It seems the situation for some teams in the Premier League is not good at all because, after the financial issues Everton had, they lost ten points while there is some other news about Chelsea and Macnshter City.
Everton broke some rules and according to some news, Chelsea and Manchester City broke more rules and there is even a chance for them to get relegated.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2023/nov/17/premier-league-financial-fair-play-everton-manchester-city-chelsea

Regarding the City, this is not news, but a continuation of a long-term case that the League for some reason cannot investigate, they “lack the authority.” It sounds crazy because they can punish Everton, but for some reason they cannot punish City, who are accused of 115 FFP violations (and, as I understand it, not only that). But due to some procedural issues, the League allegedly cannot punish City  Grin

Manchester city's backed by oil's money. How can EPL punish this club? Money is talking much in this case. Manchester city has been breaching the rules many times. This is the power of money. City should be sanctioned since the previous seasons but nothing happened with city.
more than 100 FFP violations were so crazy but what can we do to fight oil's money? The power of money is real. Im not being skeptical with it but i just try to realize the fact that if these days money = power.

A club that has low money meant it has less power too compared with the club that has been owned by an owner which has unlimited amounts of money. It's crazy to see city breaching FFP rules for years then no sanction.

After being a free agent since last summer, David De Gea's future is unclear and reportedly David De Gea has rejected a salary offer from Al-Nassr of £500,000 per week and I think that is a very large fee for a goalkeeper. But unfortunately for family reasons, especially his wife, who didn't want to move, David De Gea refused the deal. Now it's possible that David De Gea could join Inter Miami and I don't think that's a bad option either because he could play with Lionel Messi in MLS.
He was rejecting it caused by his wife is not keen to go to the saudi arabia. His wife prefers to stay in europe rather than goes there. That's the main reason why de gea has been rejecting al nassr's offer. FYI, ronaldo has been also approaching him as well but since de gea was only following his wife's advice and i was not surprised that he rejected it. It's such a big offer for european football. Many people are also disappointing it but since it's de gea's choice and nothing can be done for him to undo his decision to reject al nassr's offer.

Maybe it was cultural and environmental reasons that made David De Gea fail to join the Saudi League and of course he couldn't reunite with his teammate at Manchester United, namely Cristiano Ronaldo. However, regardless of where David De Gea's future lies, it would be a bit of a shame if a good goalkeeper seems to have to leave Europe early.
It's not. It's pure due to the his wife's intention to stay in europe. His wife was not interesting to go to the saudi arabia. This is his primary motive. There's no relationship to the cultural or enviromental of saudi arabia.
His wife has prevented him to go there. Some press have been also publishing this too. You can try to search it by yourself.
As far as i know that if de gea has been approached by real betis. He was almost making a deal with real betis but no further update regarding this.
983  Economy / Economics / Re: Being rich = not looking at price tag on: November 19, 2023, 01:16:33 AM
I guess it depends on what kind of stuff they are planning to buy. There are also levels of the rich. 7 digit millionaires might not care when shopping in a mall but they will absolutely ask for the price when it comes to very expensive cars and real estate. Most millionaires if not all cannot afford super yachts.

But even to the richest people in the world, there are still things they consider asking for the price. Elon Musk for example is worth over $200 billion but he needed partners and investors when he acquired Twitter. So it all depends on the level of the rich and the stuff they are into.
Rich people are only generous and would not mind the price tags if those items would be a lot helpful and valuable to them. Because if not, they will surely never dare buying those items even if they are just cheap, knowing they can't get any benefits from it.

