983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 06, 2020, 12:21:32 PM
Yeah the virus is taking its toll on the world economy however opening up now seems to be a bad decision as the cases are growing out of control now even worse now then when it started. Australia is starting to open up just when the winter season is starting so I don't know how this will go and if there is a second wave here then we could say goodbye to the T20 world cup being played this year.

There will be at least one major event this year. Either the IPL, or the T20 World Cup. Else many of the cricket boards will go bankrupt. So my guess is that the ICC will try its best to conduct the World Cup. Even if the Australian government demand 2 weeks of mandatory quarantine, I guess the cricket boards will agree to that. As a last resort, ICC may move the tournament to some other country in case they don't get the permission from the Australian government.

Well right now we would think it would be the T20 world cup with how the virus cases are low and continue to remain low in Australia compared to India where the cases are getting out of control with the daily cases rising. I was thinking that if the situation changes in Australia that maybe New Zealand could be the perfect place to host the T20 world cup as they are doing a great job at maintaining the virus cases.

NZ can only be safe place for T20 world cup if only the T20 WC is played between Australia and NewZealand. Since players and people all around the world will come to NZ/Aus to play the world cup, this will make it vulnerable to pandemic.
984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos are open - end of the Pandemic era. on: June 06, 2020, 10:12:47 AM

Furthermore flights to Las Vegas are already full, and people are coming in large numbers to play out there, hence I’m sincerely praying that no one gets infected while playing out there.

Our stupid, unnecessary moves is going to kill us. For a gambler it's not something that he must do, but still they have to go just because they feel the luxury. No one is safe until we have a vaccine.

Imagine how would one feel if they caught the virus because they were too stupid to go the casino and got infected from there.

Even if the casino are opened, the people and the gamblers should know what is right and what is wrong for them. If people gathered in the casino to play gambling, after hearing this opening news, then we should also blame the people who have no sense about the pandemic seriousness. I will consider the people going to casino equally responsible in spreading the virus .
985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: June 05, 2020, 04:28:15 PM
^^ Sad to see only one cricketer made into this list. IMHO It shows that where cricket stands in comparison of other sports and clearly begging for more exposure in other parts of the world too, not just Subcontinent.
This has been the case almost always and will probably stay this way in the future. Very few Cricketers tend to end up in these lists since their payments are usually in currencies like INR etc which pale in comparison to USD, Pounds etc.

First world currencies will always Trump 3rd world currencies any day. Sports starts in 1st world countries can live comfortably in 3rd world countries with probably an year worth of earnings.

I think it says more for the ludacris salaries they get in the NBA, NFL etc. I mean a average NBA player like Matthew Dellavedova gets paid $10 million USD a year, pretty hard to compete with that lol.

We cannot compare the salaries and pay which people in the West get with the salaries for the Asian people. But still the Asain cricketers get very good salaries and benefits, after all they are playing for the nation and they have a good pay structure.
986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: June 05, 2020, 10:32:35 AM

I do not relate my problems with gambling. I play gambling only to get the entertainment and fun. I never play gambling with a hope to get money which will help reduce my financial problems. I know this will not be going to happen and i will be disappointed if i have so much hope from the gambling.

Actually when I escape my problem by playing casino, I do not win. Why? Because I feel iritated and out of discipline. I easily bet any amount without any strategy.

That is why when I am gamble my money, I usually in a good mood because I enjoy playing. However, if I lose in gambling I upset at the end of the game. And this is the reason why I get problem again.

I just don't know why this happens that every time we think that we should win the next game to cover the losses for the previous games, we always lose.
However, if we play with free mind with no burden to win must, we normally do win. I never understand the logic behind this scenario.
987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: June 05, 2020, 09:05:35 AM
Maybe to the others but not for me. And I really don't think how effective we are when we are having a problem. You can't expect a good result by this and for sure, you will just end up losing.
Gambling is not a solution to the problem (whatever it is) but instead, it will fuel to become it worsen.

