Aren't you tired of hearing this excuses?It has always been trying to make it secure, bug-free and most recently according to Andrew it was because of licensing.I feel u are part of this Team.So take this to them, they should put their ego aside and seek help from experience blockchain developer.Because they definitely don't know what they sign up to from the onset

Good question, they are gradually killing the potency of this coin with never ending the delay.It is a norm to get the new deadline from exscudo(understaffed or incompetent team),on expiration of the recent due date.So will get to know on 31st of March