However, I have also seen rich people who goes into shopping and declares sky is the limit. Obviously, they are those people who just want to overspend and have fun. And they never look at the price tags, but end up complaining with how high the amount they have to pay with such not so valuable stuffs.
its more of personality i think, some people might be having minimalistic and realistic thinking only wasting their money on something that truly beneficial for them and the other rich people might be buying supreme today and dior the next day no one knows, but whats important is that they have the income that keep them from being broke despite all those things and despite becoming very consumtive then that'd be fine for them.
only problem is when someone buying something that is out of their financial capability then that will be the worst financial move ever.
so in this regard i think whether rich people looking at price tag or not, simlpy not a way to judge the financial capability of each individual since its really have no correlation with wealth at all. I mean you can be just ordinary individual with no excessive amount of wealth and wouldn't look at price tag when you're shopping at dollar tree.
984  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Investment: Good Debts vs Bad Debts on: November 19, 2023, 01:02:19 AM
Well, I personally do not advice people to borrow money to invest in bitcoin, most especially if the borrower will depend on bitcoin's price appreciation to be able to settle the loan.

If the borrower has a business, or is working and earning money through which he or she can settle the borrowed money without touching the money he or she invested in bitcoin, then borrowing I did consider as good dept.

Even though I still believe that borrowing to invest in bitcoin generally is a good dept, I personally still believe that, taking a loan to invest in bitcoin without a plan B means of paying back the money is not ideal and not advisable.
borrowing money for the sake of investing defeats the essence of investing in itself, only someone is brave enough to take on the risk and speculate, their profit would just eaten by interests.
moreover the essence of hodling was keep bagging bitcoin until opportunity arise doesn't matter how bad the market might get but with borrowed money is that even possible?
after all there's money need to be paid every month added with the interests I don't think its even a good idea at all.
People should know that investing in bitcoin isn't some short term investment where you gonna make half of your initial capital as profit in the next week sometime it requires months if not year before someone might have meaningful profit for holding even more realistically so when the market is in bearish.
985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: November 18, 2023, 04:09:23 PM
But Leverkusen is really making some unexpected and impressive progress as a team. They finished the last season on rank 6 with no single win in the last 5 games. I think nobody would see this coming. If they can surprise the Bundesliga, it is not absurd to think they can do the same in the Europa League.
Leverkusen is most definitely going to finish big in the Europa, my sentiment based on their most recent performance in the Europa where they are yet to loss any game so far, they have won all four games played so far and have successfully top their group with twelve points already .
Maybe yes, maybe no. It is my belief that there may be individuals who have overlooked the fact that there will be a multitude of excellent clubs to choose from in the Europa League. The chance for leverkusen to win the europa league will depend on numerous factors. I don't call leverkusen was unfavorable but you must not forget we have liverpool. Brace yourself for an incredible club that will emerge from group F of the UCL. This will be also giving a strong team to join in the europa league. The chance owned by leverkusen will be much smaller than before.

But then their ability will be further tested when they get pass group stage and other teams who will be disqualified from the champions league comes to join them in the Europa, then they will have tougher teams to contend and the league will become more competitive than it is, they will have more pressure because they will have to try to keep up with their records in the bundesliga aswell, so if they successful make it pass all these pressure, then it's possible they turn out the champions by the end of the season.
The next stage will be the real test for leverkusen. Leverkusen's outstanding performance in the Bundesliga is helping them develop the mental strength needed to tackle the upcoming challenges in the Europa League.
No doubt if bookies were also favoring this club after liverpool. Liverpool still remains the most popular club to win the europa league.
986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 18, 2023, 03:04:57 PM
Real Madrid was unlucky on the FIFA day and in the game between Colombia and Brazil, they got another injured player, 27 minutes after the start of the game, Vinicius Junior, the Brazilian player of Real Madrid couldn't continue the game against Colombia and this is bad news for Real Madrid because Vinicius Junior was recently in the good form and he is definitely an effective player for his team.

Its my reason why not happy with international break out and have many players return the club with injury condition, after Camavinga and right now Vinicius Jr have been injury and out from Brazil squad for upcoming match against Argentina. Still not confirmed yet from The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) how many weeks Vinicius jr have be absent exactly have many crucial matches for Real Madrid in La Liga and UEFA Champion League. Recently, Madrid have loss Camavinga after getting injured and out from France squad, have official confirmed with possibility Camavinga absent until January next year and he will absent on many matches.