I do not relate my problems with gambling. I play gambling only to get the entertainment and fun. I never play gambling with a hope to get money which will help reduce my financial problems. I know this will not be going to happen and i will be disappointed if i have so much hope from the gambling.
988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: June 05, 2020, 08:34:45 AM
I wonder how many people here are really keeping their record in gambling? The OP should have made a poll regarding who is keeping a record of their gambling activities or not, so we know basically what is the percentage of those who are keeping a record. My guess is that it will be very small percentage.

I am not keeping any track of spreadsheets because i do not want to record my win or loss. I find it time wasting to record such things. This won't help you to recover your losses and also it won't help you to win more games. So why do the hassle of making the spreadsheets on wins/loses ?
989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life soundtrack for Gamblers? on: June 05, 2020, 08:20:28 AM

I have not so far concentrated more on music background while I happen to watch casino marketing promotions. None of the people I think are going to be affected if they hear Sting's shape of my heart played, they will begin to choose your casino because its up to the casino's promotional offers, its features and its games.

You are doing video promotion of a casino so put more half naked women there if possible.

This is a cheap way of doing the promotion of a casino. If the casino is legit, gamblers will come and you do not have to post half naked female in the advertisements.
Best thing it to develop your own music and unique soundtrack for your gambling site.
990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of gambling do you want? on: June 04, 2020, 06:23:34 PM
I'm a big fan of sports so I voted for sports betting on this.

I tried playing different gambling games already like roulette, blackjack, dice, sports betting etc. but I find myself happy when I'm betting in sports games. Its just unfortunate for sports bettors like me that all of the sports worldwide are forced to stop playing because of the pandemic that is happening. Anyway, some of them are starting to resume again and many will follow this idea. They will just play with limited to no audiences though.

Those who only love to bet are sports are having a boring time in this covid 19 days because there is no sports all around the world. The little sports which is played somewhere is not that famous and there is no betting available for them. Most of the betting sites are promoting E-Sports betting.
991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: June 04, 2020, 05:51:26 PM
It was cheeky comment from my side Cheesy

No doubt Windies is in mess due to their own wrongdoings but No one know actual reason of recent withdrawal from the couple of players so we shouldn't jump into any conclusions.

Now this is nothing new as we have many decades of mess and wrongdoings in West Indies cricket and board they fail to solve issues on table and every time when they are going to be some good few players started their own tricks very sad for West Indies and cricket.

Also you can see the performace of the West Indies team for last 20 years. Apart from some good wins in T20, they have nothing much to show. One of the reason of West Indies team decline is this politics within the team and no proper structure pf the cricket in their country.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What casinos have forums? on: June 04, 2020, 05:34:41 PM
Hey guys,

I just wanted to find out which casinos have forums? I know of Stake, Primedice and Duckdice.

Are there other sites that offer this and do you use them?

I am asking as I am working on an article Smiley

I have never used the forums on the gambling site and i do not think much people will be interested in those forums. Apart from the question from you, do you think it is good for a casino to have a forum ?
I , as a gambler, will never post on those site forums because i visit the gambling sites only to play and gamble.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: May 24, 2020, 11:35:59 AM
I definitely don't want IPL this year as it may affect the T20 WorldCup in Australia which I am eagerly expecting for as things are better in Australia comparatively.
Does that mean that BCCI will interfere in the decision making and they will prefer league cricket over an international tournament Shocked. None of the cricket board will allow that to happen, with the situation not suitable for the tournament in India with the situation is getting worse when the rest of the world is recovering will not help them either. Australia on the other hand is safe to conduct the T20 World cup and i expect to see that tournament as planned.

I think it all comes down to money and having the IPL played this year will most likely make a lot more money then the T20 world cup. This is why they are pushing so hard for the IPL to be played this year even though the situation in India with the virus seems to be getting worse by the day. Cricket in Australia isn't as big as it once was and that could be another reason why we could see the IPL played and the T20 world cup postponed to a later date.
Even if we have IPL this year then it may not be profitable as previous years because people got affected economically in worse ways so its impossible to imagine them to spend their remaining money for entertainment events. And T20 is also much likely to get postponed if the virus spreads is not under complete control because players won't take risk on their life.

