IMO, if people get some news about bitcoin, it can be bad news or good news. But, sometime bad news its just fake to make people do panic sell and make some dump on bitcoin price.
You got some options, if sometime bitcoin price is really going down and you scared, then withdraw it when you already on profit or doing some cut loss.

First, try to contact bittrex support and explain what happen. I see some thread discussion same mistake too (even isnt on bittrex but still exchanger address) and they solve it.
