Hi Darkoth89
Thank you for your advice. I will just have to let go on working on my iphone for the moment and wait patiently for the release of the official release of the mobile mining app from Electroneum.
No problem, hate to see someone break their phones! They are taking sign ups for the beta currently, so might be worth checking that out in the meantime: https://twitter.com/electroneum/status/951030974187438080Thanks ....will consider doing that

Since we are on the subject on the importance of great customers services and exchange, below is a direct quote from our OP Roadmap for 2018 and beyond: “Full service centralized exchange where DNotes, Bitcoin, and a selection of other digital currencies and fiat currencies will be traded.” https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924858.02018 will be a very exciting year for DNotes. After launching DNotes 2.0, we will continue its development with an expanded team of developers – potentially a large team. Among various other projects, including blockchain related projects, we will start working on our full service centralized exchange with a commitment to be equal to our competitors and ultimately be superior. At a minimum, we will be superior in customer services and the protection of their assets right off the gate. We are prepared to spend up to two fully years to do things right. Like some of you, I have had my share of frustration and disappointment and sustained heavy losses because of miss-managed and collapsed exchanges like Crypto Rush, Mint Pal, and Crypsy. All those lessons learned will help us build a better exchange. At this point, I am frustrated with exchanges after some concerns with Poloniex and now with Bittrex, let alone those historical collapses. I am convinced that some of their functionality can be replaced with decentralized exchanges, although I haven't looked into any yet. But, it was stated in an earlier post that there are just some things that you can do on a centralized exchange that you just can't do otherwise. There is a need for consumers to have viable choices. Having said that, I am not even allowing myself to get excited about a DNotes exchange, because I know it is not on the immediate horizon. But I would feel so much more comfortable doing business there than anywhere else. I wish we could put that one on the front burner, but I know your team will do it right! Yes ......Doing Things Right The First Time Around is and has been the cornerstone of excellent Customer Relationship Management /Customer Service in many successful global / multinational companies...and is certainly and compulsorily the way forward /long-term survival even for any start-up

"...the 13 percent tax will also be assessed on any value increase users enjoy as a result of that exchange. If, for example, the price of the CryptoRuble rises above the ruble, the difference in value will be taxed." What a scary scenario this is! Does this mean they are letting a free and open market decide the price (certainly can't use the word value here ) of the CryptoRuble? If the price doesn't go the way they want it to, what's to stop them from issuing more CryptoRubles, or dumping some of their massive holdings on unsuspecting buyers? I doubt the citizens will even understand what they are getting - a government controlled manipulatable digital fiat (for lack of a better description). If they are issuing CryptoRubles in addition to traditional Rubles, what does that mean for their money supply? In my opinion it could be a recipe for disaster. Without coinciding economic growth, more dollars chasing the same amount of goods does nothing to increase the prosperity of a nation, in fact it has left many nations in ruin. Their plan is innovative, but has some major flaws which could severely hurt the rubles value in terms of purchasing power. Imagine there were 1,000,000,000 rubles, and you introduced 1,000,000 crytpo rubles into the equation, first traded at a 1:1 rate. Well let's say only 10,000 of those crypto rubles end up on the open market because people are holding, expecting that the value will increase. After some time passes, other people are now feverishly trying to get their hands on crypto rubles, especially after they hear about how people who invested in them are much better off. This high demand and restricted supply could drive the price up sky high. I'm not here to debate the price ceiling, but let's see what impact a crypto ruble valued at 1,000 rubles would have on the purchasing power of their currency... Granted production stayed the same, and your initial monetary base was 1 billion rubles, by adding another 1 billion rubles in money, you have effectively debased the money supply by 50%. The same could be said for any cryptocurrency adding too much money to the world's total supply at any given time; it could cause rapid currency debasement, and needs to be done with surgical precision. If the Mainland Chinese government was to create a cryto Renminbi, the same would happen to their fiat Renminbi

RE: "PBoC Digital Currency Chief Calls for State Cryptocurrency" So the Mainland Chinese government really went ahead as I correctly forsaw they would. I will not be surprised if the Chinese government or its monetary authority creates a centralized national cryptocurrency given the fact that China is a global crypto currency mining power.
Moreover, the cryptocurrency market is too lucrative for them to not get involved and be in astute control , economically and politically.

