How much lower compared to what? Did you notice that most probably most of us not upgrading our hardware have the same situation?

[...]- about downclocking the memory - mine are at 450MHz, but that's only because at lower MHz sometimes the driver crashes and also it seems to affect the hashing speed. [...]

Hashing with 7970, cgminer + MSI Afterburner I undercloked  memory to the amount of 50-100 Mhz with core clock around 1140. I didn't see the impact on hashing power or driver crushes but GPU's fans speed and tempratures.

Approx. cluster performance (30 min average): 18053.110 Ghash/s. It's getting crazy...

Am hating to bring this up, but is seeming to be a problem again:

18474   2013-06-08 20:06:47   1:10:33   13092667   1625   0.00000000     240455   25.05091001

Same problem here as well. Zero payout on that block despite continuous mining. Hopefully it gets fixed.

The same situation at my end. Just reporting...

Hey guys! I've got a question about "Discarded work".
I use CGminer with the CGWatcher frontend. the program however always states that about 1/3 of my"shares accepted" are "Discarded" i.e. Shares accepted = 1000, Discarded = 300.    I have tried several fixes but now have no idea.....

Any advice?

Discarded - work from block that is no longer valid to work on.  In new versions of CGMiner discarded work it is no longer displayed. To same extend discarded work is 'good' because it reduces rejected or stale shares.

my rigs can't connect to api2.bitcoin.cz:8332, anyone else having the same issue?

If you have Stratum compatible software (miner) use: stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333

thanks! that works

Don't mention it.

Is there a way to find out the total number of BTC mined since joining the pool?

https://mining.bitcoin.cz/accounts/transactions/

But only if you didn't change your BTC address provided there.
