Hi, is this exchanger safe? Has anyone used it lately?

I want to send from advcash to okpay and they have better rate than if I do it directly from advcash

I sent them my data for verification and thus to be able to withdraw funds in btc-e immediately but it has been more than a month and every time I ask them for my verification they tell me that they have many requests and that I should continue to wait ¬¬

I exceeded the daily limit of deposits with the credit card and I have not released the funds, someone has had this problem? They release the funds the next day or make a refund?

I create a ticket but they always take several days to respond

I worked without problems to be able to buy btc with my credit card, now only accept cards with 3dsecure but the banks of my country do not have that system  Angry
