..
Might have to see you about your Risers though if you're asking for a sensible price, still needing some for our rig (shift all 6 cards to one mobo, freeing up the second to be a desktop for trading and running multiple wallets).

35cm risers I have only seen in Geldfabriek.nu (in 2 weeks next batch), but will try to get my hands on an order. Tho only need 2 really for outer cards, rest can be 24cm.

As for PC .. used mine for 2 weeks to mine and had enough when 1st rigs were built, on 4 now (3 working), killed 4th with my CASH stake wallet in it. Still learning not to fuk up .. better 13k CASH than 13 BTC .. hehe.
Can't stay without a PC with a ton of computing equipment around me Smiley

Linux > Windows? Surely not?

....

Could do with someone volunteering to 'pretty up' the website too if poss, while it's functional (except that chatwee thing), there's a fair bit of info missing and it looks damn old for such a high-tech currency. Think of it as an investment, better presentation == high pricing == more buying power for those holding CASH until the right time to sell.

Didn't realise (doh, ofc it would) Linux had a coin mining distro and more so .. why the hell is Win not supporting more than 4 GPU? Anyway, getting flash sticks and going pro.

On the design side, have a guy, who keeps saying he will work on it (his money is 32% of my mining) and once my Italians get up to speed will be getting in touch with the Dev about a proper collaboration. Not even making this up, really do have professionals in design and marketing and even a VAT reg company which is gearing up for coin trade. Ofc .. CASH will be a big part, but will need to make money too, hehe.

Will be able to buy all your coin mining stuff and more in the webstore or ebay soon at good prices. No scams, no need when real money is made on trust.  Wink 100% rating on ebay after 6500 reviews is going to make this thing work.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CASH] Crypto CASH a unique Crypto currency! **1.1 Client is mandatory** on: February 27, 2014, 06:57:30 PM
Well done folks. I see a massive buy order, someone is expecting a price bump. Wink

Stupidly I bought Karma at 4 satoshi thinking, great deal, will sell at 6 later .. riiiight .. so next block halving will have to sell 5mil of it.
btw .. SaturnCoin is halving in 50 hours, price bumped from 2 to 3 buy and getting listed on MintPal soonish. Only 200-300Mhs on it .. most at Hash.so. Been mining SAT when diff drops below 5 and CASH at other times.

Having so much trouble with rigs it is pissing me off, still waiting for stuff, but at least Geldfabriek chassis arrived. Not a day too soon, he got robbed 2 nights ago and they took all the risers and stuff worth €28k, new stock arrived last week. Wankers .. but he has SimpleXX chassis in stock.

Got the https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=2924.0 BAMT Linux, apparently Windows 7-8 does not see more than 4-5 GPUs, which is the issue I was having. Can get 5x 290 working, but very unstable.

Other plans to promote CASH coming along, just as always .. shit happens when you least expect it and my work is catching up with me. Wanted to rush some folks before March kicks in and I get busy, and things are moving along with the hardware store very nicely, but my design team is busy and ofc stuff takes time anyway.

Don't expect CASH to skyrocket .. but it will tick along nicely .. Rome wasn't built in a day  Cheesy

Auto dumping is pushing the price down. But tends to get absorbed, but 20k a day dumps don't make it easy.

Happens to all coins just don't really get to see it in action.

OK, I finally got it updating, seems like the config file was with wrong name (Cash, instead of CASH) and in wrond folder.
Sorry for inconvinice.
Hope to get my PoS stake now...

Sweet. Would you mind popping the dev a PM detailing where the conf needs to go and the name so he can copy it to the OP for other nix users dude?!

