Ecuse me? I consider it very real harm that the exchange has been closed during 2-3 major price drops because I couldn't use my money to trade back and forth and benefit from those drops. It's not "no harm to the users" at all.

I am just about to throw up.

Did you all know he might have broken another law? How did he make sure that no minors were doing  business on his site?
