981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So far there is no Cryptocurrency Regulations in the UK on: January 14, 2020, 01:13:46 PM
As per a survey conducted by a London-based law firm, 20% of the affluent millennial of the UK have invested in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
The government of the UK has issued warnings for crypto-asset regulations but still, it is legal in the country.

Read here: https://coinpedia.org/cryptocurrency-regulation/cryptocurrency-regulations-in-the-uk/

What's your point of view on this?
Of course this is arguably a good system, I don't know how long it lasts, I think Britain always has a different pattern compared to the US and China, although there will definitely be a bit of similarity in rules there. Of course the space for investors in the UK will always be monitored for the sake of creating a positive environment for all people, therefore they think of steps that have minimal risk even though there will always be controversy over every policy.
982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the altcoin market being manipulated in 2020? on: January 14, 2020, 12:03:39 PM
Hello There!  Wink

At one time, I stopped being interested in the altcoin-markets because of the situation there. Famous projects were dropping their bags off to gullible investors to get even more money.

Do you think the situation has changed in the year 2020?  Huh
Is it safe to trade ERC-20 tokens and is it possible to earn something else?
Yes there are indications there, but I don't know absolutely about it, and for me investing with ERC20 is safe if you know and be patient that everything will be restored. Regarding manipulation, I think it is indeed possible because anything here is very difficult to guess.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Year of changed altcoin discussion mentality on: January 13, 2020, 03:34:28 PM
many say that 2020 is a year of revival for the cryptoqurrency market again and we all of course expect this to happen soon. we have gone through 2 bad seasons especially at the price of cryptoqurrency in this industry.but I believe that the market will get better soon.
What we need to prepare is a mentality that is ready to accept the pros and cons of 2020, hopefully what we dream can all happen. Whatever happens we still have to think positively that all will be fine, with the rise of altcoin there will be many options that we can use in cryptocurrency.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Progress Since 2017 on: January 13, 2020, 02:24:27 PM
What progress did Ethereum make since 2017?
Of course there has been a lot of progress that has been made by ETH from the system, price and adaptation of all, this is the strength. Of course if we describe it will be very long considering the many ups and downs that are passed through the ETH, but it was all answered with the consistency of ETH as a coin top. Of course this trend is expected to have an impact on the strengthening of the price of ETH, we will wait for how this ETH 2.0 works
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PoW to PoS question on: January 13, 2020, 11:43:10 AM
Is Proof of Work is going to lose popularity compared to Proof of Stake? Ethereum is going to PoS. Angry
Is there going to be a lot of hash (computational) power idle because of shifting to PoS?  Sad
Where that power be used then? Will it address such decentralized computing projects as Golem, Storj, Sia, etc?  Cheesy
This is just a matter of taste, what I see here is not to turn off POW POS, although POS does have some advantages, I think like this, there will be no POS if there is no POW, there is a POS because updating is not yet in POW. And I am sure, the POS here is not to turn off POW, because the blockchain is too dear if it is turned off because of its longevity.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coming from altcoin to bitcoin on: January 13, 2020, 10:08:08 AM
I don't know if its the right call or not but i just feel like its better to sell my bags of altcoins for bitcoin, most of the altcoins i owned are not top altcoins, mostly new coins from bounties and I've seen coins worth of 2k turn 20$ while holding them, finally i decide to take out the losses and invest in bitcoin, if you are holding any altcoins that aren't good enough do not hesitate to sell for bitcoin to at least make some profits
If you think that is the best decision, then I support it, because indeed if we invest in a new altcoin, we like to hesitate and reconsider whether the steps we are taking are right or wrong, and what I see is that you chose to focus on bitcoin, that is the best decision. Although the exchange rate from altcoin to bitcoin is far, but I think you will enjoy the results later. So don't regret what you have decided. Because that is the best decision.
987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other than bitcoin is it worth to invest in Ripple? on: January 12, 2020, 05:04:29 PM
FXStreet & Express.co.uk Ripple Price Prediction These websites give a moderate prediction saying that XRP has potential and may reach $3-$5 by the end of 2020. This is an assumption based on the fact that Ripple is best Investment opportunity of 2020.

