9941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: October 17, 2016, 10:18:58 AM
It differs. Both have risks. Both requires a "capital" or in gambling, we call that "wager".
However, we can't really classify trading as a kind of gambling because it is gambling only if you are betting your money for an uncertain result. In trading, yes, some things are uncertain but you can somehow analyze the patterns to avoid a huge loss.
Exactly. On point. Although both have risk, the difference of the risk you' re taking in gambling dwarfs that of what you take when you trade. Experienced traders can actually earn consistently while experienced gamblers still would rely heavily on luck
9942  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 17, 2016, 10:14:56 AM
My way to get a steady income online is buy doing small tasks and get micro income. It's not a lot by far. But with trading I do something i find it very convenient as an extra source of income.
Only question is however how I can make it grow even more.

The answer to your question is simple: Google even more  Wink It is possible to make enough money online to live on but it's not easy. It takes effort and patience and is no different from having a regular job really. A lot it a tedious repetitive work but you get to do it from the comfort of your home. I think it's easier to accumulate small earnings from many different sites than to find one than pays a lot. Here are a few places to check out:

That's a lot of opportunities to work you offered, that is what you called that in the internet there is a lot of money as you are transacting with the world and not only limited in your community when you are working in a day job that only pays a little amount of money.
Well it does offer a lot of opportunities because you have a wider market but it definitely ia not as steady and consistent as having a stable job. It's very good for a side job where you can earn extra but these days, nothing can give you a consistent earning that working a day job
9943  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: October 17, 2016, 10:10:03 AM
I am never spending bitcoins  because i know that is not the meaning of the bitcoin i know that ht eonly person who is making money with the bitcoin is the one who maked
the bitcoin this big.

I think you are misunderstanding the concept behind Bitcoin.  Bitcoin is meant to be used as currency, so it means that Bitcoin should be spend.  Spend it the same way how you spend money.  Use it to buy things that you need online, use it as investment or trade it just like in forex.

Most of the people will prefer to keep them idle in their wallet so that they can spend them in future when they higher price but they forget the fact that by doing so it will never take price of bitcoin higher in future.
I sometimes decide to spend some Bitcoin but I try to not do it to often because because spending all of your Bitcoin is a waist because they can worth more in the future.
Spend your money instead of your Bitcoin because otherwise you are investing in Bitcoin for nothing.

Totally agree. Bitcoins have a great future and now it makes no sense to spend it. Exception - if absolutely no dollars. Better to wait, when it will become more expensive

Yeah i agree with some of the points here. It' s better if we spend some of our btc's instead of just letting it sleep in your wallet as it may have an effect with bitcoin's growth in the future. Although i don' t know yet how many online stores actually accept btc as here in my country it' s not that well known yet
9944  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: October 17, 2016, 10:04:55 AM
If I was desperate for money then I would juts have to go and ask some family members to lend me some money or some friends because I would not lend from the bank.
Those are the only options that I would have but I have never been in that situation.

i think i would not borrow to my family since i don't know when i can repay it and i'd rather to get a jobs which can pay me although its only small money, but i think its good for me to make a new life.
Well if you're going to be borrowing money, of course you' d have to let the person you're borrowing from know when you can pay them. If they're your loved ones and family members, then they should be able to understand your situation but yoi have to make sure that you pay them at all cost. I think yeah this is a lot bettee than loaning from banks and firms because most of the time the interest will break you even furthee
9945  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: October 17, 2016, 09:58:30 AM
It is said that bitcoin will destroy the fiat system but i believe that if this happens the world will change completly because banks and a lot of things will go out of market.
I do not think that the Bitcoin is going to be used by everyone in 2022 because I think that most people are just not interested in something like Bitcoin.
But you never know I also can be wrong and maybe it will be used by everyone.

I agree on the part that bitcoin is not going to be used by everyone in 2022, the reason is due to technicality, ignorance, failure to access the internet, illiteracy and the presence of the gadget needed to transact with bitcoins.  Aside from that there are many people that are not yet familiar with bitcoin.
Yeah even after 6 years i don't think its going to be at par with the fiat system i think it would take decades before it happens assuming that bitcoin is still here. Although certainly more people will be aware of btc already
9946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: October 17, 2016, 08:39:49 AM
How does one Put down Gambling for good?
I have never been addicted to gambling but I think that you should stay away from it by doing other things in your life maybe go on a vacation if you have the money.
Get your mind away from some things, that is going to help you a bit for sure.