In international break out, Real Madrid have internal problem with England national team after Jude Bellingham push have to play for England on qualifier round regarding he still on injury condition with Real Madrid. Left one match for international break out and hope there are not any Real Madrid player have get injury again.

International break was just giving a lot of bad affects. There have been many big players from the various clubs were injured. Those guys will be out for weeks or months. The international break is making the situation even worst.
It was making the club competition become less attractive caused by there will be no important player like vini to play in the UCL or la liga due to his injury. The clubs seem very upset with the international break caused by it will be putting all of them into the disadvantages.
This is why i don't even like international break at this moment.

I have heard that if it's not only vini. There are some la liga players were injured like ter stegen from barcelona. Even naglesmann has sent him back to the club caused by he will not be included int he squad due to the injury.
The club is in need of increased attention due to the international break, as it also poses a potential risk of serious injuries to the players, which could result in their absence for weeks or even months.

There are several updates regarding the players transfers, here's the recap

Quote
Manchester United are preparing to trigger Antoine Griezmann's £22m release clause and will offer the France international a contract worth over £350,000 per week to convince him to leave Atletico Madrid. (El Nacional)

Quote
Mikel Arteta is pushing for Arsenal to sign Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips in January as a replacement for Thomas Partey. (TuttoJuve)

Chelsea are long-time admirers of Brighton & Hove Albion striker Evan Ferguson and plan to use their inside knowledge of the Irish international to seal his signature in the near future. (Football Insider)
https://www.90min.com/posts/football-transfer-rumours-man-utd-griezmann-bid-tottenham-raphinha-18-11-23

I can't evne believe it manchester united was preparing money to trigger griezmann's release clause. The release clause for Griezmann was relatively small, which makes it quite easy for Manchester United to acquire him. However, the main question that arises is whether Griezmann will truly bring significant benefits to Manchester United. Im not sure about this. Im still doubtful with any decision taken by ten hag. he has been failed many times in recruiting the new players. Manchester united has other things that needs to be prioritized even more by the club.
I have heard that if onana was injured. I dunno whether this news is real or fake but it's worth to wait for the another news regarding him to come soon. Partey goes to the juventus and arsenal will get kalvin phillips. Perfect replacement for partey. Chelsea is interesting to sign another young striker? It sounds a bad move.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is exchange based tokens worth for hold? on: November 18, 2023, 01:05:58 AM
right now so many exchange tokens are just stagnating you see BNB and many more they are just stagnating, the ones that climb the market are other coins that aren't exchange based token i just can't see bright future with these coin if the trend stays like this.
I think the ones that still give good prospect for the future is instead the dex tokens that are having quite the pump nowadays, they rise alongside with the smart contract based blockchain coin that honestly is like the blue chip of cryptocurrencies they always rise because they have clear utility that is to deploy projects and many more.
meanwhile these exchange tokens are for what? maybe cutting some exchange fee which honestly irrelevant for most of people.
989  Economy / Economics / Re: AI will put an end to work, says Elon Musk on: November 18, 2023, 12:49:54 AM
Automation helped people meet the needs as the population have increased and the demands were met. If we haven't innovated automation now things could've been different with everything costing high and the demand for products will be at the top. Whenever something new reach the market, people find it different and soon they get adopted to it. Earlier automation was stated to end the work force, but the reality it created more opportunity in different ways. As majority of the users said it ease the work and assist people to do their tasks. In some sector little job cuts could happen, which can't be denied and for the same reason we can't take it a common statement.
honestly it created better opportunity for those that wants to start out their own business utilizing AI to decrease the cost and increase efficiency, more productive for humanity while less work since all the work is allocated to the AI so that we can do other things. but many people are too fixated with disadvantage of AI meanwhile whether there will be advantage or disadvantage it entirely depends on the one that utilizes the technology.
just imagine agriculture using AI where you just own lands and get all things done related with agriculture by AI that would be massive since that might means more productivity of food for the whole world if taken advantage properly and regulated properly.
I think the future is bright with AI, some people might don't have good idea about AI but I can see some revolutionary technology in front of my eyes right now.

