they need to add another 3 between the other two threes on my mtgox acct number to correct it

edit - i might add that i copied and pasted the acct number directly from my mtgox acct page - definitely not my typo error on the order

Just wanted to inform you that I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau of New York a day or two ago and they are awaiting a response from bitinstant.  If you wish to come to a resolution without their intervention, be my guest. 

I encourage everyone else in this thread to do the same.

You were issued a Gox coupon.  Did you try redeeming it?  What was the result?

The original gox coupon I received was not valid, I was waiting for a new coupon to be issued but I changed my mind and told Gareth that I want to be refunded. Charlie Shrem emailed Gareth telling him to refund my PayPal account 3 days ago. Gareth still didn't do it.

This is a very difficult question for me to answer as I cannot speak for the many CS reps that are working on your issue.  Sorry.

i appreciate you not giving me unrealistic expectations, but it's not confidence-inspiring to not be given even a rough estimate - i don't expect to be given preferential treatment - but i did trust your company with my money - and may want to do so again in the future, should this work out after all...

perhaps "bitinstant" might more aptly be called "in-a-bit"?   Kiss