I don't even want to know how many hours I've lost on nix because of simple case sensitivity issue. Sad
i sell this shit coin and rip for me

Thanks, more for me then. I have to recover the 13k CASH coins I fuked up with a pretty impressive power surge and a flash of lighting .. going to keep this corrupt wallet and frame it as a lesson. BACK the FUK up .. your wallets I mean  Grin

Honestly .. right now you can mine 1800 coins with 10MHs a day .. selling at 7000 = 0.126 BTC .. which is on par with pretty much all profitable coins. But with difficulty scams, the actual figure you are going to get from other coins depends entirely on what time you mine it.

Examples: CORGI & RBBT .. have 2GHs on them and selling at 2 satoshi .. earning less than 0.1 BTC if not selling at 3 satoshi, which no one is buying at.

CASH coin is the best day trade coin for small miners .. really has not been kind to us buyers, but has been to sellers. Little point mining 10k coins a day with 50MHs, when you can't sell them, but with 1MHs, mine 150 and sell them, and buy Karma at 5 satoshi to sell at 6 same day Wink

With coinmarket down and cryptsy playing us .. don't be tempted to sell below 10k

I can give you a quick re-cap why every coin is falling now.

1st off DOGE took half the market, then came PANDA, and cost a lot of ppl a lot of money, MINT and Karma and now RUBY. Folks are dumping everything to buy these coins. There is profit to be made buying at 2 satoshi and selling at 3.

All because of difficulty scams. Even DOGE has fallen 30% with biggest support community.

CASH does need Net Hash working and get listed on coinmarketcap and coinwarz. Most of all needs buyers, which will not come until marketing issues are resolved. Think we are all wiped out by auto dumpers, but I am still buying 0.1BTC a day of CASH and mining.

I have seen shitty coins rise 10x in price .. watched GlobalCoin get pumped 400% while I was mining it a day before. Couldn't sell fast enough.

Keep the coin alive for a month, things will happen. But like with everything .. gamble is a gamble, if you only like BTC in wallet, mine and sell. Win some lose some ..

ps: price going back to 10k .. If I didn't buy 1500 coins at 10k when the auto dump triggered, would have had more now. I wouldn't worry .. I can generate 0.15BTC a day now, soon to double and triple in next month ... I will buy. hehe
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CASH] Crypto CASH a unique Crypto currency! **1.1 Client is mandatory** on: February 24, 2014, 07:57:27 PM
Heck I lost 13k coins by the looks of things in corrupt wallet, left staking for a month prob, due to power surge from flipping powered GPU risers and probably cost me 2 - 3BTC to buy. And 1BTC in MINT went with it .. and lost 3BTC not holding MINT for 60 price. Basically I lost more than I generated, which is quite a feat for a 6 weeks newb.

So .. shit happens.

One thing I do know .. CASH is different from all the coins I mined and there have been a fair few.

It needs grassroots support, it is still a profitable coin to mine for day trade, regardless of price. Tech behind it makes sure of that. It won't attract many 5+Mhs folks with low buy volume, but it really ought to be pointed out to small fish that majority of the coins on the market are difficulty scams for auto-pools to boost. Got folks working on it, but real life is moving slow compared to the internets.

If you have less than 1MHs and mining by CoinWarz charts, you are getting scammed basically, simply due to low power and being late to the party, but left to clean up. Mine CASH instead.

Or if you have a few megs and not sure how the scams work, send me a PM, I will explain. In short, slow changing difficulty coins get stuck on high diff (more shares needed to break block), some for days on end .. CasinoCoin did, right now have SUN, VOLT and NYAN doing that. Then it drops hugely and blocks arrive in 15 secs instead of 10mins, which attracts auto-switching pools profit hunting most profit, which in turn sticks diff super high again for no profit mining.

Go to https://www.mintpal.com/voting and vote for Saturn. It is the only exchange that will make SAT great. If you got a spare 0.05 BTC, pay MintPal to get 1000 votes Smiley

SAT is nice to mine, since no one is and selling cheap at 2 satoshi on cryptorush.

Is this thread about CASH the coin or hardware comparison??

Where are you guys mining at? Im trying to get as many possible before the whales attack this one. Its at a nice low point.