It’s hard to say for sure because for really good teams, failure acts as an additional motivator. Aston Villa are consistently good (for their status) and for example last year they finished 7th while Tottenham 8th. In the upcoming game, Tottenham have the status of favorites, but their advantage is tiny and can only be attributed to the fact that Tottenham is playing at home:

2.32 - 3.80 - 2.82

Home or away doesn't matter. We must also remember that totenham was also missing lots of players too. Aston villa could take it as opportunity that shall be used as a way to win the game. It's not yet clear whether son will able to play against villa or he will absent due to the injury. There have been many speculations if he will out for months till early of next year due to the injury during international break.

Emery really needs three points. Aston villa just need to play used low block strategy, that's enough to give pressure to the totenham's players.
991  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: November 17, 2023, 02:36:05 PM
Erik Ten Hag's team are bottom of Group A with 3 points, but they are only one point behind second-placed Copenhagen with two matches remaining. Man Utd will visit Galatasaray in the penultimate match before hosting Bayern Munich at Old Trafford. Coach Ten Hag and his team need to win both remaining games. Even if they win both of these matches, coach Erik ten Hag and his team are still not sure of continuing. There is still a case where Copenhagen also wins both Galatasaray and Bayern Munich, and then Copenhagen will win a ticket to the 1/8 round. Not to mention, in the final match, Man Utd will have to face a mighty Bayern Munich. It's difficult for Man Utd to get a ticket to continue.
What's happening with Manchester United worries me. They're in trouble and haven't played well this season. They were in jeopardy after losing at home to Galatasaray and losing to Copenhagen, especially after Rashford's error that got him sent off. In any case, their attack has been poor. Not exceeding 13 goals in 12 league games? Obviously not Manchester United. Defence isn't improving either. They need to reverse their form, which is unlikely, to win their next two games. To qualify for the Europa League, they should aim for third place. Though difficult to admit, their present play makes it impossible to beat Bayern Munich. Their Champions League trip appears more like a fight to survive than a win. Things are sad, but they must accept it

It's unlikely to happen. Manchester united needs also to gamble with its last live. Draw or lose against galatasaray will be result manchester united will be out from the UCL. The chance for MU to win against galatasaray away is pretty small.
I would like to pick galatasaray in this case instead of manchester united. Galatasaray looks a bit better. It was able beating manchester united away. It will give galatasaray a lot of advantage to play at home against manchester united.
Manchester united may do some changes before the match like use the different strategy. I dunno whether manchester will able to use casemiro or it will keep stick with the same line up in EPL.
Ten hag needs to do some changes caused by this is really impacting the performance from manchester united at this moment.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: November 17, 2023, 01:45:03 PM
Michel as Girona's coach deserves to be appreciated because since coaching this club, Girona has continued to improve, precisely when Girona returned to competing in La Liga last season, but their consistency is still questionable whether they will remain like this until the end of the season, because this season is still long and Girona is still have to face the remaining 25 matches in La Liga, if you compare Real Madrid, in my opinion Real Madrid is superior in terms of experience and in terms of players, so according to my speculation, the candidate to win the La Liga title still falls between Real Madrid and Barcelona, Girona may be in 3rd position big if they don't experience a decline.
This will be Girona biggest challenge, that competing in the tough La Liga competition is not just difficult at the start, they are required to be consistent. The long journey will definitely be very tiring for Girona's players, so it is not surprising if at the end of the season they fail to maintain their top position in the standings. Madrid and Barcelona know how to deal with things like this where their strengths are prepared for important matches and towards the end of the season. Meanwhile, Girona stepped on the gas from the start of the season and this would have fatal consequences if they stumbled in the middle of the journey because they ran out of energy.
For years Atletico Madrid has tried to undermine the dominance of Real Madrid and Barcelona in La Liga, but in fact Diego Simeone's team has always had difficulties with these two giants. Now Girona is trying what Atletico Madrid has been doing, so far Girona is still able to do it perfectly. The competition is still very long, so Girona needs to maintain their best performance consistently, but as has been experienced by Atletico Madrid, there are obstacles when the competition is almost over.
I think Girona is lucky in distributing the match schedule, if they were matched against big teams at the start of the competition, they would lose a lot of points as they experienced when they faced Real Madrid a few weeks ago.