Playing safe is the only way to get profit of gambling nothing. Script and bot are easily to trace by the house. It will not work in the long run. You will lost a lot of your coins if you trust that method. Try your own method.
Dude what you're saying won't help you quit. Although it's going to be a good start to regulate gambling but still, gambling smart doesn't equal to quitting. It may even get you more addicted
9947  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: October 17, 2016, 08:35:29 AM
You need to save money these days because you never know what might happen, there can be a situation where you have to pay for something that you do not expect.
Always save money for these types of situations or if you just want to buy something.
Yeah it's very difficult when you have an emergency and you're in dire need and you don't have anything to pull out or any contingency especially during medical emergencies. It is always wise to set aside a certain amount for these cases
9948  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: October 16, 2016, 08:25:12 AM
Not always but yeah i do miss it quite a lot. Sometimes when im asleep it hikes, sometimes when im away. So what i so is just to set up sell orders and hope that the price hikes up it would reach the amount i've set
9949  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: October 16, 2016, 08:21:51 AM
soon? no

eventually? maybe

Yeah perhaps not in our lifetime but it has the potential to make it that far though.
9950  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: October 16, 2016, 08:16:50 AM
I dedinitely lost quite an amount already but from the beginning i didn't have that much capital wheni started with bitcoin as well. I started just with signature campaigns and from there i played with trading. I think bitcoin has a potential of making someone rich, well i think it already made a lot of us richer. It just needs time and effort i think
9951  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: October 16, 2016, 08:09:43 AM
I think the safest method to gamble a bit safe and also not risks too much is by pokerring because you can than really push the luck to a minimum with a good strategy of course.
Poker is a terrific game, if you are better than the players you are playing against, if you are the worst then you are better off playing blackjack or something because you are going to get clean up very fast.

This is true but if you understand the game you can come pretty far and the fact is also that the luck you need is less more than on other games,
I agree partly but I think he is right about the luck factor.
Luck is obviously important, but since poker is a zero-sum game, which means that in order to win something someone else needs to lose, then your skill factor needs to be above the others if not then you are going to be the one giving your money away to your opponents.
Yeah i agree. Its different from other gambling games like dice where you just have to be lucky to win. In poker, skill and experience will play a big part in you winning. Some even pull through and win even if they don't have good hands, basically because they know how to play their opponents
9952  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: October 16, 2016, 08:06:44 AM
Currently im investing all of my coins into the project i do wanna to put online, but next year i do hope to stop invest and start saving, on the last halving i take a lesson, that were if i had saved my coins i could had found already my project instead had invested them.
I think it would be better if you use the save and invest simultaneously with the division of the good it will only make you safer
Yeah much better to both have saving and investing just secure your savings and others is for investing your coins. savings is one of the good and safe way because holding bitcoin is investing but it takes a long time before you can make a good profit.. unlike you invest like in trading in few days you can get your profit but depends what you are investing or you can invest in well know altcoin it takes a long time to make a good profit from them but it can also help you to make a profit supporting your savings in bitcoins to make a good profit if the price is increase..
They are both important as they will take charge of your future, without those you will be nothing when in times of trouble. It is not that we do prioritize the current situation and will not think of the future anymore, that is  wrong thinking for individual and a sign of being irresponsible.

Indeed. We need to have both i think dor it to work. We're risking quite a lot when we invest so we need to have a back up in case it doesn't work so that's where your savings will pick up. And i think everyone needs to have savings whether you're investing or not
9953  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: October 16, 2016, 08:03:59 AM
As of now i don't really have job and i'm focusing on this bitcointalk forum where i can get bitcoin for my weekly spenses but i don't really think in the future bitcoin will be accepted on companies to play those employes with bitcoin, Think that far enough yeh? Bitcoin is great
I think it will be easy for you to choose to use bitcoin as a main job, because before you did not have any work, this will be a difficult choice when you already have a job in previous
For unemployed in the real world, working with bitcoin is beneficial to them as somehow they can earn even with a little amount of money. But do not get hook and satisfied with your earning here as it is better to have more than one source of income.
yeah its different if are earning real money. Well for now that is. I think bitcoin really has a potential to support daily spendings but it may take time. Specially if like you who's earning through signature campaigns, ranking up is a pretty good way to earn but for moat of us it wont be enough
9954  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: October 16, 2016, 08:00:59 AM
If I am in desperate need of money then I will sell part of my bitcoins to keep things moving and even I don't need to borrow from people around me which will keep my image intact.

Yea i agree also with you it is good to do that move withiut borrowing money.

I also agree that if there is still a way to get hold of a money in times of desperate need then I would have to exhaust all possible ways to have it without the need of borrowing because if I borrow and then I will not be able to keep my promise of paying it then I would broke the trust given to me by that person and there would be a problem in the future in case I need to borrow again. So, if I can still sell something that is not really needed at the moment then I would sell it because money can still be earned but trust is hard to earned and the trust of the person with you would not be the same again if you broke it first.
Well, if you're really that desperate i don't think there's anything wrong with borrowing from people that you trust. That's better than stealing or other things desperation may lead you to. Just make sure that you also din't break the person's trust by paying up
9955  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: October 16, 2016, 06:01:35 AM
When do you stop? Do you have a daily limit or something?

