(pun intended) As for the US Citizens, everyone knows that if you don't offer a product that pays dividend and you not involved in anything shady, thus having a reason to hide, then there is no reason to exclude your ICO from united state citizens. so offering it to U.S citizens should be an extra proof that you dealing with a reliable company that is willing to endure the scrutinizing from SEC and such. |

I am still saying that. Ebay is crap and Facebook is overhyped. Okay, shorting Facebook was maybe not such a good idea in hindsight, but let's see if they still exist next year. Is high time innovators proved that they have what it takes to stand head to head with Elon musk, Bill gates and the rest, now that crowdfunding is available. Crowdfunding should produce more millionaire with great ideas in coming years, and encourage people with great minds to make their idea presentable. Crowdfunding will get tougher in coming years also because some of this projects are bound to fail, so investors will require more than just a whitepaper from project teams It's sad but it seems like crowd funding esp in the cryptospace has produced more millionaires with useless ideas than otherwise. Anyway, seriously doubt that failed companies will massively curtail investors activity. As long as ppl can flip their investment, most could care less about the validity of the proposed tech/platform. Anyway as more countries toughen up on ico that should hopefully help out. |

Though i will like to add that nothing can prevent a coin price from going lower than ICO price. I like approach and I hope that this precautions can prevent dumping coins after the end of ICO. This is probably the first project with that clever ideas! Yes this is a good first step but believing that you can prevent pump and dump from happening just doesn't work in crypto. It is just a question of time in my eyes until pump and dump can also happen to PayPie. Yes! I've just talked about this with my friends that the current way of doing the things is toxic and unfair. Thanks for doing this the right way! Hey No-ice, PND is inevitable, after all we dealing with commerce. The ace is they trying to minimize the negative effect it could have and also partially guarantee that funds is evenly distributed to early investors. |

Both companies have a zero working platform and yet to prove that they can deliver on proposed idea, so I don't blame anyone that might be skeptical of the partnership. Unfortunately our bots will be only encapsulated in the DAFs we are going to launch as some of them will trade real assets. There will need to be a proper set up to have the bots running and also we do not want to give away our knowhow like this. The DAFs will "rent" the bots against the 25% performance fees, designed as boton. So to answer your question, you will not be able to use our bots to trade on your own cryptos on any exchange. Only the DAFs will benefit from them and they will pay for this service. 85% of the proceeds will then be channeled to the NPX token holders provided they participate in the governance of NapoleonX. So, basically we give you our money to trade with and we get our money back plus interest after a profitable trade has been made? That's what I understood through this answer. You will give them what you want to trade and then the DAFs are working with it. I am wondering, if we put our money, what ever, into the DAFs, is there something like a time limit we could set up in which the DAFs could trade our invests until they have to pay back? Well, am confused now, why should i buy and hold the coins then? Also why the heck have we been praising and shilling the bot that we won't ever get to use or see in action/ |

The use of blockchain introduces transparency that is currently absent from the usual form. So blockchain when utilized efficiently can be useful for almost everything out there. Also without accounting, there will be no commerce. So you better start falling in love with accounting really fast.
There are lots of things out there that are currently being implemented very effectively and efficiently without the use of blockchain. Introducing these things into the blockchain does not add value significantly to it. If you dealing in business that can gain from improved transparency, then blockchain will add a significant value to it. And i can't think of any legal means that can't use a little more transparency. So plz do wise me up |

I am not here for cliff or Antonio. I like the project from day one and I love the team is putting very good effort for it. They made good publicities, joined prestigious expos and conferences. They have a good hype from day one and they are continuing of it. But never make your decision by my say, cliff's sale or somebodys say. Just make your own investigation. It's obvious that we are very near to presale, now if you are still undecided, you had little time left for biggest bonuses Exactly! Whatever any of these guys say should only be a further source of information and not the only reason for investing in a project although it's of course easier to listen to some "expert" than scrutinising whitepaper, reading several reviews, etc.  I, too, like the project and believe in their success... but you never know for sure This guys are just publicity stunts, anyway, this is one of a the few that am really comfortable with, so am elated to see how it turns out |

Paypie could become a major actor of the accounting world because they are the first one to have think to decentralized accounting. It will prevent fraud but even for the legal companies it will help them to proove what they have and it will also be a gain of time.

I am so impatient to see your trading bot. What is very cool on your project is that you will often create new bots. Without this of course your concept will be very poor but that's not the case so perfect. Another good point is that the community will be able to vote for the best bots, we can see here all the power of the blockchain.
The biggest issue is dealing with the saturation caused by releasing a bot for usage by the public |
