981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of coins with original code on: December 31, 2016, 04:31:16 AM
Back in 2014 everything was stolen and forked. There are new projects now with original code. Does anyone have a list of them?
I don't have any list of coins with original code, but i think right now ethereum classic is one of many coins with original code after ethereum ETH been done hard fork because of DAO stolen,  personality i traded ethereum classic ETC and i don't collect them or building projects on it. ETH and ETC are good places for increasing bitcoins.

983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What was the purpose of creating bitcoin from the beginning? on: December 31, 2016, 03:15:57 AM
It may be a repeated or old question but I am interested to know what was the purpose of creating bitcoin?
I am pretty sure that there is a hidden purpose of bitcoin rather than being a coin. Huh
Well i think the purpose of creating bitcoins from the begining is the peoples can send the marketable value to other people with free, transparent, no control, no high fees.
That ideas be aplicated on things be named bitcoins and I think there are no a hidden purpose of creating bitcoins, except
Marketable value.
984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future looks fantastic, kids love Bitcoin on: December 31, 2016, 03:06:40 AM
My kids love bitcoin, they have had wallets for 3 years and have introduced the friends to the concept. They are all swapping bitcoin and exchanging things for it.  It reminds me of the ted talk by andreas which i have posted below. " try explaining KYC to these kids when their 18", lol  Grin

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AVRVfw-8nE

Edit: watch about 17:00 for exact quote.
It is good and if all of kinds on every countries are like your kids they love bitcoins, I am sure bitcoins will has great future, because the future of bitcoins depend on the Childs.
It is like country the future of country depend on the Childs of the country, it is same with future of bitcoin too.
985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How high would Bitcoin price have to be for you to live off Bitcoin? on: December 31, 2016, 02:53:36 AM
Many wealthy people can live off the interest of the money they have in the bank,or other passive income,  How high would Bitcoin price have to be for you to live off Bitcoin?
I think it is not about how high bitcoin's price for living from bitcoins, but how much passive income from bitcoin.
Because bitcoin's price is not useless if i don't have any income from bitcoin.
Amount of passive income for living from bitcoins about $10000 in bitcoin, will be enough I guess.
986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: December 30, 2016, 09:17:27 AM
Hey! guys i need your opinion and help because i didn't know about this trading thing i only know about how you can earn bitcoin by gambling but still my friend told me that gambling is not the way to earn bitcoin but if you try trading you will earn much profit why is that so guys? trading is better than bitcoin? how? why? where to find that trading thing?
yes of course, I think the trade has a lower level of risk than gambling and we can understand global market conditions,
I don't think trading is low level of risk than gambling there are same has high level of risk.
But the different between risk on gambling and trading, there is different at least on my opinion.
1. The risk on trading we can do cut lost if you has made wrong prediction.
2. The risk on gambling we can not do anything for minimalize of risk in it.

so in my opinion, both of them have their own risk..learn about trading first is better, then go find some information about what item you trading, and about who / person / site you trade it.CMIIW

But the risks in trading can be reduced if you study well how to trade and studying the asset you are trading. Unlike in gambling, no matter what you do, there is only one risk. That risk is flat and untouchable. Even if you are the most experienced gambler you will still have the same odds of winning versus a newbie who just started gambling.
You are right, trading and gambling are something different especially on losing on them, I don't know if there are gamblers whom play gambling game and always be win and never lost in it.
But i have saw many traders whom looking for money via trading, even if the traders were losing but they always get profit on other chance.
987  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Peraturan Signature Campaign on: December 30, 2016, 06:00:32 AM

That's my opion  Grin
Iya gan setuju mending signature campaign di hilangkan saja, dari pada banyak masalah sebab yang buat spam juga karena aturan signature campaign itu sendiri.
Tapi bitcointalk harus terima resikonya member-member akan kabur Cheesy
988  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling idea on: December 30, 2016, 05:15:11 AM
Hello;

I want to establish a bitcoin gambling website. Can you guys suggest me a "unique" idea excluding rolling a dice and poket?

I need a cool and brilliant idea which is currently not on the market.

Thank you!
Well i don't know what do you mean with unique ideas for gambling, is it new gambling game or modify old gambling game.
I think the most esensial on building gambling website is we must have much capital for first before make the gambling game.
Gambling website needs much promotion and it is mean will needs much capital too.

990  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Blockchain.info-Confirmation taking too much time on: December 30, 2016, 04:58:36 AM
you very low is use sending fee
standard sending fee this now, in use very high volume transaction
if you want fast transaction, sending fee must 50k satoshi/Kb

Don't spread misinformation, please. The fee needed as of now (or almost all day today) has been 20.6k/kb, a far cry from 50k (less than half). Not sure if you're just making up numbers or don't actually understand how the system works.
you are right 50K is huge amount of fee. I never see any wallet recommending such amount while sending money. wallets always recommend about 26K or less. but he's also right. if you add more fee you're transaction's chance to be confirmed will be higher than others.
Well i think the OP must open ticket on administrator of blockchain.info because it will make sure what happen on this chase actually,
Blockchain.info becomes difficult for be used for right now. Many problem in it after they made updating features.
991  Economy / Services / Re: WTB - hacking services - ethical on: December 30, 2016, 04:49:06 AM
I would like to hire someone to hack a social media account that I have lost the password for.

