Any people that can reclaim pay attention:
"Currently the unclaimed tokens reside in custodial wallets, waiting to be claimed by their rightful owners. We will keep the official claim process open for another 6 weeks from today until June 16th 2021"

Wow. Iota generates so much fear in hodlers of other crypto 'assets'. They have begun to realize most of them are toast when this project gains traction, and we're nearly at that tipping point now. I would say you've got 6 to 12 months max until the show begins.  Never seen such fear and hatred. [Note to self: I must keep stacking Iota on every dip.]
This. Let them keep FUDding, just hold and wait till end 2021.

Greetings to everyone, if anybody out there would like to talk about the possibility of an electric car project please reach out to me via message on here. Somewhat off topic but given the details of the Iota project it could correlate. Thanks again and I look forward in speaking with you guys.
I would really suggest you to join the Discord.

Does anybody know if a member of the Board of Directors of the IOTA Foundation has managed a company with real customers for more than 5 months? Who? Which company?

Does it matter?

knowledge always matter.

Relevant knowledge matters

ThatsABity trying to protect IOTA community and IOTA fundation against some questions of me... I think, this person dangerous and supports scammers - since many years!!!
If somebody wants to take a look, here's the profile link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1006152. If it turns out to be the case (I need time to evaluate), I will tag and flag him too.

LOL. I'm not even involved with IOTA fondation. just invested in IOTA.

Just trying to fight misinformation. But go ahead, and try to frame me.

Lauda is a bitter person who probably missed out on good gains.
Now calling projects a scam, moderators are allowing this. Fine.

But pretty sad if that's your life.

this garbage still alive? LOL
This 'garbage' will be the standardized IOT trust layer in a few years, and you will be still here crying at every project not in your pocket.
Get rekt. Idiot.

- I hear such slogans since some years... ...from the beginning. David said before the bitfinex start, IOTA will be in the top five crypto's up to the end of that year... It wasn't reached - never.
- IoT? I needed a well heavy video-card in 2016 to do a transaction at a very low transaction count... The most transactions was spams.
- I wrote the first explorer for the Tangle in a night - nobody touched, what is happening on the Tangle, everybody talked about a possible attack, but only the algo was buggy - ((and today IOTA has many issues also))
- 32 bit CPU's you can forget with IOTA.
- If you don't use fees, it exists many possible attack against the IOTA net.
- If somebody needs a real IoT product (of course not for 32 bit crypto's) to communicate without fee it can choose GUN.DB, I think. It is a small, but a quality js code to communicate through cloud well between nodes.
- Obyte is MORE better, and with Obyte you can already use DAG with Autonomous Agents, Chat Bots, ... Obyte can be a real trust layer for IoT TODAY... ( It it is no coincidence that Bosch is listed on Obyte as Verified Asset Issuer, and official supports Obyte with DAG controlling network nodes, with witnesses ... )

Chrysalis update and coordicide will fix some of the problems you're talking about to comply to current industry requests.
Such as binary for the time being, more lightweight, smart contracts on 1st layer, UTXO and sharding.

OByte will not make it in the end just because it has fees.

IOTA is still way ahead in DAG research led by Serguei Popov. OMG standardization expected by  EOY.
Do your research. Things change over time, it's not the same as in 2017.

Warning to all readers. This project is a known scam. Read more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5227016.0

Don't spread misinformation.

It's a just mix of cherry picked bullshit in the thread you're referencing.
If you lost funds, it's probably your own fault. Trinity hack victims will be compensated, IF handled this very well.
I think IOTA is one of the most transparant and fair ecosystems in crypto.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: May 05, 2019, 02:52:43 PM
MIOTA/IOTA tokens will be offered to drivers of Jaguar/Rand Rovers who will be willing to share data as feedback about different things. How this is going to benefit a common user or holder of IOTA that remains to be seen in coming months. It surely being appreciated across the board that's why I also will see it positive development.
You benefit by getting a few cents of a shitcoin for selling out your soul. How stupid do you have to be to willingly sell your own data for pocket change? Go work in McDonalds or something.

What's the problem if the data is anonymized? If you still don't like the idea then don't sell it. You decide, that's the point.

It all looks so damn unprofessional at the moment.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: May 11, 2018, 03:14:10 PM
I wanted to send a transaction. I also have one pending transaction which was not confirmed yet although I rebroadcasted and promoted twice.
I got this message:

Quote
ERROR: PRIVATE KEY REUSE DETECTED!

You are attempting to sign a transaction with input that have an already been used. IOTA uses Winternitz one-time signature (W-OTS) scheme, due to it's `one-time` nature, the security of funds in an address decreases rapidly if you re-sign new transactions using the same key. Please wait for previous transaction to confirm, e.g. by promoting/reattaching, before sending another transaction.

Does it mean I can not send another transaction when an other one is pending?
Try to confirm the pending outgoing transaction. Reattach, promote, wait 15 mins, and repeat. You can use this tool if you don't want to do it via wallet: http://pro.iota.fm/.
Next time better use https://field.carriota.com:443 as node, it will perform these things automatically for you.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Iota buggy? Does it have potential? on: May 10, 2018, 11:30:18 AM
I see a lot of "I heard from a friend" and "it seems that" arguments in this thread.
Have any of you really studied the tech and potential of IOTA?

IOTA is only project I know of that offers a permissionless feeless (in theory unlimited scalable) platform for IoT.
It is currently in beta, and yes with a coordinator! But this is needed to start up the thing. Step by step things are getting better.

But hey, maybe Bosch, Fuijitsu, VW, DXC, Porsche are totally wrong about their choice to support IOTA foundation.
Looking forward to June 3rd when more about Qubic will be revealed, which is going to offer smart contracts, oracles and outsourced computing.
Ethereum, here we come!
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA is the next big thing on: May 03, 2018, 05:17:19 PM
Oracles (money for data)
Smart contracts
Exchanges of currencies
Outsourced computation

... that's simply awesome. looking forward to June.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will IOTA become the industry standard DLT solution? on: April 28, 2018, 01:57:26 PM

With Bosch, Fujitsu and Volkswagen on board, IOTA has placed itself in a good position to become an industry standard DLT protocol.

It has all requirements for M2M communication: highly scalable, no fees, offline transactions, quantum immune, encrypted data transfer, etc.

Further information: https://www.cointrust.com/news/fujitsus-intelliedge-lays-foundation-for-iota-to-become-industry-std

What do you guys think of it?
If IOTA continues to grow like this it makes a good chance in my opinion. Also considering the fact that IOT market will grow exponentially coming years.

At the moment I actually believe that Iota will become the backbone of IoT M2M payments. The worldwide support is huge.
Also I'm sure that Iota will move very strongly in the next two months. There's lots of stuff to come.

Looking at this potential market, Iota's potential is massive. Just getting started here.

Yes, lot of stuff coming up. Finally new user-friendly wallet, IXI Hub, ecosystem, data market launch, Q revelation.
