Is it just me or does when the price of bitcoin goes up the dealer in Black Jack gets REALLY lucky and you seem to draw shit every hand.   Very strange how that works out...  I have lost so much money at this site it's not even funny.  If you play here you might win a bit, but trust me once you start betting higher or bitcoin goes up you will mysteriously lose almost every hand.  I've seen so many times 4 or 5 BJ's in a row here.

hello, i just wanted to check out the site and i deposited

0.0067722 BTC

then i read the min. deposit is 0.01

do i have to deposit 0.0034  more to get in?

omaha2pac is username
Good luck asking a question the support is non responsive.  They took 10 credits from my deposit of 16 credits then i tried to withdraw my remainder and its going on 6 hours with no withdrawl or explanation on why they took/stole 10 credits from me.   Email is useless too, they don't answer...  Oh well a .60 litecoin lesson learned, i'll stick with the big reputable names in the field.

We currently have about 10,000 players, therefore of course we will get some that are not happy.  About 2,000 players are litecoin only players.  We frequently have players deposited 30, 40, 50 btc at a time.  As you can see these players never complain, but we do expect complaints and will always address them.  We also process between 50-60 withdrawals daily and again we do expect a complaint from time to time as it is part of every business.

We are not sure what your real intentions are because we frequently have threats via email from competitors but looking at your account, you deposited 0.62772000 ltc which equaled 16 credits.  You won 6 playing blackjack and now then requested to withdraw 12 though you had a balance of 22.  You have the ability to withdraw 22 credits in ltc which is 0.022 btc.  We are not sure why you are saying your credits have disappeared, because they have not.  Also, to say email is useless, because you have not heard in 6 hours we do sometimes have to sleep.

We are frequently rated a top 3 casino, sportsbook and poker room and if you check any thread you will see complaints from people.  The simple fact is you just can't please everybody though we all work very hard to try.  The unfortunate part it's always the player who is waiting for a few hours on a withdrawal of 0.02 btc or less.  We always spend as much time taking care of these players as the ones that withdraw 50 btc and more, but they never complain.

Again we service about 10,000 players and enjoy and treat with the most respect every single one.  If there is something more we can do for you please let us know.
Ok, so i can withdraw 22 credits ?  If so I am happy.   Maybe I misunderstood things.  If this is true please withdraw that for me because i am still waiting to withdraw 12 credits, if as you say i have 22 please withdraw them and i will remove my negative post.  But i have not recieved a thing...

As a man of my word I will say I just received my full withdrawal as was promised.  I guess i got confused when i saw the -10 credits it was apparently just a glitch.  I got everything I was supposed to and even won a little.  All is well, play with confidence.  Sorry for all the confusions.

Well I think I'm finally calling it quits after all these months losing so much.  The final straw is when he hits 4 BJ's in a row then a 20 then a dealt out 21 and 2 more BJ in a row.  I have never seen something like that in real life...
So can anyone explain this to me ?  How is it possible or getting red or black 18 times in a row ?  The odds would have to be astronomical...

If you play enough hands, crazy shit like this will happen sometimes. I have a screen shot from Bitzino when I was dealt 6 aces in a row on blackjack. I couldn't even split anymore!

These situations are so unusual that you remember them more than the thousands of boring hands in between.

There have probably been times where you got 4 blackjacks in a row, also. These crazy streaks are all part of the gamble.

Yea you're right, i just lost a few hundred bucks and was mad.  But what you say is true, I have streaked before on multiple occasions.  Learning to stop when ahead is my problem lol.

Is there any reason withdrawls are not going through ?  I put mine in last night at about 6pm  and as of this morning still nothing.
Well all is good, just got my withdrawl.  I imagine they must be swamped like the other poster mentioned.  Just wanted to let everyone know it was all good in the end though.

Well actually I liked to play at bitzino with my coins...  Hence the point waiting seven days for btc is a pain.

Maybe it will help your gambling addiction.

Yep its a load of BS what coinbase.com has done!  Now to buy instant you have to link a Visa card and it can only be visa, shit most people only have freaking mastercard....  I bought instantly for 3 months never a problem they took all my info now they just change policy and never tell anyone or warn them.  No way i'm going back to waiting 7 days, nice bait and switch coinbase.com!
