Just sent out an email with the update about an hour ago. Looks like not everybody got it. Here it goes: Sorry for taking so long for this order status update.
Here is the update:
PayPal has still not released the hold on our funds. We are still talking to them and trying to get the hold lifted. If something does not work out, we might have to refund all the PayPal orders. In that case we will give all the PayPal customers an option to hold their spot by paying with Credit Card, BTC or Bank Transfer. We have already been approved for a merchant account for Credit Card processing, and the bank will take 2-3 days to setup our account. We are still hopeful that PayPal will release our funds and we won't have to take this step of refunding all the PayPal orders. If not, as soon as our Merchant Account for Credit Card processing is set up by the bank (hopefully before Friday), we will mass-refund all the PayPal orders.
In case of a PayPal mass refund, certainly a lot of customers will fail to repay and hold their spot, resulting in many orders moving up the queue. So please give us another 2-3 days to resolve the issue with PayPal and decide the next step.

Thanks for the update TerraHash, we appreciate the feedback, at this point all we are asking for is continuous communication, don't pull a BFL! Even if you have no news, just post in here saying we are doing something to make people feel at ease. We are your customers and we deserve to know what is happening, don't worry about things that are outside of your control, but do let us in on what is happening, even if it's just to say we are waiting for word on xyz. |

In the first post it says "This download is not for those who are already running the bitcoin client." I am not even sure if syncing all this data will get the BTC in my account now. Didn't know that, I apologize for the false lead... knowing is half the battle! Regarding the synching issue, yes I will, have patience, If you can see it on the blockchain and it is pointing ot your address then it will come, let it run overnight, at least 15 hours. I feel your pain but patience is the key here. |

Do I need to have my wallet "in sync" before I see the transactions? If that's the case I need to download a few gigs more before I see the transaction?
I may be wrong but this could definitely do it, look around the forum here, I heard of a way to download it as a torrent or some such. if you post a small bounty, you may get quicker answers btw, not saying you have to but.... your choice. |

The rare times I get it, I eat burnt toast. You can even dip it in coffee to add flavor. Probably no butter. It worked for me each time.
The above is not BS, the carbon that is the "burnt" in burnt toast acts as a base to help neutralize the acid in your stomach and esophagus. FYI, TUMS are made from a type of chalk (a type of rock), which is also a base and helps to do the same. |

ok, I see it in the blockchain now. Does that mean I should be getting it soon? I still haven't received it in my personal wallet. It's been over 2 hrs when I initiated the transfer. Coinbase account says "transfer complete".
What am I missing here? Experts, please help!
Do you see anything in the transactions tab? Also you should have 10 BTC in the unconfirmed section on the overview tab. |
