Well seems that THIS is happenning to many other people. Nice thing that OP is steping out of any responsability.
Apart roll rewards are dropping more and more, bonuses that you never see, captchas that don't work, there it is this absolutely poor security. And of course, it will never be OP's fault, isn't it OP? I add the ineffective support service, it's been more than one week ago that I sent a ticket and never got answered.

I use a different password for each faucet, I don't use tons of faucets though, two or three.
And it can't be possible that a web that is also used as a wallet had so bad security system so anyone can hack it and steal your money. Keeping your btc in freebitco.in is terribly risky and unsafe.
I just warn all of you and I am also warning all my friends to prevent using this faucet.

Hoy estuve trabajándola durante la noche, haciendo los reclamos como siempre cada hora. Nunca uso la opción de apuestas porque eso solo es perder dinero.
Hasta hoy, tenía algo de 22 000 satoshi y al ver mi balance después del último reclamo estaba en cero. Como si hubiese retirado o algo así. Pero no se puede retirar hasta alcanzar 30 000 mínimo, así que había algún problema.
Ya contacté al soporte con un ticket, solo queda esperar qué responden. Puede tratarse de un bug o algo pero un bug que vuelve tu balance a cero es más que un bug. Y en verdad dudo que respondan, nunca me respondían antes cuando preguntaba por porblemas menores.

Por fortuna no es mucho lo que tenía ahí, pero si alguno de uds. tiene el mínimo ya alcanzado, o más, le sugiero que retiren ahora y se olviden de esta faucet. Problemas de este tipo pueden pasar en una faucet nueva pero no en una tan antigua y que funciona también como monedero para un montón de gente.

Today I had around 22 000 satoshi, I was using the faucet, the free btc roll option, because I didn't use any other option like bets or that stuff (it's just a waste of money).

Suddenly I saw my balance in 0 just after claiming again.

I've just sent a ticket requesting an explanation. I am waiting for it, I hope I can get an answer in the next days. However, it doesn't smell good.
So I warn all of you who are using this faucet, to stop using it!

Fortunately it was not a high amount, but if you have enough balance to withdraw, or more (I got a friend who has around 0.1 btc), withdraw now! and do not return to this web because your btc may just disappear with no reason.

I hope it was just a bug or glitch. But a whole balance that suddenly disappear is not a bug, it might be a pretty bad security issue.
So please take this advice and avoid losing your money.

Yep you're right. Xapo fees look like they use a triple blinded tRitanium armed 24 gears truck and sat-controlled to send your btc.

That's the point. I am not sure if this is a good idea. Faucets moving payments automatically and quickly toward this just released microwallet, ¿without an evaluation? ¿without waiting until that new wallet at least grows a bit? Bad decision.
On the other side, I read that it can be used with Xapo. Maybe That could be the opportunity for xapo faucets to relive.

I am looking for the same thing too. My experience: discard Xapo, their fees increase proportionally to the BTC value.
And as they said above, it depends on you are BTC investor or just a faucets user. I use faucets, earn around 40-50 $ per month. And if you are going to use faucets, Xapo really sucks.