It is a CASH hardware comparison site  Wink the frames and hardware will be on sale at good prices very soon and my company will take CASH coins.

Mining at all 3 main pools 3.3 - 3.5MHs each.

http://cash.minebig.com, https://cash.hash.so, http://cash.easy-mining.net

I don't know where you look to say the 3 "main" pool,.......   ATM we have 120Mh at cash.dedicatedpool.com  vs 160Mh total at your 3 "main" pool   Wink lol

Have a good day mining CASH!!  Grin

Hah .. maybe I should say "3 original pools" .. JTpool is empty now, which I mined most in. I did wonder where the other hashing came from tho, forgot about dedi.

Take That fan eh? Got balls to admit it Wink

Powered risers are the only ones I trust not to burn out the mobo (although the BTC version has additional power so I assume it's designed for it). Can always repair them, not exactly difficult.

Try the USB/solid extenders, look far more reliable for the power given it's surface mounted.

That cross beam it far too thick, should really have just a thin strip going across, that's going to be blocking a significant amount of airflow and will could well get dangerously hot.

Are they the Toxic 280x's bud? EDIT: Nvm, I see they're 290(s)'s due to the DVI ports and XFX PSUs? Not for me!!! :p

Oh and corrupt wallet.. It's called a backup, people really need to take the above as a hint to back up their wallets frequently.
Not sure whether you'll be able to recover it though, you'll have to do some Googling. I'm sure there are tools that will give you a fighting chance. I can't remember what I used to use for recovery and have removed all the tools I use to carry around. Sorry mate & GL

P.S. Those comm ports, Much Ugly.

..

The guy that made this chassis didn't even have components to work with, so notes taken etc etc ..  prototype.

Going to stay away from 290 from now on, they are just fiddly, but 5 in a box was finding blocks solo 2.5x more in 3 hours then a 4 card rig.

Backup indeed .. I have it of the wrong wallet .. then sent 8k coins this week since price collapse to staking wallet to total 13k .. fuk it .. more where that came from.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CASH] Crypto CASH a unique Crypto currency! **1.1 Client is mandatory** on: February 23, 2014, 10:16:10 PM
Anyone know how to recover a corrupt wallet?

Nightmare weekend, 2 out of 5 risers being duds .. I hate powered risers, about half are short-circuit waste of money, un-powered delayed to this week. They are going back ..

Commercial version will come in different colours and will not be hand made, will be machine cut and drilled to spec.

Wanted to put 6 GPUs in there .. in the process lost 24h mining 3.5Mhs and another 10h of 5MHs .. power switch got ruined too .. wallet corrupt with 13k CASH in it, 3mil MINT gone too (just to add to my slap for selling it at 10 sats ... disaster weekend.

But hey .. thiiinnngs .. can only get better ... Grin
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CASH] Crypto CASH a unique Crypto currency! **1.1 Client is mandatory** on: February 23, 2014, 06:54:10 AM
I'm guessing that every time a transaction hits 30 days we get stake...  I've had like 4 or 5  hit today.  Total over 8 coins in one day so far...

@ Varvarin, any idea cost range?  I've had 2 of my 3 rigs die this week.  Trying to get them consolidated into 1 working rig, but so far all I've got running are 3 6950's at a whopping 1.2 M.  If you really can get those out at 5M, at a decent price, I'll gladly pay to ship one to the US.

