.............................................it definitely does look like the site will sell

to be frank we are happy for you Ryan but not for us (JPR team) as app owners

Just because hes selling doesnt mean the new owners will cut out all apps. We gotta wait n see what happens i suppose but i think there will be some unhappy ppl
9822  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Secure & Trusted|Weekly Rake+VIP|DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING on: November 23, 2015, 02:13:00 PM
There will be at least a 24 hour delay on cashback/affiliates and the raffle drawing until one of our devs returns to work our apologies in advance for the inconvenience, the payments and winners will be drawn up their return.

Why is it that there are always 24 hours delay since 2-3 weeks ago? Dont you as admin have access as well to the system or only dev has that? If your dev decided to not come back then you cant do this business if you rely too much on him
Cashback is being done as we speak and we are experiencing delays because our dev has things going on in his personal life. Payments are always made so theres no reason for anyone to freak out. Life happens sometimes ya know
9823  Other / Obsolete (buying) / Re: WTB SMS verification on: November 23, 2015, 11:55:44 AM
Why don't you just use some of the free numbers available on the web. Just google for "receive free sms online" for instance and you will find a bunch of sites with free numbers.

I dont think the free numbers work for this. I can personally say i have helped this guy twice though and he does pay quick. Very easy to work with
9824  Economy / Services / Re: MagicalDice New Campaign {OPEN} on: November 21, 2015, 10:53:35 PM
Were the payouts sent? I received 0.0135 in my Magicaldice account when I should receive 0.039 as for what the spreadsheet indicates. Huh
I'm not at home to check the spreadsheet. If a mistake was made ill correct it tomorrow when I'm home

9831  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 ▌Investor Plinko▐ Changeable Rows▐ Multidrop▐ BIG Promo▐ RTP:98.3% on: November 20, 2015, 02:10:11 AM
This site is turning out to be a good site now.. seems chat is going pretty active every minute Smiley

The chat is loaded with self admitted bums who are barely gambling. Theyre just there for free btc. Kinda sad

agree with that, i visited the site and saw several users which are only there to get rains, they should add atleast a minimum deposit, daily wager and more to prevent those kind of users, its like they are only milking the site for free coins. rainbot should only give to its real gamblers

Luckybit implemented a daily wager system to prevent freeloaders from hanging out in chat all day trying to collect. The only problem i see with doing this here would be that the min win would have to be raised if users have to wager a certain amount. Not my call here, im only a mod, but its my fair opinion
9832  Economy / Gambling / Re: What attracts you to a casino? on: November 20, 2015, 02:07:34 AM
What attracts me mostly is my chances of winning. If i have a 5% chance of winning im obv staying away but say i have a 95%+ chance ill give it a few shots. That doesnt guarantee ill make money but my chances are good

9834  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Secure & Trusted|Weekly Rake+VIP|DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING on: November 19, 2015, 06:41:34 AM
Bjorn what does sale of moneypot mean for Betterbets is changes or will remain same? I invest in moneypot as it is only way to invest in Betterbets so I invest in your casino in this fashion. Do you plan to sell? PM me if this info not public I can evaluation investment.

I'd like to know how this all affects BB as well. Changing ownership can be a huge deal, both BB and elsewhere.

Only betterbets and some other sites at the featured app tab. The other is just clone of untitled dice so they should not be affected too much because of this change of ownership

But they have to trust the new management. Ryan has proven himself. Getting someone else with the same track record won't be easy.

Pretty much this. Ryan has proven himself to be fair and honest over the course of a long time. It will be hard for the new owner to follow his footsteps and it will also be hard for the investors and players to trust the new owner(unless it is someone who is already known)
The good thing is the notification time is pretty long and allows the players, investors and app owners to think about different options.
I really hope that nothing changes with BB as i enjoy playing there from time to time.

I'm sort of hoping someone like Dooglus comes along to take it (though I doubt it since he doesn't really deal with BTC gambling anymore). Or maybe CBTC.

When 'espringe' (Eric S.) sold MoneyPot (now named BustaBit) to Ryan in Oct. 2014, it prodded Dooglus to finally give in to all the requests from fans/friends for him to re-open Just-Dice. I think this is when they did the CLAM altcoin project, and encourage investors & players to use JD w/ Clams instead of BTC.

