Question: what should I do for deposit for ico no show in account after 24 hours and filled in a few times of the "report an issue" already? It seems no response still. Just afraid my funds are missing

Your Waves lite client doesn't store your coins.

You're computer was infected, hacked and/or your seed was stored plain text, etc.

Use a password manager at the very least.  I have never heard of anyone using a password protected word document.  I think 2FA would help to reduce these risks.

Now you have heard/read of someone using password protected word to store private keys.

How much did you lose?

who should I contact for my wave lite app waves token stolen?
I think I got hacked and the funds were stolen in my account. All of the token were sent to a address I was not aware of.
