The user could not prove his identity when asked. We have to assume he sent in fake documents.

So you asked for documents, and when he reluctantly provides them -- you dismiss them as fake, because he didn't provide them immediately?


Can I ask what is the real problem here. You're upset he used your service for mixing purpose? And you feel that taking thousands of his money is justifiable punishment?



I'll be honest, if there's some police investigation going on about the funds or something of the sort -- I'll be a bit sympathetic to you holding the money. But just taking someone's coins because you feel like it is really shocking.

It does worry me a bit that they'd do something like this just from a hunch or feeling. I'm pretty sure they can't prove that the funds are bad or illegal, probably it is as you say, they are mad that he used their site as a mixer. Probably not the best decision made by the user either but it is what it is. Give him an IP ban and be done with it, stealing users funds is a big no no in this industry. Especially if you want to grow bigger and increase your userbase.

Yeah, absolutely. They have every right to refuse him service, and even permanently ban him from the site. But taking the guys money is just not fair.

I'm trying to lay a bet against a team. The odds on the red lay bet button say 2.25. When I click on it, odds of 1.75 appear in the odds box. Why would I every want odds less than 2.00? I wouldn't even get my stake back if I won. Does that mean no lay bets are available?

I guess I'm asking how to lay a bet.

When I enter odds in the odds box of lay bet, as a maker/taker, the order doesn't get processed at the odds I entered.

Am I missing something here?

Are there any forum posts or resources that discuss this issue? I should be able to lay a bet at the odds similar to that posted on the red lay button, but it doesn't seem possible.

2.25  are the odds the other user posted.   He posted 100mBTC at 2.25  asking for 125mBTC return on his 100mBTC stake.  If you accept it, odds are reversed. That's why you get only odds of 1.80.    It is the industry standard for exchanges to display it that way.     

Ok, thanks for the quick response. That clears things up. So I should enter my Liability into the mBTC wager box, and not my lay stake, and then click Against.

The user was asked to send in proof that his ID is authentic.  He couldn't fulfil our request stating that he has no camera ( or webcam or smartphone).    We won't pay out the money unless ordered by court, arbitrator or police.  This is the last  time we respond to this case. The user let the deadline we set pass and abused our support serveral times.
We follow AML laws and therefor cannot pay out funds to anonymous money launderers and criminals .

So I was planning on requesting the full company / personnel details to give betg a legal avenue to make his claim, but there are no such records of a company existing. I guess it's no surprise as there are no LLC's in Costa Rica. Just  S.A. and S.R.L.'s.



There appears to be no problem with their site, as it is working for every other legitimately incorporated company that I have tried.

I have monitor this gentleman’s post for a while...he is definitely a fraudster as anyone legit would of provided docs requested immediately..also his deposit and withdrawal pattern does not match a legitimate player..
And come on he does not have a camera to comply with Fairlay picture/video request that is truly laughable ...He is the only person I have ever heard that has had an issue with withdrawals...I can attest as many others too that fairlay process withdrawls instant for me I’ve done 100’s never a issue...Fairlay is A+

That's absolutely not true. There are many people who would be hesitant to provide their identification to some shady company. I mean, they're not even "Fairlay LLC" but rather "Fairlay S.L.R" and in their incorporation filing forms they say their company is for the purpose of "trade, real estate, investments, tourism, import/export and trade". Jeez, why would you not trust them.

Anyway, my point isn't to defend betg. I know nothing about him, but as a casino owner I know it's not a casinos job to play judge, jury and executioner. If fairlay suspects there is money laundering or what not, it should be reported to the authorities and surrendered or investigated through the proper channels. It is absolutely not fair or reasonable for them to just pocket it.

Hello again. I can send screens to RHavar but I can see that they won't accept anything now as I have sent it "too late" ... they have requested them again (after I finally decided to send them after 4 months denying) so saying that this is too late is another trick. They just want to take this money to the pocket for some reason! I accept the money to be sent back to the account which they come from - if You think that there's any problem with the account from which were they deposited then just sent them back to this account and finish this story - for your information they are 100% legit!
Thanks all for posting here, I cannot fight with them as there's probably virtual company but without any license so we can't do anything more than posting it on forums when we have complaints?

Well it's strange. Please try to do something differently. Request a password reset and choose a simple password for now.   We can only repeat, everything seems fine from here.

Have you properly contacted the support with proof of your balance. Most of the times it might be some misunderstanding between the site and the user.

Of course I have contacted them xx - times, finally accepted to be verified with kyc procedure (sending my id+utility bill) iven if they have no license so don't have legal instruments to ask for them... and they still denied to pay because "I have sent documents too late". They don't reply to my e-mails.

Replying too late is not an excuse to confiscate thousands of $, they hold them and the admin should reply to this to clear any misconception.
