Just started mining DigiByte at a pool, and when i check top 15 hashrates for the pool, some of them are crazyhigh!
I know i got a shitty GPU, but how do they do it? The pool is using a GPU-algo..
The one on the top has almost 400x my hashrate. Has he invested shitloads of money into GPU-rigs?

In short no. He's mining quark algo using ASIC.
He's mining in a pool where you use Groestl-algo, shouldnt be profitable mining with a ASIC?