The chassis itself will be less than £100 and then depending on GPUs really. As we are going through a company, the pricing will be wholesale prices + labour. Want to corner the market right away, going to be Amazon of coin mining  Grin

Already have 5x ASRock H81 BTC mobo and 35cm!!! risers .. so my GPU spacing is 58cm from end to end. Will put pics up, its 6am now and I need to get my rig mining.  Smiley

For once in my life I am super happy to have been an accountant last 15 years, people trust me when I ask for money for a business venture, so going to have 50MHs in couple months .. woohoo! I will not let CASH go down, even if I have to mine it alone with 50MHs. Although every pre-config rig I sell will come with settings to CASH mining ONLY!  Wink
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CASH] Crypto CASH a unique Crypto currency! **1.1 Client is mandatory** on: February 22, 2014, 11:24:23 PM
Had a long day building my chassis, and have to say the guy who designed it, did a great job for a handmade prototype. Soon  .. soon .. the chassis and hardware (over 5Mhs per box) will be available to buy on ebay to start with and we will take coins .. CASH coin too. hehe. London hand delivery option by a trusted courier, rest of the world will have to pay for shipping Smiley

Pics are awful as it was already night and only 4 of the 6 GPUs are in (4 coming on Monday) and the flipping power switch got messed up, so have to find a new one .. 4 GPUs not mining ..

No news from my Italian lot, but some designs are being worked on, although got some more folks interested in mining and could have another 10MHs available within a month. Think I could command 35MHs by then and borrow 18Mhs from acquaintances. The new guys are publishers with own paper financial magazine and wanted to do a report on BTC, but they have no clue. Luckily I do, so ...

Just need to sell off Corgi and SAT and Karma I bought, my Corgi mining between CASH mines on Hash.so has turned out very profitable and climbing, lets have looks like I got another Penguin and CASH gets another 1 BTC buy from me in next couple days  Wink

Just chill and wait for things to happen, I wish I knew how to write code .. or .. wouldn't have to wait for things .. hehe

Well, this one is dying slowly, and dev doing almost nothing  Sad
Exactly, another dead coin. Volumen on cryptsy like on sh1t exchanges.

Panda cost a lot of folks a lot of money (not me, not falling for cheap knockoffs) and right now MINT, KARMA, FLAP and even CORGI are getting a lot of hashing simply due to being low price coins.

Work is being done behind the scenes on CASH, it is not a coin to day trade now, but with low hashing power, probably the best coin to mine for next month.

The 18k sell order at 1200 yesterday really cost some of us a bit, but .. just means can gather up more coins. Beauty of CASH is the daily pay doesn't really change for miners, lower diff, straight away you get more coins. Unlike oh-so-many other coins where you pay for switching pools who came in pumped the diff 100x, and fuked off leaving you to mine until they come back again and take your lunch.

 Wink
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If an altcoin were to overtake Bitcoin, which would it be? on: February 21, 2014, 07:03:00 PM
CASH coin is bringing something new, technically unexploitable with difficulty drop scams.

But it makes it un-interesting for auto-switching profit hunter pools as their payout reduces in line with everyone else's right away.

998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is the best coin to invest in right now and why? on: February 21, 2014, 06:59:20 PM
CASH coin, because it is trading at 30% its current value and is different. Can buy stacks on Cryptsy from auto-pools for cheap now.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=424421.0

Once blockchain is up and Coinmarketcap and CoinWarz gets hold of it, it will rocket up.

Well it didn't take long for that joke Panda Coin to show up and get turned over. Asian DOGE alright .. cheap knockoff  Grin

I hope folks are watching what happens with premine coins.  Wink (for those not clued in, devs dumped premined coins at top price, then some guy who's name is on there threw a wobbly and dumped his own coins). 3 days it was on the exchange .. lol

Within 24 hours I will have a definitive answer from the Art Director about what his team can do. The Geek of their team is sifting though the info, everyone knows BTC but not many realise there are alt coins too.

Don't want to get my hopes up, but if anyone can .. they can and they will.

btw .. something is up with Corgi coin (Hash.so, good for CASH too) .. probably going to go double on current 2-3 satoshi on PoloniEx and Coinedup in LTC .. bit of a margin there in exchange, but hashing power gone up a lot.

We really need to get CASH listed on Coinmarket.io and MintPal.com, all the cool kids are there and Cryptsy is dreadful now. I really worry about leaving any value on it in case it collapses.