https://coinpedia.org/information/xrp-ripple-price-prediction-2019/

Let me know your point of view on this?
That can be a second option, can be made the main if used as a long-term investment, Ripple is trying to reassure investors that they are worthy of investment options, we put aside bitcoin first, because we know that bitcoin is the most important in cryptocurrency for most person. And what we can only be sure of is waiting for Ripple to strengthen.
988  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Storing crypto on an implant? on: January 12, 2020, 03:50:51 PM
It is true this idea has some good aspects but i think it has some bad ones as well like the infections you talked about or you can get robbed and if it is in your body your life would be threatened.
The more sophisticated the technology, the higher the risk. If indeed this is the best solution why not? I would not reject this sophisticated technology if it really happened. Because this is a genius idea that almost never crossed. So I always pray for all the good things. And every risk will also have a cure.
989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What about NEO? on: January 12, 2020, 02:26:18 PM
For me this Coin is one of the strongest coin in this space that has stood the test of time and I strongly believe that if the devs should put little more effort into the project this Coin can compete with coins like Ethereum and bitcoin.
NEO is indeed altcoin that can be considered, we all know that NEO was once a favorite in the 2016-2017 period, partly turning to ETH because the price is pretty decent. Of course it would be great if NEO would rise later, let's see, I think 2020 will be a year of many surprises
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ways To Distribute & Promote a New Coin on: January 11, 2020, 02:14:19 PM
What are some good ways to promote, distribute/sell a new coin? Please list some good techniques, so on and so forth. Thanks again.
To be sure you have to make sure that your product is really worth having, not just looking for profit which then makes people sick, and also you have to choose the right people to promote your product and understand well about your product. Then give a few awards for your customers so that they provide recommendations to their relatives.
991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Top Performing Altcoin In 2020 on: January 11, 2020, 12:59:36 PM
Ethereum will prepare everything to see how Ethereum will be in action this year, is it possible that after the bullish coming Ethereum will improve better than the year before.
Ethereum 2.0 is certainly a lot of awaited fans because they want to know after the release of what will happen maybe Eth will be more stable above $ 500? let's see in a timely manner.
I also feel that way, ETH will work optimally this year and try to get up after experiencing ups and downs in all the risks that it tries to develop, I hope ETH doesn't lose its position, and it seems that the results are starting to show, although we will be very difficult to predict because 2020 is still enough long, and I'm sure ETH will not let its position be displaced from other coins.
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: January 10, 2020, 05:28:19 PM
Well the future of crypto currency is so unpredictable, anything can happen and any coin can replace bitcoin but not just any coin though, there are standard such Coin got to meet and I don't see Ethereum leveling up that standard.
It is true that everything is unpredictable, but let us draw back where bitcoin has always been the core, like the sun in the solar system, I don't look at ETH as weak, but indeed all this time ETH is enough to accompany bitcoin, I'm not hypocritical, if it's ETH so at the top, I can't argue as long as it's good for our common good.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Iran again want to make some dirty things on: January 10, 2020, 04:16:48 PM
today I read the news that Iran has warned about "more serious revenge" against the United States. such statements are not some kind of joke and what exactly they can do?  Huh I believe that 2020 began very poorly if you look at it from a political point of view.
If the disagreements between the US and Iran will continue, this could end badly. How will this news affect the market? can they start to sharply raise bitcoin at the price? if bitcoin will grow fast, then altcoins will be even worse  Angry
In my opinion it is no longer the time for war to use firearms or whatever, and rather we say that war is now a competitiveness in the global market, is our technology capable? Or just the opposite? I know Iran has a great nuclear potential, but there are many US allies, so if for a counterattack to be carried out against Iran I think it might happen, but it is unlikely
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: War affects the Entire Cryptocurrency? on: January 10, 2020, 02:47:37 PM
As I saw last days bitcoin pumps after Iran declared the war against the United States, On my observation its because some people on the middle east sold they commodities, some stocks and bought cryptocurrency to keep carefully their assets. Do you think guys war was favor on the entire crypto investors? You can share your thought now.
I can be sure that this is between them, which can affect market prices and also not, because the US has the power which we know cryptocurrency refers to the USD, and this makes some investors who expect a lot, experience excessive tension. But I do not feel war affects market prices, I think that's how our views remain calm in facing this kind of crisis situation, of course our best hope is that this does not affect cryptocurrency.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will YouTube launch it's own cryptocurrency. on: January 10, 2020, 01:48:15 PM
Cryptocurrency should be created for some specific purpose and be useful to people. Social networks play a completely different role and I don’t see the point of YouTube having its own cryptocurrency. In addition, social networks have a vivid example of Facebook, which clearly showed that they should not try to simultaneously engage in financial activities.
If indeed YouTube launches, what does it look like? I think not all places are in accordance with crypto, and crypto also does not adapt itself in the wrong place, your opinion is very helpful and indeed I feel the same way too
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much should i trust crypto Youtuber? on: January 10, 2020, 12:06:48 PM
I sometimes listen to famous crypto youtubers.