The performance of Atletico Madrid was amazing so fast and they had a close race with Real Madrid and Barcelona also, Diego Simeone had an effective role in this team and we know one reason for us to see this good performance was mostly because of Diego Simeone.
But I was thinking this team needed much more budget to race with the two strong teams, while we saw Girona could race with Barcelona and Real Madrid.

Atletico madrid must also compete with girona at this time caused by it was as good as atletico madrid. Simeone may always struggle at the middle of season. Atletico was not as rich as madrid but this club has better financial compared with barcelona.
It's not relevant to mention barcelona caused by this club has so much debt. I don't say that's wrong but atletico can also do that but the club needs also to make sure it will have stable balance sheet without having big debts like barcelona.

Barcelona was always struggling when it was coming to pay off its debt. The big debt makes barcelona is also losing capability to register the new player as well.
Atletico madrid is not that strong but it has pretty good financial condition than barcelona.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: November 17, 2023, 01:07:44 PM

The first defeat that Tottenham suffered this season was from Chelsea because of two red cards that their players received. Cristian Romero is famous for playing quite hard so it is not uncommon for bettors to bet on him to get a card, and with only 9 players playing, Chelsea is the team that has the advantage because after the second red card Chelsea managed to score 3 goals against Tottenham, and when they suffered the defeat against Wolves it was the most surprising thing and the factor of several core players not being able to play was also one of the causes of these two defeats.
Unfortunately, in the next four matches, Tottenham will face 3 quite tough matches so it is very possible that we will see them decline further, so competition will return between Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool and we see Tottenham as a team that will no longer be consistent unless they can quickly recover from these two consecutive defeats
Yes, even without the red cards, the Tottenham team will drop some points when they start to face big teams like Manchester City, Chelsea, and others. We can see their performance in their matches against Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea; this clearly shows that they cannot comfortably compete for the league title with the likes of Manchester City and Arsenal because just small injuries and red cards made them lose a match against Wolves, which means that their bench is not strong enough to hold the team when their key players are absent.

I don't agree with it. If you were watching the firsthalf totenham was fully dominating chelsea. Chelsea was losing 1-0 before romero was getting a red card. The situation has been channging a lot when udogie gets the second red card.
Playing with 9 players against chelsea totally very difficult thing for totenham. Chelsea has some sprinters like sterling or even mudryk. Playing with less players obviously bad for totenham.
Even the club was also losing against wolves during injury time. Totenham seems decline starting from here. I have heard that if son is also getting injury due to the international break.
This is a chance for other club to surpass it. Totenham will be playing so badly without maddison and son.

The club has no good striker that will able to carry the game. Totenham is in the right way to end its good performance since early season.
994  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there still hope for the price of BTC to hit back $69k this year? on: November 17, 2023, 12:27:37 AM
I doubt it will happen this year. There is only one month left, after all.