Coronavirus has dent the profits in all the fields and sports is also effected by it. If IPL does take place this year, it will be a bonus for them and the management will happily conduct the tournament, even if they get less revenue.  Having a tournament is better than not having the series altogether.
994  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) (New) on: May 24, 2020, 11:29:47 AM

We are already 2 weeks behind in payments and the 3 in a row is now finishing.
It is just a good point to know what is the reason for the delay or when the payments are going to occur so as to schedule our activities that are fulled with this crypto better.

I understand your concern, but CryptopreneurBrainboss has no direct control over the payments; he has already submitted the previous sheets. You have to PM lightlord on this.

Lightlord was online today. I think he will wait for a day or two and give the three weeks payment together. We are used to this and i have no issue with that. We should all be patience .  Smiley
995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Creator Dead on Covid-19? on: May 24, 2020, 08:18:48 AM
How many people are leaving this Covid-19 every day, from the rich-poor to the Prime Minister and not being able to survive this disease, on the other hand we still do not know who is Bitcoin Creator, / satoshi nakmto! Is he still alive or dead? Do you think he died in this Covid-19? And if She/he die, what impact will Be on Bitcoin?  What do you Think

That's a strange topic. You mean to say that Satoshi is dead because of covid-19 ?
We don't even know who is Satoshi and most probably he is not in this world and died long ago before covid-19 pandemic.

~
If they started doing this then it might sound like a bragging for majority.
What i meant was whether some players in these private tournaments get funding from bitcoin for inside information Wink Grin. Their bank accounts are clean and it is possible they could hide a bitcoin transaction from the authorities.

Fair enough.. you might be correct, we should never rule out the possibility of corruption when big money is on the line. IMO every T-20 league in the world do their fair amount of shady activities as far as financing is concern, so yeah its possible.

So it means nothing is fair in the sports. Even the sports promote fairness and sports like Fifa has awards for the Fair Play games. I always think what players get by collecting the illegal black money, when they earn legal money in form of handsome salaries and contracts.
997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does Gambling really mean to you? on: May 24, 2020, 06:33:37 AM
Gambling. For me it is one way of having fun especially if I am bored or if I want to have bonding time with my cousins and friends. Some make this as their source of income especially if they are lucku while others are the same as mine. During this time, quarantine I find it as a source of income by not playing it, by promoting it instead.

Promoting gambling is a separate thing but playing gambling is something different. Many people play gambling for fun like me or you can call it a time pass. Gambling provides the entertainment and money while fun at the same time and i don't think any other games provides this much benefits.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Games on: May 24, 2020, 04:49:58 AM
I prefer dice. Actually almost all of the online gambling websites offer the dice game and from the day one of my gambling I am quite used to with the game.  I can use and mixed up different strategies there in dice.

Which strategy work perfectly in dice ? I have tried many strategies like marginalate and others but none of them works perfectly. Even Auto betting on dice will also make you lose if you play for a long time.
999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Political Betting Around the World on: May 24, 2020, 04:40:46 AM
US Presidential Election 2020 is heavily discussed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5237990.0

What OP is trying to discuss is on the local political betting be given a chance to be listed in sportsbook, it's already given that USA will be in sportsbook as they are a big country and there's a lot of interest of betting from its people and even outside their country.

If USA political betting (Election) is listed in the sports books why can't they list other popular countries like England or Australia elections results ?
I don't bet on this type of bets but it will be interesting to know if many people like to bet on political bets, then sports book should add them to increase their clients.
1000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online gamblers think about their privacy and anonymity? on: May 22, 2020, 07:06:21 PM
As far as I know, freebitco.in don't ask for a KYC neither. I didn't see this one in your list. You can deposit and withdraw any amount and it is all automated. Did these a lot before and they never asked me any questions. (Not saying they'll keep doing this or advising you to deposit huge money)

freebitco.in does not need KYC but i am not sure when it comes to winning a jackpot there, will they still let you withdraw without the KYC ?

Most of the gambling sites will not ask for KYC until they feel that someone is misusing their service.