Before gambling you should set an amount to lose and amount to win, And if you reach that certain amount then you can stop. This method requires a great amount of self control for it not be wasted. The problem is all about the player's greediness, He/she don't know how to stop, For example, You won consecutive times and you will bet again and again even though you reach your limit in winnings

Yeah i think the answer to this question is pretty easy for almost everyone. It's just that when you're already in that situation, that's when your self control will be tested. It easy really for us to say that when we reached already our monetary limit for the day we stop but i think it would be different already when you're on the table
9956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: October 16, 2016, 05:57:33 AM
I was so busy this past few months i know its too late but the first game of golden state was really a big slap on their face. How was the standing right now tho? Does the GS able to goes up?

NBA 2016-2017 Season hasn't started yet. The loss of Golden State Warriors is their first pre-season game. That isn't counted on regular standings.

The Cavs could have some struggles (again) this year because a lot of the other teams in the East improved their line ups, Atlanta got Howard, Celtics got Horford. Also, Cleveland doesn't seem to care much about the regular season because what matters to them is the 16 post season wins needed for another title. Would they be able to do that even if they did no major upgrade to their line up? Will Kevin Love's name appear in trade rumors again?

Well we have no accurate answer for that but one thing for sure CAVS will do their best like any other teams. And they care for the regular seasons since percentage is important for rankings to secure homecourt advantage.
Cavaliers lose today to the Toronto Raptors because they do not play Lebron James, I guess without Lebron James this team will not succeed, you guys should pray that Lebron James will stay healthy through out the season to see the cavaliers back in the Finals.

James is a big help for the CAVS but it doesn't mean that CAVS are nothing and a shit team if Lebron James will not play. There are games where CAVS got some winnings without Lebron on the floor.

It's a matter of gameplay. Yes it's hard without Lebron but basketball is 5v5.

Yeah. But let us admit that CAVS have been really powerful when James joined in.
He's averaging like 30 points per game. Can other CAVS players do that?
That's why we have something called "ACE" player or "Superstar".
Yeah the cavs can win without james considering gey also have pretty good players that are still young and dynamic. But if you ask me if they can win a championship without james, i don't think so. Not a fan of lebron but let's face it, put lebron on any team that has their own superstars and instantly that team becomes a contender. I don't like lebron but let's face the guy's special theres no denying that
9957  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: October 16, 2016, 05:53:18 AM
Skill is more important than skill in trading, in trading when we already got the skill, we will be able to predict the movement of the coin, so without luck we can make profit, and if we only rely on luck then our trading will be like gambling
without luck? are you sure? if the skilled ones doesn't even have luckyness or say he's having bad luck, even with ultra good analyzation and a skill to predict the future, there's no way he could make profit because having such a bad luck and end up broke

I think what he's trying to say was you can't rely purely on luck.
You were right. Even if you have godly analytical mind, bad luck may put you down.
But at least even if luck leaves you, you still have the skills to somehow lessen the risk.
Well this i think just says that both are needed qhenut comes to trading. We really can't say when the coin's prices will drop so having skill and experience would tell you to sell the coins while it's still good. Though again there's no telling that if it happens while you're watching the coins move. It could happen when you're asleep so i think luck is also something to consider here
9958  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling worth playing? on: October 16, 2016, 05:49:34 AM
After reading about your friend I will say that no for him it do not worth to play gambling as he is losing all of his money in gambling and is unable to earn money in gambling and if he will gamble only for money then he have to stay a little there.

It really depends in the player's attitude towards gambling if it would be enjoyable amd if it would be worth they're time and money. Some gamble blindly and i don't think there's that much enjoyment if youre playing for profit and you start losing a lot
9959  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: October 16, 2016, 05:46:50 AM
They are about the same thing.
Since trading is an investment all forms of investment are gambles.
Its a gamble that btc isn't going to crash, there are no guarantees in gambling and no guarantees in trading.
Well the chances are better in trading than in gambling. Risks are calculated here so the more experience and the more familiar you are with trading he more chance of you knowing when to trade. In gambling, you depend mainly on luck.it doesnt matter if you are prepared or not if youre lucky youre lucky if not you're screwed
9960  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: October 16, 2016, 05:43:26 AM
For a lot of people it will wreck it because you need a lot of luck to let it fix your life if you are asking me.
I think that gambling is really not wrecking your life instantly of course but that if you stay doing it and get greedy it will do this.
You are right. but I don't know why people get greedy for gambling. Instead of winning in gambling loosing graph is much higher. more people loose and less win. but still people greedy to play gambling. thank god I don't like playing gambling. I don't think it can fix someone's life.
Me too I am not addictive in gambling so I thank also God that I am not the one that is out of control in gambling, I remember when I was a little I play cards and with a bet,but it is just small amounts and I really love to play, but when time flies I sees that I am just wasting my money in effort because I am just always loosing in the game. Grin

Nice! You are just wasting you money out of it! that is the right control to stop playing gambling pal!. But for me i dont like and im not addicted also in gambling because i always loose and i dont know why i think because of luck so i find a other way to earn and that is trading.

Well i think we really wont know how other people look at gambling. For us, thinking about it, definitley we would say that gambling wont pretty much do us any good but for other people, it gives them i think a different feeling. Like a feeing of satisfaction, or control over their own money. I don't people like us won't really understand how gambling addicts look at gambling
