1  Other / Off-topic / Re: Introverts World (Extroverts Pls Keep Off !!) on: May 31, 2017, 03:05:30 PM
According to most people around me I'm to some large degree an introvert person. While many people see this as a drawback I can't imagine leading the same kind of life like my extrovert buddies. Being out every night going 3-5 places every day. Just sounds too tiring.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is ICO? on: May 30, 2017, 07:34:06 PM
It's more than just making a new coin. It's crowd funding of projects. You get an idea of a good project, you do an ICO, sell tokens and thus get funding for your idea.
3  Other / Off-topic / Re: I'm probably addicted to headshots. on: May 30, 2017, 07:27:40 PM
Fellow CSGO player here, I was DMG when I played. Hmm, yours sounds kinda like an unhealthy addiction, but I think it will pass with time. I used to be passionate about CS too and I've played since the days of 1.5, but now I don't really feel it as something vital to my life. I just play once or twice a week, only if somebody asks me to. I think you'll get bored with it too eventually.

You can also try to replace that addiction of yours with something more healthy, like getting addicted to making money for example.
4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are we brainwashed? on: May 28, 2017, 07:57:22 PM
I look around and see people no longer have goals.
We are perfect consumers. And I can't help thinking that over time, we have been "gently" pushed in this direction.
No more goals, no ideas, ideology, morals or principles. Just having the latest iWhatever, fast car and sleep with plenty of women. Like a new special breed of zombies.
In the past people fought and gave their life for freedom. And now I think we are less free then before. It's just that we are persuaded otherwise. Like in ancient Rome - bread and circus.

Some people fought and gave their life for freedom. The majority were as brainless sheep as today's people if not even more, and you can't blame them for that. Life in the past was harsh. It was hard enough just to survive and get by, let alone have some larger than life cause.

Nowadays however it's much easier to have a normal acceptable life, and what we do with that? We all go after some fake cause like animal rights or feminism. Worthy causes also are becoming simply trends among young people and thus losing their value. We're observing the death of ideals.
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: mining or tranding? on: May 27, 2017, 12:20:01 PM
Do you think is more profitable mining or trading? Advantages and advantages of anything.

You can strike it rich with trading in just a day. However mining gives you a more secure passive income, which is what many people are after. Both can be practiced together and combined. You can farm money for mining by trading first and then when you mine enough money and see a good opportunity for X2 through trading use the coins you mined and get rich.
6  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Is this a Ponzi Scheme? on: May 26, 2017, 05:22:10 PM
This is 100% scam, and this sort of ponzi schemes has become very popular lately.

A few people I know who used to do retarded DSD seminars where they would teach people their "secrets" for making money on ebay recently did one of those too. They made a website just like this and claimed that they can bring you daily increase of your investment by 3-5%. They lured people in helped by the insane pump BTC had lately. Question was if I invest in BTC through their platform, how would I make profits if BTC price starts dropping. Answer was, by referral fees from people you've invited Cheesy They did an exit scam just the other day, shut their platform's website down and left with people's money, and these guys here will probably do something similar eventually.

But just look at it. If it's all in caps lock, it's most likely a scam. Even their web page is lazy crap and most likely cloned from something.
7  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mischief reef, rather than stop the invasion of europe, us navy annoys china on: May 25, 2017, 10:25:06 AM
What is the point of such an action? Are they trying to intimidate China? For what purpose? I thought the US and China were supposed to have a united stance against ISIS now that the States are under Trump's power. And that only a week after they denounced North Korea's missile tests together. What a lack of consistency and priorities.
8  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What could be the assumption if scientist cant explain some issues on: May 24, 2017, 12:24:03 PM
I was just wondering they say that science are perfect. How come that they cant give a pure answers to some issues to like why do people dream? They say that it is on the psychological effect but it is not certain

Why is that there are left handed persons? Any thoughts about this?