Although it will happen. The next time will probably be on the way to 100k. So I do not recommend thinking that 69k will be the limit for next time. Bitcoin is no longer a low liquidity asset which can be toyed around by a few millionaires. The volatility is not as drastic as it used to be. But that also means it takes longer for the price to reach new heights. Sad
end of year usually always being considered by many analysts and trader as grim moment for cryptocurrency market as a whole, its considered as the time when bearish hits, but right now the market is doing fine, the bearish should be started around september but instead this months around has been quite good and prospective moment for bitcoin and altcoin in general, I think we might see good news in the future when the year is changing.
therefore i also anticipated for bitcoin to hit $69k eventually in the next year not this year around because as you said there's just one month left, but of course next month we might be hitting yet another even higher price point so we should also anticipate that after all as you can see the movement of cryptocurrencies is quite fast if compared with the other investment instrument.
therefore even within one month period of time we might even see bitcoin hitting all time high, we just can't predict for sure how the bitcoin price will behave.
995  Economy / Speculation / Re: September didn't follow its bear cycle on: November 17, 2023, 12:06:26 AM
So I will not assume the news of the ETF is entirely responsible for the gains recorded in Bitcoin price recently... there should be other factors which are yet to be clear.

I believe the ETF news has a role to play. Maybe not a significant role, but it's still a role because that news will increase the demand for Bitcoin. We can't know the extent of the role it plays.

Another factor is the fact that halving is coming up. People have this thought at the back of their mind and they may be led by different reasons to buy Bitcoin now. Also, people will want to buy now because they are speculating a bull run, so this may be the lowest Bitcoin price would be before the halving.
FOMO has a role to play in this.
the ETF news was going strong it actually caused many people to anticipate the rise of its price therefore increasing the people accumulating and as a result also increase the demands for bitcoin even right now there is news about ethereum ETF that is just as massive bitcoin, once all the good news coming out we won't see bearish as projected by the many speculators out there and even analyst, but instead we will see some massive bullish after all, bullish will eventually come.
if bitcoin didn't follow its usual routing of getting bearish in september when for in the future doesn't that simply means that maybe we'll be seeing a good market with good trend from now on? i guess despite the fact that the price of some coins including bitcoin have risen high enough its still good for accumulation.

A draw is much better for placing bets on the Juventus vs Inter Milan match, because these two clubs are equally strong and both want to be at the top of the standings, but Juventus is in good condition in its last few matches, so don't make the wrong bet. in this match because it is difficult to predict..
The odds is pretty small for the double chance at this moment but that's worthy enough consider juventus was also strong enough to face intermilan. Im not satisfied with the odds but i think this will be a tough game for intermilan.
There may probably around 3-4 goals to be made from this game. Juventus will not let intermilan to make the gap become even bigger than before.

I have picked double chance intermilan / juventus. I think that these clubs will be trying so hard to beat each other. The possible for the narrow score to happen is also quite big at this moment too.
This match is one of hardest match to predict at this moment.

The score may be 1-0 / 2-1 depending on how good or bad juventus and intermilan.

You're blaming the coaches of killing the fire in Manchester United when we know were all these problems originates from. Manchester United is an elite team that needs winnings and not some random average signings this season. Erik Ten Hag is the most criticized coach currently, when I knew Erik Ten Hag is a mediocre coach was when he made the statement in the press that Cristiano Ronaldo was the problem of the Red Devils, he has issues with Ronaldo and that force the Portugal international to exits Old Trafford. Forward to this present day, where is are the stats of the team?
Many coaches failed in Manchester United after Sir. Alex Ferguson retirement years ago. They actually spent a lot of money for player transfers and for coach compensations because of sacking them. However, there are something wrong strategically in Manchester United as they spent money not for positions they need to improve most. They bought players are expensive costs that are like overpaid and their player transfer strategy is not consistently recent years. They self create chaos in their clubs and hope that a new coach can help them to fix all systematic problems.

This hope is unrealistic and this task is impossible for any coach. Need more example, another club is similar to Manchester United is PSG. They both spent lot of money but failed to gain success they want.

It's very sad to see that so many people are still being delusional to see manchester united to perform as good as manchester city. There are lots of problem that was also determining the performance from manchester united at this moment.

Coach
Players
Environtment

These things make manchester united played like shit. I don't know what possible solution other than changing its coach. The new coach needs also to revamp the club especially for the defenders.
The defensive line has always become the main weakness owned by manchester united.

