Hi. Recently I withdraw BTC from bitflyer exchange.
But it is stuck at pending and no transaction ID. It happened 3 days already.
Even I paid highest fee for withdrawal.
I sent several e-mails about this issue but they never replied to me.
I tried contact them but they only accept inquiries via e-mails. No phone number.
 Embarrassed Embarrassed

Anyone can help me? What can I do?

Seems like a famous japanese exchange, I doubt they would pull a gox on your deposits. You might have to wait a few days or even weeks as is common among businesses in cryptos , they should be facing higher than normal support mails too.

If your withdrawal transaction was stucked for 3 days than it is possible that tx was dropped from mempool so you can't access that tx with blockchain explorer. I am not quite familiar with this Japanese trading platform but like other platform they might have tx id posted under withdrawal history, have you checked it?

Not also familiar with the trading platform, but just want to clarify something. When you did make a withdraw request, did they give you a transaction ID? Or it was blank the whole time? If it was blank the whole time, then probably the problem here lies with the exchange and not the memory pool dumping your transaction.

If they did give you a TX then, depending on the fees, it could have been dumped. Better check with their support.

Hmm. So this means they did not process your withdrawal. I am not sure if they have the same policies and protocols with poloniex, but what happens at poloniex is that when you withdraw bitcoins or any other alt coins, it appears pending. They manual approve each withdrawal and gives you a TX ID when it is approved. That is how you know that their is a TX ID assigned.

Another way to know if there is a TX ID is check your withdrawal address if there was an equivalent amount you withdrew. But right now, if it was indeed dumped by the memory pools, then you'll likely not find the tx in your address.

This is the same as other exchange site like yobit that it takes sometimes 4 days or week before you can receive responds from them.
If you are still can't see any TXID maybe you got a bug so i think only the support can help about your issue. and your right that better you wait.

I'm not familiar with the exchange, usually exchange give you information about your history activity.
There could be 2 possibilities: 1st it's bug of the exchange script (but it's looks like unprofessional considering the site live since 2014). 2nd red flag mt.gox v2.

Do you have any Idea on why they doesn't credited your withdrawal? Maybe you violate their TOS? But if you don't do anything wrong that violate in their rules then maybe you should seek for them right now if they have a thread onhere but seems you can't find them here nor email them as you can so that you will be answered by them. Or else file an scam accusation against them since 3 days pending is little bit far and it could be turn to eternity if you didn't do any good counter action on it.

But I just registered this exchange few days ago.
And all I did is buy coins and send coins or sell coins... That is all.

And they just released my last withdrawal request. And that one is I did as a test 0.005 BTC. But they still hold my 1.22 BTC. I do not now why.
And I found similar issues with this exchange on twitter and other forum.
