Unfortunately you can't just compare prices like that... there is an enormous spread between exchanges, some of the indexes (XE.com, google, ...) use moving averages.

Uquid is using Bitpay as their exchange, so you need to look at this value:
https://bitpay.com/api/rates/USDYou will see that there is exactly a 1% difference when you finally transfer your BTC, that is the fee that Bitpay charges it's vendors (see this 1% fee goes to Bitpay, not Uquid).
Uquid makes it's profit by charging a Transfer fee of 0.5% when you load balance into your card
when depositing 2usd with bitcoins, it costs 3usd in bitcoins

it even not cover the bitpay network fees
https://blog.bitpay.com/network-costs/( this is fixed fees for every transaction : and it about 0.000465 BTC now)