I would also like to know if a paper or web wallet is available to store SWIFT rather in an exchanger's.

A vast expanse of deep red sea at https://coinmarketcap.com/ and elsewhere this morning in response to the above news update! A major correction in the market from a SWOT perspective. I do know that prices have often pulled back after a rally but am a little skeptical this round as China's investors seem to form a significant portion of cryptocurrency players/holders and most new ICOs are based on ETH and may not hold as well as BTC. The Chinese exchanges are selling the coins at super low prices; it's quite obvious it's a panic sell as apart from looking at banning ICOs , the government will also be investigating the exchanges. For long-term investors, better to just hold and ride out this storm. Happy Labor Day to all of you in the US.

Excellent,
I have checked my account, and my transactions that were pending are also showing.
Excellent! We certainly look forward to PoloniEx's continuous focus on customer service.

Thank you goopuss, SCeeYong, and TeeGee for sharing your unfortunate experience concerning Poloniex customer support on pending DNotes withdrawal. Six weeks without a reply is troubling.
I have two pending withdrawals for about a week and have written to their management without a response. Does any one know if some other coins have the same issues? Please let us know if you do. I am travelling today but will check back later.
I tried googling the issue before I made my last post, and I didn't really see anything that indicated other coins currently have the same issue. For now, we can just wish the Poloniex support team the best in getting through all the support tickets they have, so that they can get to ours. Hi team and Hi community. Just so your aware I glanced at poloniex's twitter account and I saw many people complaining of unanswered tickets dating back months. I also attempted to send a small amount of Dnotes out of poloniex with no success. I was able to send BTC in and buy Dnotes okay about a week ago. I really wish they would at least freeze trading until the problem was resolved. I to am waiting for this issue to be resolved to buy a large chunk of Dnotes for my grandfather. I sure hope they figure it out soon. I am a big supporter for Dnotes project long term so it hurts watching this all go down after three years of anticipation because of one bad exchange. Its reminding me of allcoin, mintpal cryptsy collapse. I truly can't wait to see Dnotes own exchange to at least help stabilize the value more in the event something like this were to occur again with a 3rd party exchange. sigh well at least Dnotes strengths will surpass this hiccup overtime either way especially if a 4 billion dollar market-cap (BCH) can be created out of thin air. I just sure hope its fixed the right way soon however. I know its out of the teams hands but Good Luck with this one team, you have my moral support. I hope for the best Hi everybody I extracted this thread from another forum (Today, 02:46 PM) which is self-explanatory QUOTE Guys, just an update. I finally received my ETH after 20days. Not sure if it helps but I get my account verified to Level 2 last week. All the best to those who still got issue at Polo. Guess they are just slow so better late than never. UNQUOTE So it is true that there are many issues at PoloniEx. Just like mrbum805 , I will be very disappointed if I am going to miss the opportunity to buy Dnotes at this time, if the problem remains unresolved.

The recent decline in price is due to Poloniex. I put in a Support ticket 6 weeks ago about withdrawal issues for my Dnotes coins and I still have not heard from them. I could not withdraw my Dnotes from Poloniex so I sold them for BTC and withdrew the BTC. The fact that I have had no response from Poloniex is very disheartening. I'm sure many other Dnotes holders have tried to withdraw Dnotes but have not been able to, so instead of waiting for days, months or maybe never they are selling at record lows just to get some value for their coins. It really sucks that one exchanges incompetence, and lack of customer support can create a chain reaction to all the other exchanges and then everyone follow suit and basically dump the coins for pennies on the dollar. Dnotes 2.0 will not increase the price until Poloniex releases the coins. Until then Dnotes will even lower in price. Let's hope Poloniex fixes this problem before they alone kill Dnotes.

