Its just a rumor but it surges its price and got the 1$ mark. Its a good news for the XRP holders since it increase by nearly 100-200% I think. Ripple has a good future as we can see because it is connected with the banks and its at the top 10 in coinmarketcap. This is just only the beginning of the ripple and if this trend continues, we can see that ripple will surpass bitcoin cash's market cap.

If anybody the holder trusts gave the private key or the passphrase or the password into his/her bitcoin then that person can withdraw it and convert it into fiat money. If the holder doesn't gave its private key to anybody, its either someone who knows about bitcoin will search in his/her device where he/she logs in his/her account or if nobody can then that bitcoin will be lost FOREVER.

For me its a no. Etherium have the 2nd largest market cap indeed but comparing it to bitcoin, bitcoin's market cap is 3x higher than etherium. Even the transaction fees and the speed of transaction affects bitcoin's performance now, many are still supporting it. I would rather say that bitcoin cash is closer to replace bitcoin rather than etherium but many doesn't want to buy bitcoin cash because many are pumping and dumping it. Etherium can't replace bitcoin for sure.

Bitcoin can be replace by another cryptocurrency maybe or maybe not. For me it can be replaced by another digital currency but it will take a long long time before it happens. Some says that ETH is the nearest one to replace bitcoin but if we base it on the market cap, bitcoin's market cap is 3x higher than the market cap of ETH so in order for ETH to replace BTC it will need to surpass the cap of BTC. Even though the fees and the transaction affects bitcoin, many are buying it because most investors are thinking bitcoin for a long term maybe.

If this will happen in the last week of the year or at the start of 2018 or anytime then the bitcoin holders will gain many profit since the price of bitcoin started to crash I think 3-4 days ago. This can be happen but for me I can't say if it will be next week or at the start of 2018. It can happen anytime because many are buying bitcoin at this moment. Just buy bitcoin while the price decreases for now and wait for the increase.

The month and the year is ending but it didn't reach even .01 cent price. I like dogecoin because I'm a dog lover and aside from that, there are many useful things that you can use in dogecoin like tipping others using dogecoin. The fast transaction and very very low fees of dogecoin in transferring making it some users trade their bitcoin into dogecoin then transfer it into another exchange.

I think there are two words that I can say why bitcoin has a high demand at this moment. One is its popularity. Day by day, more and more people are getting involved with bitcoin and the cryptoworld. Bitcoin has become popular because many want to invest with it and they believe that if they invest in bitcoin, it can give them a large ROI in the long term. Second is trust. Bitcoin has a high demand because many are buying it and as more investors are buying it, the demand will rise and the price will increase and since bitcoin has gained its trust for a long time already many want to invest their money in bitcoin.

It depends on the way of your living right now. If you are using bitcoin to pay for your exchanges then you will forcely spend your bitcoin in order to pay it but if you are not using your bitcoin and you are earning for th long term then you will save every bitcoin you have and wait for it to increase.

I admir dogecoin not because I'm a dog lover but it is still existing after how many years since it first became popular even though dogecoin has been create as a joke.

Dogecoin have some good features too like the fast transaction and the very very low fee for every transaction. Dogecoin has been used too as a tip for others. Dogecoin is useful for me even though it has a low price.

In terms of features, you can say that bitcoin cash has a better features than bitcoin. In terms of trust, bitcoin has gained more trust than bitcoin because of its decentralization feature that bitcoin cash does'nt have.

Now regarding to your question if bitcoin cash will defeat bitcoin, at this moment and it will take a long long time or it will never. Bitcoin has been there for almost 9 yeard and gained more trust than bitcoin that has been there for a short amount of time.

I can't say that bitcoin is dead already however, with the problems of bitcoin like the high fees and the never to slow transaction many are considering it as dead. For me it isn't because I think bitcoin as a storage where we can put all of our digital currencies like a savings bank. In the past few days, we see bitcoin decreasing its value and its normal already but some of the investors of BTC maybe pulled out their investment and bought another coin like BCH or other alts.

Thanks for sharing your opinion. Im curious about it because I observed the price of BCH and BTC this past days and that is what I observed. With the better features of BCH than BTC, many are supporting BCH already and decided to sell some of their BTC and bought BCH.

Yeah any altcoin can do but BCH is the closest one that can do it because of its investors

As we can see the price of BTC & BCH, the price of BCC is continuing to increase while the price of BTC is decreasing..

With a better features than BTC, can bitcoin cash meet the same price as the bitcoin have now in the future? Or can BCH can surpass BTC since many are selling their BTC and investing in BCH already?

Beginners doing a mistake is normal but as others say, don't do your same mistake twice. Before you withdraw a coin, make sure to see it twice or thrice you can get your coin when you withdraw it because some don't support some tokens. Unfortunately,  you can't get it anymore but now you know you're mistake already. Don't do it next time.

Many people are holding their earned bitcoins because they believe that in the future, it will give them huge amount of money. They believe that the price of bitcoin will increase in the next years so instead of spending them, they will just hold them for the long term.
