ICO number was increasing and appears almost everyday and indeed some of them hasn't being successfully but in my view ICO won't be lack of interest and some people still get the benefit from ICO so i think yes most people still believe in ICO although successfully of ICO was decreasing but people can learn how to pick good ICO or bad ICO  

less than 1 month we will facing hardfork and the price of bitcoin today was so high but i don't know this is bubble or not and i fear at the end of this month bitcoin price will be dropped but as be the bitcoiners this is the risk of volatile bitcoin however i decide to hold my bitcoin with the risk if the price will dropped but i still believe bitcoin will stronger after hardfork

indeed there are some of altcoin which the price 1 satoshi but very difficult to find which altcoin will grow again after the price dropped to 1 satoshi because usually if there is a particular altcoin which the price already dropped to 1 satoshi eventually that altcoin will became an dead coin because lack of interest and most people will avoid to buy that coin because it's risky and very hard to pumped again  

if i'm not mistaken none of countries currently admit bitcoin as their main currency although there are several countries admit bitcoin as the currency but even so seems they didn't interested to make bitcoin as their official currency and mostly all of them still stick to their local currency and in my view too many issue regarding use bitcoin so the countries won't considering it