I agree. The oversupply of DNotes at PoloniEx coupled with the impaired withdrawal will certainly kill DNotes. With the withdrawal being impaired at PoloniEx for Dnotes, it is certainly difficulty and almost impossible for us to transfer Dnotes from our PoloniEx balance to the DNotesVault. I am speculating that PoloniEx may not be interested in resolving the issue because of low transaction. I have been postponing my deposit of BTC to PoloniEx to buy DNotes because of this issue. Hopefully, this problem can be looked at more urgently with the advent of DNotes 2.0.

Looks like the trading of BTC has swinged away from PoloniEx to Asian exchanges ! This will definitely have a significant impact on BTC/NOTE (NOTE/BTC) volume/price on PoloniEx as well. To achieve growth, it will be difficult to ignore the Chinese/Korean/Japanese (or Asian ) markets, even for DNotes. Also wondering where (looking for a more efficient exchanger other than PoloniEx) I can buy my DNotes now?? # Source Pair Volume (24h) Price Volume (%) Updated 1 Bithumb BTC/KRW $298,154,000 $4175.64 10.48% Recently 2 Bitfinex BTC/USD $241,102,000 $4068.00 8.47% Recently 3 GDAX BTC/USD $118,680,000 $4065.34 4.17% Recently 4 OKCoin.cn BTC/CNY $111,248,000 $4171.63 3.91% Recently 5 Bittrex NEO/BTC $102,770,000 $4053.66 3.61% Recently 6 BTCC BTC/CNY $99,990,000 $4195.70 3.51% Recently 7 Bitstamp BTC/USD $93,369,600 $4057.07 3.28% Recently 8 Huobi BTC/CNY $92,754,200 $4169.69 3.26% Recently 9 Gemini BTC/USD $91,300,400 $4062.77 3.21% Recently 10 bitFlyer BTC/JPY $83,055,000 $4065.25 2.92% Recently 11 Kraken BTC/EUR $82,766,700 $4085.31 2.91% Recently 12 Poloniex BTC/USDT $76,106,900 $4063.23 2.67% Recently 13 Poloniex ETH/BTC $62,313,800 $4087.62 2.19% Recently source: https://coinmarketcap.com/

Any possibilities of including other more "competent" exchanges like Bittrex and Bitfinex for the purpose of enhancing deposit and withdrawal capabilities for DNotes and increasing exposure ?
Thanks, SCeeYong. Yes, we have a significant PR campaign scheduled for the last quarter of the year following the launch of DNotes 2.0. At the same time we will be approaching a number of exchanges to get DNotes listed. DNotes is poised to take a big leap forward by the end of this year. Hi Alan, Thank you for your update on DNnotes' PR campaign in Q4 2017 especially after its migration to DNotes 2.0 which will entail elements that will bring positive semblance of calmness, healthy growth to NOTE through education, smart partnerships and additional listings in other more competitive /competent /efficient exchange platforms, among others. However , in and under the present circumstances,at least until all these take effects by the end of the year, NOTE investors are and will still be relying heavily on PoloniEx as an exchange platform to buy and sell NOTE. My immediate concern is that the impaired Deposit/Withdrawal capabilities will exert downward pressure on NOTE's price viz:- 1.The continuing and successful NOTE deposits to Poloniex matched with consistent withdrawal problems of the coin from Poloniex will reduce buying demand while increasing the supply . 2. Similarly, investors will avoid or stay away from the coin if deposits of NOTE also become an issue at PoloniEx matched with withdrawal problems. To some extent , I am inclined to believe that this is situation we are facing now with a less-than-efficient PoloniEx and is among the contributory factors to NOTE's unattractive price performance in terms of USD or BTC, especially when the price of the latter has come to cross the 4k mark.