Since then, Doog has indeed been 'dealing w/ BTC gambling anymore' since he remains the Just-Dice owner. He even made an appearance on BustaBit chat lately, which surprised me - a legend from the 'Eric days' ;p  Idk who 'CBTC' is.

The thing w/ Ryan is though he is absolutely the best owner that could've happened to both MP, BaB, & now PPot - MoneyPot's utility to fledgling, inexperienced, lazy (lol - I'm the worst ;p) app developers is a true miracle which I appreciate daily - he does suffer from what I affectionately call 'lazyilitis', causing him to spend some time every few months or so, trying to lighten his workload & free up his daily time from all the administrative, business/marketing, & security work from his gambling projects.

Now, this periodic effort, I think, kinda tends to be more for 'self-appeasing' purposes than a 'genuinely realistic' expectation of finding an outstanding buyer whose skills, background & outlook are formidable enough to let Ryan responsibly change ownership.

So, /tease (LOL) - very sorry Ryan, but, just as happened w/ the 'BustaBit is for Sale!' auction a little while ago, I fully place my bet on no prospective buyer showing up w/ enough IT/Gambling 'mettle' to take over this time neither ;3

CBTC is "CasinoBitco.in" and I agree with a lot of what you've said. I have knowledge of a lot of this stuff but not the security aspect, sadly.

Partner up w/ an IT-security/network infrastructure/programming type, or are you worried about trusting them w/ 'keys to the site'..?

Trust is a huge issue -- especially in a pseudo-anonymous system. It's hard to put your reputation on the line when someone else scamming automatically makes you the scammer, despite having no control over it, Sad.

As with any business online or not, before BetterBets.io, Lobos and I had years of previous work together on various projects to build the rapport and trust needed. It takes time and "proof of work" ie: can you do the job you state you can Smiley

Good luck this week everyone I think having 2 of the 6 winners for the raffle will help break up the month and make it more exciting. If you haven't played at BetterBets yet we have so far 3 fun games, a huge rake system, Luck Forging (alter your own house edge similar to a powerup in video games), and of course the raffle ticket bonus. So if you are currently playing at another dice site, and your only gain is a win or loss I suggest you make the jump over here and at least have the chance to make some extra. We could really use some chatters to help us build a larger community too.

I am actively creating a new bonus it is much more involved than anything I have attempted yet, it requires me to work with multiple people and teams to make it amazing for players and investors alike. I want to just tell everyone how important 3 things are for this:

1. Secure your moneypot accounts, with a good password and 2FA if possible.

2. One of my worries for this bonus is people will say things like "we didn't get enough notice" well I have mentioned this many times so far please make sure you have bet at least 1 BTC volume.

3. Every BTC wagered here and possibly at Poloniex.com (depending on my conversation with Tristan) will unlock more of this bonus for everyone.

Nice to see we are having early raffles this week. I think users will like the idea of a weekly prize vs a monthly.

Im also dying to know what the hell you got up your sleeve for the 1st of the month Smiley

Betterbets.io offers a referral/affiliate system. Prob one of the highest out there

I'll add the signature if you're still accepting Seniors.

You said you stop paid signatures here but now you're joining new one.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=425135.msg12990315#msg12990315

I withdrew from a signature campaign because other users were accusing me of spamming to increase my earnings even though I had reached the maximum amount of posts for my campaign. I have had a few days to re-evaluate my posting habits and the expectations of others. Now I feel joining a fixed payment campaign with a low-minimum post requirement would make those arguments invalid.

Any particular reason you're harassing me?
It looks to me like you're still spamming without a signature on personally. The reason I say this is right above your application post if you bothered to read youd have seen there at no sr member slots available.

You probably should update OP then because it still says you're looking for 5 of each position.
I didn't read through the thread, I read through the OP.

I'm spamming for applying to your signature campaign properly... This community is getting more and more disappointing as the days go by. Everybody is just interested in Flaming, Harassing and insulting each other without any valid reasoning.

Good job everyone, keep it up! Roll Eyes

Its not that the community is only interested in flaming or anything close. You in your own words said you read the op and saw 5 spots for each rank, but failed to look at post#2 and see all sr member slots are full. Then right above your post to apply you couldve read that i had just replied to someone telling them sr member slots were full.

If you dont want to be flamed as you call it then do a little research before making posts. All it takes is a little reading vs being in a rush to applyfor something and youll not make posts that are not needed

Just my opinion here but what's the point of opening a thread with the title trade between blah blah but not having the details of what was traded?
