decent ROI

Just remember not to pay too much attention to the daily value
Exactly. Price swings are relatively common in this volatile cryptocurrency market and nothing surprising at all. With an $85 investment, I doubt op would earn a lot in the long term, but it is still better to HODL since Ethereum is a safe investment which will most likely rise in value in the long term due to its community and developers. Don't get scared because of the FUDers and instead focus on improving your own portfolio.
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Signature campaigns bounty on: July 12, 2018, 06:40:49 AM
DataBlockchain is an interesting signature
Even though it ends in a few weeks, you can enroll for their signature
You can also look up amazix recent campaigns restricted to only signature and content creation
It’s bound to be an absolute success

None the less, go through the details before enrolling in the bounties

You're talking about bounty managers, and yes, I've heard and seen some Amazix campaigns and followed a few actually. I somewhat agree they are quite good in terms of having a real project with real business concepts and mostly good working products, so if you are interested in bounties so you can own tokens to use on their projects, I agree. Good idea.

Unfortunately, I get the feeling that bounty hunters all want to dump. I didn't check everything but a couple of Amazix projects I followed did very well in ICO and then their tokens totally crashed on the market. Cheaper to buy them on exchanges actually. They might all want to consider shutting down bounties one day.
Nothing surprising here. Almost all bounty hunters sell their coins and tokens without thinking too much since they don't really care about HODLING or about the future prospects of that particular coin or token. It makes sense since they want to cash out their profits after several months of hard work. HODLING and selling quickly both are effective only when selling at the right moment(At the top) which is the tricky part.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodling requires perseverance on: July 12, 2018, 06:38:10 AM
What you need to understand op is that there is always a risk involved with this volatile cryptocurrency market where coin and token values bounce up and down based on human emotion which is why you must always be prepared to lose all of your money. There is no guarantee in this market. It is easy to say 'HODL' though it is a lot tougher in reality due to the extreme market conditions, but the decision to HODL or sell is ultimately up to you.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who do you consider the Best Bounty manager? on: July 11, 2018, 09:17:14 AM
Based on my experience in this forum, I feel that Sylon is the best Bitcointalk manager when it comes to altcoin related bounties since majority of his bounties turn out to be legit and profitable while Yahoo seems to be the best Bitcointalk manager when it comes to Bitcoin related bounties in this forum. There are so many superb bounty managers in this forum like Wapinter, Darkstar etc. These managers have tons of experience which is why it is easy to trust them.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most glorious coin now? on: July 11, 2018, 06:11:48 AM
Glorious coin? That's new. Anyway, Bitcoin seems to be the answer that you are looking for and the reasons are quite obvious. The king will always be the king of this cryptocurrency market no matter what happens in my opinion. After Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin are next best coins due to their popularity levels and high rankings along with their huge communities.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why HYDROGEN PLATFORM HYDRO can be a great coin in future? on: July 11, 2018, 06:08:25 AM
I mean, yeah, I guess it sounds great because, of course, this is a shill post.
Why would you say anything critical about the coin you are advertising?

But putting all of that aside, I have to laugh when any company claims they have a chance of taking on the "big guys".
You are going to compete with and tackle down google 2FA?
That is laughable.

If you think just because your prelimanry specs appear to better on paper means you can compete with multinational mega corporations shows just how little you know about the corporate "game".

Also, unfortunately, being "nice" and "fair" and showing how you aren't greedy are actually signs that you will never survive in high level corporate wars.

If you project ever does suceed in the world of crypto, it has to survive the inevitable crypto bubble burst that is coming.

Also, if you even manage to make it that far, and become a small spec on google's radar, they will just come along and buy you out.

But hey, your devs are down to earth so that will never happen right? They aren't sellouts at all.
I partially agree with you here. It is true that op is clearly shilling Hydro though I have been interested in this coin from the time they began airdropping their coins. Learnt some new stuff about this coin thanks to op making me more interested in this coin. However, what do you exactly mean by the inevitable crypto bubble burst? Didn't the bubble burst already since the beginning of this year? Also, nothing is inevitable in this volatile market.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why makes you so confident in your investment decisions? on: July 10, 2018, 01:14:37 PM
Great post op and I agree with you here. No one can accurately predict what will happen at any particular point of time in this extremely volatile crypto market which is why this is a high risk market and you should be prepared to lose your money. Some investors like me choose to do their research before investing into different coins and tokens(Don't see any problem investing in more than 3 coins) while the remaining investors invest without doing proper research. Research makes me confident about my decisions while luck is also a crucial factor here.
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Western Union getting into crypto on: July 10, 2018, 06:46:01 AM
It is great to see more and more companies embrace cryptocurrencies. I am cautiously optimistic about the recent stream of good news(Microsoft, Western Union etc embracing the blockchain tech and crypto) which could help reverse the current bear market and set the foundation for the next big bull run. As the popularity of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies continues to rise, more and more people will invest into this market which is why I am excited about the future.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market tactics on: July 10, 2018, 06:42:46 AM
Setting stop losses almost always helps in avoiding losses which is why I always set stop losses whenever I trade with any kind of cryptocurrency. HODLING is usually my preferred strategy in this extremely volatile cryptocurrency market, but selling at the right moment matters a lot which is why I check the markets regularly to make sure I don't miss out on anything important. Research also helps a lot op.
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mid-year, buy or sell ? on: July 10, 2018, 06:40:29 AM
Great post op. It is true that the market seems to be recovering after the prolonged bear market from the beginning of this year. Good news is coming from all directions(South Korea relaxing the restrictions on cryptocurrencies, more and more companies accepting cryptocurrencies etc) which is why I am expecting a bull run sometime in August since the demand for crypto continues to rise on a global scale.
