But I just registered this exchange few days ago.
And all I did is buy coins and send coins or sell coins... That is all.

And they just released my last withdrawal request. And that one is I did as a test 0.005 BTC. But they still hold my 1.22 BTC. I do not now why.
And I found similar issues with this exchange on twitter and other forum.

Yes I also think they just dumped my request.
I check with my bitcoin address but there is nothing about this withdrawal.
The problem is, there is no way to contact to them. They accept inquiries or questions via e-mail only. (I am not sure they will reply to me or not gonna reply me forever)
I googled this exchange and found a phone number but even I call to this number they did nothing for me.
Even they are the biggest exchange in Japan.


So for now, my only option is just sit and wait?
So sad.

They did not gave me a TX ID. How can I check on blockchain without TX ID?

Thanks Yes When I withdraw the 1st time they gave me TX ID but not this time. And I paid highest fee always...
I sent several e-mail for last 3 days, but never replied to me.
Makes me mad....

But at least they would inform me the transaction ID. Right?

Hi. Recently I withdraw BTC from bitflyer exchange.
But it is stuck at pending and no transaction ID. It happened 3 days already.
Even I paid highest fee for withdrawal.
I sent several e-mails about this issue but they never replied to me.
I tried contact them but they only accept inquiries via e-mails. No phone number.
 

Anyone can help me? What can I do?
