Few years ago I saw some faucets which used script from moonbit.co.in, but I dan't know, can it be bought or downloaded, because in recent years I didn't saw more faucets which are using this script.
Now I don't know any more faucet scripts, where reward accumulates by wating some yime between claims.

Investment in bitcoins isn't risk free thing and nobody can guarantee that bitcoin price will not decrease. In my opinion, bitcoin price gan down in short period, but in long term it will only rise, as we already saw in recent years when bitcoin price increased few times. If you really believe in bitcoin, I think you need to buy it, but don't invest more than you can afford to loose.

Maybe a bit offtopic, but few days ago I saw news that North Korea hackers tried to hack ''bitcoin' accounts''. I'm not sure is it ''bitcoin accounts means bitcoin wallets, or they tried to hack users accounts on exchanges. But anyway, it means that North Korea need bitcoins, because they have lack of international currency.
Back to the topic. If they would open bitcoin exchange, I think that USA would try to block it. And personally, I wouldn't use their bitcoin exchange, because I don't want to support North Korea regime.

BTC.COM is re-branded website of Blocktrail.com and I'm sure that they can be trusted. But I don't think that wallet listing on Bitcoin.org can't be main criteria to decide is it wallet trustable or not. Bitcoin.org have listed most centralized bitcoin wallets like Xapo or Coinbase which are known for locking users funds, asking for personal documents and etc, but they removed most popular online wallet Blockchain.info for some unknown ''security problems''.

After more than 24 hours since problems started, forum is still extremely slow. Proxy makes situation better, but it's still not perfect. Ddos attacks is usual thing on bitcointalk and it's really annoying. And one strange thing for me, that forum have connection problems only in some parts of the world.
EDIT After changin IP in my hosts file, forum loads as it should be.

Now forum works on my PC, but it loads slower than usual.
But I can't reach forum with my smarthpone by using. I'm using same Wi-Fi like on my PC.
Now I tried visit forum on my phone by using proxy and bitcointalk loads fine, but it's still hard to publish post.

Network of faucets sounds interesting. If all our claims from these faucets would accumulate into one ballance it will be great.
Your planned rewards sounds too good to be true. With current rates from ad networks, I can't imagine how would you pay such high rewards.

If you onclude additional ways to earn more bitcoins, it woild be great. Only problem that some earning ways works well only for first tier countries.
Withdraw treshold is optimal. Fee looks quite big, but if faucet rewards is high, it's not problem.
Multiple referral levels is great for users, but I'm not sure that faucet owner can afford to keep it.
Upgrade packages isn't that thing that I like on faucets. It would be better to implement it only when faucet will become popular and you will gain users trust.

I never heard about this site. Now I checked it and first thing that I didn't like is .xyz domain. It doesn't looks very serious and professional.
But whole website looks good and professional. It looks that they avoid fake accusations because solid proof are necessary to submit review. But as always, final desicion is yours, you have to decide does person looks trustful or not.
P.S I wanted to test "submit a scammer page", but it's not possible to submit review becauce it's impossible to solve captcha due to invalid domain key error.

Thanks for the warning. I checked now, and saw that my referral link was changed only one btcinbtc.com faucet. It's annoying thing, because I had some very active referrals on both faucets. I don't know is it worth to continue promote these faucets...
Maybe admin see which accounts have many refered users and decide to change ref link to pay less referral commission.

The problem that you used fake personal details on PayPal account and I don't think that anyone can help you. I know that many people using fake names on PayPal for important reasons, but you have to take risk, because PayPal carefully checking money movement and other information.