Because science is not perfect, at least not at the moment. Real perfect science is like true communism, it will probably never happen. Humanity will always uncover new truths about the world we live in and science will change accordingly. The questions you raise are simply beyond the current capabilities of science but one day they'll be answered, just like hundreds of years ago nobody knew what's the reason behind the day and night cycles but then science evolved and we learned about the planet's rotation.
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is it possible to shut down the facebook? on: May 24, 2017, 09:39:29 AM
Come on be reasonable guys. Even if Facebook gets temporarily shut down and it's servers formatted, everything is probably double, triple or even more times backed up somewhere. Don't you think Zuckerberg would have thought of that already?

Even if FB falls down it will be back up and running in a matter of minutes or hours at the most. I'm pretty sure they've trained and prepared for such scenarios.
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinsource ATM Did not print my redemption code after accepting my BItcoin! on: May 22, 2017, 08:23:35 AM
Can you go to that machine again and try to make another withdrawal but for a small amount of money. That way you'll see whether the next person will get your code because you'll be the next person, and you won't risk losing a lot if the same issue repeats. Peace of mind will be worth it IMO. That's of course unless it's been some time and you think people have already used the machine.
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: learn english on: May 21, 2017, 01:22:48 PM
hi all, i want to learn english good. hope you will help me. thank you.

Do like I did with Spanish. Go take some private lessons, preferably with a group of students so that it's not so expensive. There are plenty of adults that do it, there's nothing weird about it. Sure you may not find it as easy as a child would to learn the language, but there are some bonuses. You can meet friends and even friends of the opposite sex there Smiley

By the way if it wasn't advice you were seeking, but English lessons from people on the forum I doubt we can help you, but ask away if you want to know something specific like grammar related or whatever.
12  Other / Off-topic / Re: What kind of food is good for fat? on: May 20, 2017, 09:03:26 AM
I think Rice

rice always good for health. other you can like banana, jackfruit.

Rice is mostly carbohydrates. It's a good food because it fills you up and contains some minerals like magnesium, but other than that it doesn't have too many benefits, and shouldn't be your sole food source. It will most definitely make you fat if you consume it too much and don't burn the calories with lots of physical activity.
13  Other / Off-topic / Re: Swedish prosecutors drop Julian Assange rape investigation on: May 19, 2017, 04:20:55 PM
About time they dropped these made up charges. Don't know if he's a free man now, but at least he won't be shamed for being a rapist, which is something I guess. I fear that if he goes free they may try to assassinate him and maybe fake it as an accident.
14  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What they are earning? on: May 17, 2017, 11:12:53 AM
Theoretically this is possible, but the Chinese don't have good technology. They only produce products. What is the point to move production from China to Europe? The owner of the technology can do it without China. The Chinese can become the investors to build new plants outside of China, but then the money will support the economies of other countries. Why is China? They see problems in the U.S. associated with the relocation of production to China.

Actually, there are many examples of the Chinese outsourcing production to Europe in the last years. One I can think of is the car manufacturer Great Wall, who made assembly plants in Europe so they don't have to pay the import taxes for their cars. And believe it or not their cars are being bought quite a lot. They fall in the same niche with the Romanian Dacia. Super cheap cars that supposedly have everything normal cars do. They've been in business the past few years and are expanding, so I guess they're making profits. There's quite a demand for this garbage.
15  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Hackers threaten to release stolen 'Pirates of the Caribbean 5' on: May 16, 2017, 01:19:14 PM
Just heard, also WD are saying they won't give in to the demands. If that's so I'll gladly torrent this one, even though I've never seen a single one of the franchise before. They whole industry needs to be thought a lesson. They've been insanely greedy and lazy the past decade.

Too much BTC related hacking events this week however. Shows crypto in a bad light.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: UEFA Champions League Final 2017 >>> on: May 16, 2017, 12:00:40 AM
Real will come in overconfident and blow it. I just know it since a friend talked me into placing a bet on them, "easy money"... yea. Probably a good idea to place a small bet on Juve and break even whatever happens.

Juve will park the bus in front of their goal line and Real will just fail attack after an attack. Juventus will only have 2-3 dangerous counter attacks but they'll score with one of them, probably towards the end of the match when everybody are expecting an overtime. Lack of time and frustration with 80 minutes of fruitless attempts to score will break Real completely and this will end 1 - 0 for Juve in a boring one sided match where the biggest losers will be the fans and viewers.
