Thank you again for the further reply. Not hurt at all, I think it's really great to have discussion publicly! Livecoin has proved to be one of only a few exchanges that has many altcoins and is also reliable and well-made. Letting everyone see that you're there, that you will work with customers, and that issues will get dealt with, is a good thing. It's also great to have the information in your replies to me on Bitcointalk for everyone else to see too, in case they have similar problems.
I think it's also good for you, as a business, to be able to discuss feedback/suggestions publicly so that people know what you're working on. It's great to know that you have new things coming!

Thanks again! And my issues are now resolved.

Livecoin: I have 17 withdrawals stuck "in execution", some for MORE THAN ONE WEEK

Hello.
We have checked your ticket. Since you placed your ticket publicly and thus violated terms of services, we also decided answer to you publicly.

VSM - amount must be an integer (we have warning on withdrawal page), you used decimal, that is why 8 of your withdrawals get stuck.
GOLOS - instead of wallet, you used memo, that is why 2 of your withdrawals got stuck.
LEO - you used incorrect or non-existent address, that is why 6 of your withdrawals got stuck.
EMC - incorrect work of node, 1 withdrawal got stuck.

All in all, 16 from 17 withdrawals got stuck by your own fault. Any of such an incorrect withdrawal requests may be lost, we have a proper warning of this in withdrawal form. So you must be carefull, since we can not return all erroneous withdrawals, it doesn't depend on us sometimes.

Thank you for the reply; I don't mind that it's public, it will be useful for others. I will absolutely correct issues where I can. I have to disagree somewhat that they're all my fault, but please take this as being constructive and not criticism. Here's why:

All of those transactions were done via the API. It would be helpful if that information were provided not only on the website, but in the API. Further, the API should not permit invalid transactions.

For VSM: if the amount must be an integer, you should reject requests that are not integers, you should throw an error.
For LEO: Blockchain wallets simply don't allow withdrawals to invalid addresses; the transaction would not be processed. So the LEO problem would simply mean that the LEO is still there and hasn't been sent anywhere.
GOLOS is clearly simply my problem, of course, though in general these should be rejected if only a memo is provided.

Which transactions will you be able to cancel? Is there anything I can do from my end to help?

Thank you again for the reply.

EDIT: for the record, I've been using Livecoin for a couple of months and, even with the conversation above, it's been great. Anyone reading this: don't let this stop you from using Livecoin, and definitely don't listen to anyone saying "scam". It's a good site, and I'll be continuing to use it.

Livecoin: I have 17 withdrawals stuck "in execution", some for MORE THAN ONE WEEK. I have raised a support ticket, but several days ago support responded telling me that "the transactions must be canceled manually, so it will take some time". But nothing has changed, and I have not been given an update. I have been patient, but now it's been much too long. It's thousands of dollars that are stuck, and I've now lost significant amounts of money because I can't access these funds. I don't know what else to do other than post here.

How to I speed up this process? Do I PM you here? Can I cancel or send the withdrawals myself somehow? I need to have this dealt with.

I would like to use your exchange regularly, but this sort of thing makes it difficult. Even just having support sending updates to users with a timeline, "we will deal with the issue by Monday" or whatever, would help. If you communicated with your users more, they would stop accusing you of being a scam, like the post before this one.
4  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - The most advanced cryptocurrency exchange on: September 01, 2017, 04:17:36 PM
HitBTC: You don't have any complete list of withdrawal/network fees on your website. The list you provide on hitbtc.com/fees-and-limits leaves out many coins. That's a problem for anyone using the API because not only do we not know what the withdrawal fees are, but we also don't know what the minimum withdrawals are, which on your site are based on network fees. That results in unnecessary API calls.

Request: please keep an up-to-date list of withdrawal/network fees on your hitbtc.com/fees-and-limits page, and please update it soon. It's just a table--it should only take a few minutes.

Note that it's difficult to earn the trust of traders when these simple things aren't taken care of.

Thank you!

API doesnt work (public or private - doesnt matter) - is it because of DDOS attack ?

For me as well. Can we please get an update on the status of the API? It's been down for several days and there has been no news.

UPDATE: API is back up. It was down for 4 or 5 days. Livecoin: in the future, please provide status updates (on Twitter or here), even if they're just to say "we're working on it". Also: thanks for fixing it!

ANOTHER UPDATE:  The API seems to be mostly down again.

Livecoin reps: please can you give some sort of status update? How long will the disruptions be going on?

Two bugs:

1) With only the latest versions, the General parameter 'minprice' no longer seems to work. Even if all Net values are negative, MC will mine regardless of the value of 'minprice' (be it 0 or some other positive value, even a value in the thousands).

2) A long-standing bug that might be related to bug 1: when the Net value is negative for the 'Running' algo, MC will not switch to other more positive Pending values, and will not stop the current job at all if there are no positive Net values. It will only switch after stopping the current job manually, or automatically via the General 'maxtime' setting.

MC doesn't handle negative Net Profit values well.

Another question: when will the latest source code be posted on Github? I don't think it's been been updated since 1.7.0.0

As always: thanks!!

For the moment I am working on proxy mode for MC. One instance as mater, others slaves.  I'll test how MC handles negative values soon.
I don't post beta codes on GitHub, as far as there is huge amount of changes. Only stable releases will be there.

If you want to check the actual code, it is published in Visual Studio Team Services.

Has anyone tried running MC as a Windows Service, so that it starts up without having to log in?

First of all: thank you for the time and work, devs! Such a great tool.

I've been using MC for about a week. After a couple of days straight running, MC starts to really slow down periodically. The UI will freeze up for 20 to 25 seconds, then it will work normally for a minute or so, then it'll freeze up again. It does seem to coincide with price updates. After closing the application and opening it agian, it pauses for, I'd say, about 1 second. MAYBE 2 seconds.
I have a 7700k and 32GB of RAM; I'm not used to that happening! RAM usage gets up to between 700 and 800 MB, varying up and down. The miner itself seems to keep mining away just fine--it's only the GUI that has an issue.
I have most, but not all, of the config's included pools set up and running.
Is there something I can do to prevent the slowdown? I'd rather not have to babysit it if I can help it.

Any help will be appreciated!