But for the most of time, they were not accurate.

Really... How much should i trust them? If there is a good one, please recommend one.

Btw, how many of you guys participating in airdrop event?

Most of airdrop cryptos that i earned kinda become worthless.

I am trying to earn BPX token at Digifinex.  I heard that BPX token is issued by an exchange

Then, I guess it is better to earn exchange token, which at least can be used. Right?

Sorry, but for this I think we all need to look back at the background of the YouTuber, whether he really did research on crypto, or just as an option to get their names up. Of course we also have to really know the difference between the two, because there are potential people who are in the field of crypto and then pour it on YouTube, there are only those who are only concerned with their own interests. But it is true, that most YouTubers are those who do not understand very well about crypto. So it would be nice, we examine carefully before being interested by what you offer.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance CEO finally admitted shilling both BTC and BNB on: January 09, 2020, 04:31:14 PM
The CEO of popular cryptocurrency exchange Binance, Changpeng Zhao, has admitted that he personally has been shilling not only his exchange’s own utility coin, Binance Coin (BNB), but also Bitcoin (BTC).

Zhao asserts that what is good for Bitcoin is good for BNB and it is his interest, and the cryptocurrency community’s at large, for both to be doing well.

Click here to read the full news

Okay now that he admitted, is it a good thing just for the meantime?

For me, I think I’m a bit surprised about him admitting that. Shilling both BNB and BTC? How do you guys react on this one?

Do you think Changpeng Zhao’s shilling both cryptos are reasonable? Or it should not be necessary at all? I would like to hear some of your feedback, opinion or reaction about CZ’s shilling?

Cheers!

We have to look at the context that he is talking about, I think it's based on mere promotional interests, we really shouldn't discriminate against other less powerful coins, because coins must have their own market, and many people also have their own tastes, so we can't claim that ours or the way we are the most correct. Because everything here is unpredictable.

And there are many others who are trying to strengthen in the market. From that list, I only expect a few to return to a good price
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reality of Crypto Winter and what to expect from now on on: January 09, 2020, 02:14:56 PM
The crypto winter of 2018 and 2019 did flushed out many nonsense projects and the market has significantly matured over the last few years, it's exactly what i expect from the long crypto bear market.

In this year i expect accelerating crypto asset adoption and the key building blocks will come into place for crypto to achieve it's long term potential of revolutionizing how value can be stored and send around the world.
This year may be a year without worries, what we experienced some time ago made some people stop and not continue their steps here, but now good fortune has been seen, everyone here is equally struggling to recover prices and improve cryptocurrency and used as an option for business. Hopefully this trend continues and continues to experience good fortune. And I think all of us have also learned a lot from moments back
1000  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have a $ 500 fund you want to make a profit on: January 09, 2020, 12:50:33 PM
I have $ 500 or more, is that enough to invest or trade daily ??  Do I need to buy cheap coins or expensive coins?  I want your opinion for me as a newbie.

With a capital of $ 500 you can invest or trade in cryptocurrency and for a newbie I advise you not to rush in investing or trading. You have to understand first about how to trade, how to determine the right point for buying and selling coins and you can't just buy coins based on advice from others, you need to observe them yourself and in my opinion you better start with cheap coins or You can start by putting some of your money into a coin.

What you pour I feel is already on track, and indeed this is the step that must be prepared when we have some capital, no matter how small the capital we have must be very useful if we know how to use it appropriately. A good understanding and a mature strategy are indeed necessary here, even that is our main basis before we have capital. I pum many considerations when having capital and always to the community here and I think here is indeed a place for people who are open minded
