 It appears that people are not paying attention.

i appreciate you not giving me unrealistic expectations, but it's not confidence-inspiring to not be given even a rough estimate - i don't expect to be given preferential treatment - but i did trust your company with my money - and may want to do so again in the future, should this work out after all...