Nothing illegal, good pay if you have the skills. PM me for details.

Did you lose your password or somebody hacked it? all social sites has a password recovery option like email, security question, better address this to their support ticket and hot hire some one,you need to prove first that you own those accounts..
If you can help the OP except your suggestions and I think he has been done, you can send PM to him for details. It is like need help for recovery his account social media, although i am not sure because the OP didn't not give the details on this thread.
992  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: December 30, 2016, 04:31:37 AM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.
Losing is part of successful trading if ini trading amount of lose less than amount of profit, actually losing on trading is part of risk in trading, it is not about fear or not but it is more about how we manage losing on trading.
That is why on trading we must doing cut lost, it is way for managing losing money.
993  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Tax v Bitcoins on: December 30, 2016, 03:52:05 AM
Do I have to pay Tax on Bitcoins?
Of course yes, you must pay the taxes if your country wanna it, but depend on your country is there taxes for bitcoin's usage or not.
If you love the country you must build it with pay the taxes.
And i think the taxes of bitcoins is not too expensive, if your country will apply it.
994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NOT Upgrading to SegWit who's with me?! on: December 30, 2016, 12:14:38 AM
I am waiting until the miners upgrading to segwit, but i am doubt about that the miners will be upgrading to segwit.
They think the segwit will make bitcoin be controled by government or someone out there.
It is one of many reasons why the segwit not be activated yet.

You should update your Bitcoin Core software to 0.13.1 no matter what miners do. Already 40%+ of people moved to 0.13.1, if you don't you are missing out on bug fixes and so on. Also it shows miners how most people want Segwit. It's a matter of time miners become reasonable and do the right thing (that is, to activate segwit).
No problem if i have to missing out on bug fixes, do you know why the segwit is still not be activated yet?
Because as you said just 40% of peoples moved to  0.13.1, and it is not enough. Cheesy
995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The danger of the cyptocurrencies on: December 29, 2016, 05:35:57 PM
The danger bitchoin temporarily many scams online arena in because there is no guarantee for the investors for the time being all the investment needed for the guarantee of the investors
You are right that is why if you want make investing your real money on bitcoin, you must be sure you are ready for lost in it.
As you said there are no guarantee making investment into bitcoins and you must remember bitcoin is not stocks that there are guarantee from government, but everything related investment always there is risk into them.

Emotions investment it will inevitably be bankruptcy and lose all of it
Well what is kinds of investments related bitcoin? Are there trading, cloud mining, hyip or other. You don't give me the details how can emotions investment will be bankrup.
And i think it is more dangerous of investment than the danger of the cryptocurrency.
996  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your pain and problems in the bitcoin world on: December 29, 2016, 05:25:38 PM
My pain right now in the bitcoin world is bitcoin's price too expensive for me,
I can not trade bitcoin to fiat because of bitcoins is too expensive.
Maybe my problem is nothing from peoples whom have much money from capital,
But for me, it is mean i must make deposit much money and i just could doing altcoins trading. Cheesy
I don't quite understand what you mean, I thought that rising bitcoin's price would be exciting to bitcoin users. Or do you want to say that because bitcoin is overpriced, you can't buy bitcoins to store and use? If my guess is true then buying bitcoin isn't the only way for you to earn bitcoin, you can do that by applying for online jobs or start from simple things.
Well i think, it was cleared.
Ok i will make more clear for you, I can not do trading bitcoin to fiat money because of bitcoin's price was increasing, and i must have much capital for trading it.
I just can do trading altcoins to fiat money because of i just have small capital.
I hope you can understand about my explaining.

998  Other / Archival / Re: New forum for bitcoiners, Join here on: December 29, 2016, 04:36:04 PM
Good lord

It's a duplicate of bitcointalk.org

The interface is decent however, and you should do some thorough ads for quite a long time to kick it off.

I think most of bitcoin related forums are duplicate of bitcointalk. and this is one of the reason of the failure of new forums.
new devs must try different designing and layouts and better theme. than their site may get some user attraction.
Yes i agree with you, should the people whom build new forum must have other ideas on their forum.
If the forum is just copycat of bitcointalk, it will not be survive because bitcointalk is better and more famous than new forum. So must there are other value in new forum that there are no on bitcointalk.
999  Economy / Securities / Re: Where should I keep my btc $? on: December 29, 2016, 04:11:52 PM
