You can have as many physical and virtual cards (in EUR/USD/GBP) as you see fit. Once a card has reached it's limit (if not ID'd), just move to the next one. The only restriction is that you will have to use slightly different ID, email and address information for each card. The name on the account has nothing to do with the info on the card you request

please check this new update from French government : https://uquid.com/blog/2017/04/new-decree-for-france-prepaid-debit-cards-effective-from-1st-may-2017
-your card verify buy card vendor (not by us)
- the reason your document could refuse :
+ could be your information in your card did not matching with your information in your document
+ your billing address older than 3 months

if you need our team help you check before you submit we are very happy to help you

I'm French and I have the exact same problem. I sent all the documents required, all in order and 10 day after, the account upgrade was cancelled without any explanations, nothing ...
Luckily, I only sent 10€ for testing.

Uquid does not assume its responsibilities by sending the fault to the card vendor, but it is uquid who offers cards they are the first concerned and therefore accomplice, there is just to see the number of message of people who complain about the Forum to realize that there is a problem ...

Simple solution: ban customers from France but then they will complain about that, like the US customers...

due to high volume of support ticket
the fastest you get support from us via skype ( please make sure you added our skype id before you can send us message)

1. our card support for loading direct from third party ( paypal, ....) but you have upgrade to level 2 before you can received money (or you will get blocked by card vendor)
2. you deposit with bitcoin. if you want buy bitcoin with your uquid balance . our team can help you buy bitcoin from market (market price at the time you want buy) our team will support you via skype : uquid.support
3. paypal code used to instant. if you see transaction paypal charged you for "test money" if you do not see paypal charge money from your card. it problem could be you do not have fund enough or paypal system problem. nothing we can do. all transaction your card we show up and no hidden anything

Can you show the BTC transaction you are talking about?

There is a 1% fee from Bitpay and a fee when loading the card but you are probably referring to the transaction fee you had to pay to transfer 2 USD worth of BTC?

They have fees, I mean, they are low compared to the other services offering bitcoin debit cards but they do have them. https://uquid.com/fees If It wasn't profitable for them, they wouldn't run this business.

Unfortunately you can't just compare prices like that... there is an enormous spread between exchanges, some of the indexes (XE.com, google, ...) use moving averages.

Have a look at https://bitcoinwisdom.com/ to see the difference



Uquid is using Bitpay as their exchange, so you need to look at this value:

https://bitpay.com/api/rates/USD

You will see that there is exactly a 1% difference when you finally transfer your BTC, that is the fee that Bitpay charges it's vendors (see this 1% fee goes to Bitpay, not Uquid).

Uquid makes it's profit by charging a Transfer fee of 0.5% when you load balance into your card

ok, bitpay is for btc to usd/eur...but what exchange service do you use for eth to usd? you charged me 0.08017608 eth + 0.01 fee for $10 which is $124 for 1eth, while everywhere else it's 1eth = $204

it even not cover the bitpay network fees

( this is fixed fees for every transaction : and it about  0.000465 BTC now)
