I think they need to rebrand to the following logo.
UCRASH

This is the biggest pump and dumb I've ever seen......

Chaincoin with its HODL movement was the last one that comes to mind that pumped this hard. We all know how that train wreck turned out.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold : Make Bitcoin Decentralized Again on: January 20, 2018, 08:02:57 PM
Bitcoin gold has been added to the popular exodus wallet.  To claim your bitcoin gold is very very easy now no messing with your private keys.  Here is the link to the tutorial http://support.exodus.io/article/214-how-do-i-claim-bitcoin-gold.  Congrats BTG.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: December 18, 2017, 02:22:57 PM
From a common sense stand point my biggest concern short term is coinbase releasing there coins to there customers in the new year. Smart money who believe in this project will head to the sidelines wait for the smashing of the price and then load up.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy and Hold 100 Cryptocurrencies for 5 Years – Day 9 – $841 USD in profit on: December 17, 2017, 01:18:38 PM
Very cool experiment. If this portfolio ever blows up to a large number it will be hard for you to stomach the down days. The longer your in the crypto space and the bigger your account gets you will end up with most of your crypto in the large caps as a HODLER in projects like BTC,Dash,Ethereum,Monero and Litecoin.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: December 11, 2017, 10:40:43 PM
Think this litecoin run was impressive you haven’t seen nothing yet. https://smaulgld.com/bitcoin-litecoin-ratio/

Wish there was a big pump again like 2 weeks ago, and I hope the price soon reaches at least 50% of bitcoin.

The level of greed and lack of common sense really is mind blowing on these forums. A month ago BCH was down and out not a soul wanted it at $300 now people expect it to be 5K. The smart ones took there profits at 2K+ and moved on leaving BCH on there watch list while making profits elsewhere.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DASH] Dash (dash.org) | First Self-Funding Self-Governing Crypto Currency on: November 30, 2017, 07:52:28 PM
I dont know if this community realizes this or not but Craig Grant is telling his followers to buy dash now https://youtu.be/zCNRMP97s1M. When he does something all the utubers follow him aka Trevon James Crypto Nick. Don’t underestimate this guy. I miss Amanda Johnson. What a class act.

BCH could not hold $1250 or $1000. This could get interesting.

Bitcoin cash needs the ecosystem behind it before it can overtake BTC. Attacking it by manipulating the price solves nothing long term imho. Now if this was strictly a cash grab to get more BTC by shaking weak hands then mission accomplished.

BTC will hit sup 5000 or sub 4500 tonight?

BCH 3500-4500?

Last night was just round 1. This could get ugly. The volume is still there.

Everything okay Smiley MtGox has the money Smiley
Fake news all FUD. LOL!
Looks like the BCH train ran out of steam a lot sooner than I anticipated.

Smart. Everyone went full steem on that pump. Let the market calm down and try again later. Looks like Dash is now the flavour of the day now. Move along people nothing to see here.

So much for a decentralized world... And I thought Wallstreet was bad..  The hell with this manipulation. I'll never touch BCH again... Sometimes, just sometimes we have to have some principles. This is wrong on so many levels I don't even know where to begin. Clear hostile takeover that will fail, and only hurt this industry. No one new is going to touch BCH with a ten foot poll after this price manipulation. And anyone with 2 brain cells won't invest in crypto now because of this un-decedntralized price manipulation. On a normal day.. trade vol is 3-5 billion.. 26billion, really? Pfft, screw this..
All is fair in love and war, don't hate the player hate the game. This is not that bad, you can ride the BCH bull and earn some real bitcoins, just need to know when to pull out and not become a BCH bag holder.
Or just stay off line for a week, everything will be adjusted naturally by then.

Sorry, but there is nothing natural about this... Hell, this is the very reason why ppl come here - to get away from the utterly rigged system we live in. The idea that is crypto, is lost on you greedy individuals... Welcome home I suppose..
Agreed but the reality is 90% of BTC/BCH is held in a small few hands.  Everyone knew this now they are showing the whole world how concentrated it really is.

This is for all the marbles. The amount of money been thrown around is beyond comprehension. Ive seen walls worth several million get eaten like nothing. All the big players are involved. Look at the amount sitting in tether. Total madness.

What is happening with Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash⁉️

📢 A group not officially known is making an attack on several fronts to destabilize Bitcoin, since it was not possible to use SegWit2x to create another fork.

The Methodology is this one:

1️⃣ On the one hand, they are saturating the chain of blocks with a lot of transactions, around 23 per second, causing a large accumulation of unconfirmed transactions, which will undoubtedly cause slowness of the network during the next days, inviting back to the topic "We need a bigger block", benefiting Bcash's block with that idea, but in a manipulative way.

2️⃣ On the other hand, they are using the margin management skill of several exchanges to manipulate the market, which only requires organization and some money. This is like this: SHORT is done in Bitcoin and LONG in Bcash in several exchanges, using margin, knowing that they are the biggest competitors (besides ETH). By making BTC short they cause their price to go down, and by doing BCH long they cause their price to go up.

Then, they depend on the mass of people leaving and following the trend they try to score, launching stop loss in several places, and causing panic sales and purchases.

This plan is sustainable for some time, which will be as soon as most of the bitcoin sellers, of those who sold in panic, leave the market. Then buyers will be left alone, taking advantage of the price drop. At that time, they, who are manipulating the market, close both positions, taking advantage of both, and very probably buying the BTC, and taking it to new highs, probably at around 8500 or 9000.

3️⃣ And in the third point of strategy, they will take news out of various places, articles, texts, and any number of things to scare.

What do u think ?

And they want this to be a storage of value or a currency. Good luck with that. No way in hell the mass’s will touch this and put there life savings into crypto’s.