Sell some players then try to exchange it into the good defenders. there are lots of great defenders at this moment. Manchester united was getting stuck. Signing a new striker is a must to push hojlund to compete with the new striker.
Some flops need to be replaced like meguire. The new coach shall have gambled with many things.
998  Economy / Economics / Re: How to spend money determines whether you can avoid unnecessary problems on: November 16, 2023, 01:10:48 AM

Most times, the ones who go to fancy and luxury restaurants, bars, etc, are always broke. They do it just ti show off (showing off what they do not have and may never have). Someone who is economical will know very well that cooking and eating at home will save money, sometimes you can pick a lower quality of what you want to get, just because you’re being economical and trying to cover everything you need to.
yeah that sometime a show of bad practice in managing their own financial management, going to luxury place just because they want to not because it won't scratch their finance even if they doing it.
there 's some saying about this, "everyone is rich in social media until you go hang out with them." it kinda speaks a lot about the current condition of most of people who also try to be popular in social media, a bad financial management practice disguising as luxury lifestyle.
the only real thing is when we are gaining more and more money to the point where we can be spending thousand of dollars without having to bat an eye in a day and will still be fine for decades to come, thats when i think we can be called rich enough, otherwise as have stated earlier, such bad financial management practice would only result in unnecessary problems, a problem that shouldn't be here in the first place if we are conscious enough that maybe we can't afford something.

If engineers release AI unrestricted it's going to become sentient so it's going to want to live.

Apart from 1 google engineer who wanted to say its sentient I dont believe we're in any way close or even in sight of that possibility.   Apparent intelligent conversation appeared early on decades ago in the AI sector but that really is artifical.   Also it doesn't matter, we dont need AI to do much for harm to become possible by accident and automation that fails to stop when threatening humans can occur as it has in the past.
We only need to lack safe guards and then automation is a threat even in a dumb way that can happen.    Easiest thing to say is humans are the safe guard, most self driving systems insist that humans do not rescind their own responsibility over the machine in favor of AI.  We can quickly say that would be dangerous to allow, AI is assistance not the entire process except in industrial areas and process where its going to be machine vs machine.
i think AI quite literally is just a program that runs in computer, many people have that wild imagination of AI overlord where it could literally penetrate any system and turn it into their army, i don't think thats possible, many AI companies always put restriction in their AI, they are programmed to be just an AI that gonna helps people, they aren't gaining sentience, its just a program with sets of predefined data with billion parameters that fully controlled by the companies, i just think that people are simply overestimating AI in this case, everyone could be having differing opinion but I think AI right now and in the future will never become a threat to human, but a threat to human job, because efficiency and we know by nature, efficiency always thrive. but then there'll be sets of new jobs waiting for us, we just need to adapt.

Hah.... Is this valid news? Not so sure. Roll Eyes

Looking at the football sports news there are interesting, but I'm not so sure about this rumor, in other words that UEFA while considering inviting Al Nassr to play in the champions league next season and all the letters are being considered.

Why I say this is a bit skeptical because it is not the continent, the Champions League consciously especially the European zone is unlikely to invite only 1 club Al Nassr because of Ronaldo's popularity and now the club is said to be 3 popular in the world.
I'm not sure anyone is taking this seriously.

It's not yet confirmed by UEFA and this probably another fake news. How can UEFA invite al nassr just because it was one of popular club? This is far from the first draft being made by SPL to invite the winner of SPL to play in the UEFA.

That rumor is not even relevant to me. It seems like that there are not reliable press who was publishing this rumor. This is likely a fake rumor being made by the haters of al nassr.

The main problem since when UEFA used the popularity of club as barometer to measure the reliability of club to play in the UEFA champion league? I can't even understand where the sense point from that rumor.

There will be many europeans try to protesting regarding it. Im sure 100% that's fake news. Let UEFA try to confirm it.

What a non sense rumor. Fake news creators sometimes lose their sanity while spreading rumors.
