Didn't deposit from "darkweb" ... don't know why they think so... IVEN if I would do, do they have the rights to take this money to their pocket? asked many times to send them back to my depositted address if they not accept my deposits and lock my account but they has denied, STAY AWAY!

It's WAY AWAY from "closed" for me, I made deposit and You don't want to payout (with new fees rules) or let me wager for it or make anything to sort this out instead of trying to steal my money.

I have been playing with them like 1 year or more without any problems before this happens and withdrawals were instant, unfortunatelly I have been depositting and withdrawing many times without playing as instant deposits worked without any problems (tried to play arbs but they didn't work well these months) until this happened - they didn't process my last two withdrawall requests after my deposit of 1.235btc, was in argue with them many days (2 months or so) but finally never got my withdrawals and they have stopped replying to my e-mails saying it's money laundering, this is their final statement and that they won't pay.
Stay away from this sportsbook as if they think something you will have absolutely no chance to get your money back (no license, many many excuses to not pay and finally not replying to mails).

What happened: Fairlay has been holding my deposit hostage for over 6 months now. I played with them for over a year without any major issues. Deposits and withdrawals were always almost instant. Sometimes, I withdrew my funds without playing. The primary reason for using them was for arbitrage betting. Any seasoned bettor knows that arbitrage opportunities are fleeting, and in most cases, lasts only for a few seconds or minutes. Whenever I deposited and the arbitrage opportunity is lost/gone, I simply withdrew my funds. Moreover, there was never any clause in their terms and conditions asking bettors to turnover deposits before withdrawing. As far as I know, I never broke any rules.

Out of the blue, without any warning, they stopped processing my withdrawals. After several emails exchanges, they arbitrarily decided that they will keep my bitcoins for themselves. I have 1.235 BTC with them. Please explain to me how this is justifiable? They claim I was using their platform as a free mixer, and that I was laundering my funds through them. Really? Lets pretend for a minute that their accusations are true, Does it give them the right to keep my hard earned money? Can a gambling platform seize deposits because they suspect that the funds were acquired illegally? How is it their business how I earned those coins? Are they the IRS or a Government entity with a mandate to go after illegal funds? My apologies, I digress.

Their final statement is that under no circumstances will they pay me back. As far as they are concerned this case is closed. Beware of Fairlay.com. Do not deposit there, their modus operandi is that they can decide to steal your deposit whenever it suits them with accusations that you are a money launderer. They don't need proof, nothing - They only need to suspect your activities, and that gives them the right to keep your coins and spend them as they wish. And oh, they may also request KYC and give you 2 days to submit them, otherwise you are in their opinion a scammer and a document forger. This, coming from a business that is not even licensed.

it's not that simple... they do not answer to me from several months... they think the case is over - they collected nice amount and do not reply to me anymore... it's not about camera... they wanted "prove of source funds" in 1 of my 1000? bitcoin addresses which is impossible to give... they made xx excuses to not pay me and think that I will not fight for my money. DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!  IMO THEY WILL STOP BUSINESS SOON AND RUN OUT WITH ALL THE MONEY !!!

Proofs... don't know what can I give? never got withdrawal into my wallet, they have requested kyc, I have sent them all then they have denied saying money laundering/mixing (I was withdrawing without playing) and they have never let me to play for the deposit if this is necessary, just collected my deposit. They have been replying in this topic before about this. For them the case is over - they have collected nice amount and are very OK with that.

Stop telling those slanders! massive abuse (of what?? only "mixing" or "surebetting" can be involved but it's way along from massive abuse) ID thieft is lie (proofs?! can't see the reason for doing it if I decide to verify! ) if you think that there's any money laundering which is another lie just sentback money to the account from which it has been deposited, saying money laundering then taking these money to the pocket... how can You call it then? and yes You said I have failed to verify because I have replied too late (here on forum You can find your post).
Edit: so I just didn't make camera movie to send You which is abstraction... what if I'll do... what will be next excuse? I don't get it man! You have Your own point about laundering and You won't send the payout iven to the account which they come from and stealing these money from me is right?

Of course I have contacted them xx - times, finally accepted to be verified with kyc procedure (sending my id+utility bill) iven if they have no license so don't have legal instruments to ask for them... and they still denied to pay because "I have sent documents too late". They don't reply to my e-mails.

Hello again. I can send screens to RHavar but I can see that they won't accept anything now as I have sent it "too late" ... they have requested them again (after I finally decided to send them after 4 months denying) so saying that this is too late is another trick. They just want to take this money to the pocket for some reason! I accept the money to be sent back to the account which they come from - if You think that there's any problem with the account from which were they deposited then just sent them back to this account and finish this story - for your information they are 100% legit!

OMG    , I didn't want to send any IDs for 4 months because I never did to any casino before just want to play anonymously! finally after 4 months fight I decided to send and now instead of veryfying me you are saying its fake, just perfect-final excuse! the only fake is your company without license AM I WRONG? if not, send me your license information.

Mainly: there was no illegal activities just You may put this as "mixing" as someone told before but this is not worth as there's many other mixers if You want to do this as I found after I have realized what mixing is. I had instant withdrawals and didn't realize that I have to play with deposits as I have been moving money in and out if I didn't want to play after deposit for some reason (lines changed).
Secondly: I have explained this many times + I have send them ID + utility bill iven when I really didn't want to do this but finally decided to send it as they have been holding my funds 4 months.
The last: if You want to take "action against it" then pay out my balance and close the account instead of stealing my deposit!
You have been replying to my e-mails until I have sent my verification documents then You have stopped, why did You request all of them when You didn't want to pay me out anyway? how can I get my funds?
