1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Dividend could be the next thing in crypto! on: December 05, 2017, 08:55:26 PM
all the tokens with devidents will fail tha Haiwe test. So it is bad idea to use such token or buy them on ICO. They could not be traded on large exchanges

Haiwe test?
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Mirrax's HIGH RISK altcoin investment guide for 2017 on: December 04, 2017, 08:13:46 PM
From you are list beside NXS which of them can you say are eligible to be bought at this time and ave a great probabilities at profit( any new suggestions)?h

I would say Unitus $UIS.

I still don't understand why people prefer Unitus over Myriad...

Mirrax says he doesn't like Myriad's large supply, but that seems like a pretty minor complaint.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Unitus could be the next Vertcoin on: December 04, 2017, 08:07:20 PM
Couldn't you say the same things about Myriad? Myriad also has the advantage of being on one of the biggest exchanges already (Bittrex), whereas Unitus is only on Cryptopia.

Is it worth staking with 100k coins?

Missed the auction but been keeping an eye on this since then.

Coming to any other exchanges soon?

So, anything about XEL now?
Yup, it's still a shitcoin.

Don't say I didn't try to warn you...

Sure, here's another free bump!

Agreed this is one of the clearest examples of a scam I've seen in recent times. Well done for trying to warn people about it. It started with a newbie account whose real-life name was supposedly "Lionel Keys" posting as ElasticCoin. Immediately a few of us pressed for some kind of info to verify his identity (given it was an ICO without escrow), which he said would be coming soon. In the mean time I began finding Evil-Knievel's behaviour in the thread extremely suspicious. He wasn't (publicly) in charge of the probject at this point but from the start was shilling hard (talking about how much he'd invested) and answering the bulk of the questions that were intended for the dev. It was obvious to me he was involved with the project whilst pretending not to be.

Every post from the ElasticCoin account was subsequently deleted from that thread (presumably when they realized they'd messed up and that there was no way to hide how shady the whole thing was), Lionel Keys disappeared (abandoning a project he'd supposedly spent months working on and preparing) and Evil-Knievel suddenly emerged as project lead.

I haven't enough time to dig through it, but here's the original thread. Evil-Knievel has also deleted every single post he made in that thread, though enough of his and ElasticCoin's original posts have been preserved in quotes in replies to show you what's going on here.

I am currently invested in this coin with a total of 6.8799 BTC.

A very clear scam.

You must be new here.... community takeovers happen all the time.  Sometimes, they are very successful.

It doesn't matter if a coin's beginnings are questionable... take a look at Dash, it's as sketchy as it gets.

They have demo'd a working product (something golem has not done because golem is vaporware), have a low cap, and the chart looks nice.

That's why I bought.

Golem never demo'd a working product? Is that the level of research you've done on XEL? So little that you don't even understand their main competitor?

XEL demo'd a crappy Bitcoin miner in 2016 and they've been parading that same video around since then.

Looks like they're making tons of progress on GitHub though: https://github.com/elastic-coin/elastic.github.io/graphs/contributors?from=2017-04-09&to=2017-09-12&type=c

Oh wait... it's practically dead.

I bought XEL too early, OTC at around 0.000195 just days before a FUD campaign

OP also bought XEL during the OTC sales, which is probably why he's shilling it now. Seems all he does these days is shill his bags: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1804795.msg19619837#msg19619837

There was no "FUD campaign" against XEL. The notion that anyone would care that much about an unknown shitcoin is laughable. Several people realized XEL is a scam and tried to warn gullible schmucks like you, but instead of listening you assumed there was some grand conspiracy. Congrats, you got conned.

Despite what the shills try to tell you, XEL offers nothing over Golem. The fact that XEL's marketing relies on a complete misrepresentation of Golem is more evidence of their incompetence. Then there's the fact that XEL's creator (Lannister) literally scammed everyone and disappeared: http://archive.is/zoyYa

Senior members of Bitcointalk were calling XEL a scam more than a year ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1426466.msg15845799#msg15845799

Why are you still hanging onto your delusions? Cut your losses and move on.

Guys please stay realistic, Bittrex doesnt add new coins that fast. We need a "Tier 2" exchange first, like the one I stated above.

May not be so unrealistic anymore, they've done stranger things: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/elastic/#markets

Any response from any exchange ? i don't mind donating for listing prices, this coin has been flawless so far.

I've wrote mails to:

Yobit.net
Binance.com
CoinExchange.io
Cryptopia.co.nz

Cryptipia said we have to buy into with 1M Dot which is 1.7BTC~

No Response from the others so far.

What about Bittrex?
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Mirrax's HIGH RISK altcoin investment guide for 2017 on: September 07, 2017, 01:30:09 PM
Hi Guys,

I picked TrezarCoin because i think it fits well with my coin picks.
1, Ghostlander is excellent dev, and ChekaZ pay him for work.
2, The coin have superb technology forked from Orbitcoin (little known coin due bad marketing but with some interesting features, especially 0% pos which i like a lot)
3, I know ChekaZ personally and i am very curious to see where he can take this coin

Also I dont own any coins, only way for me is buy in auction (I am not miner)

Should you buy or mine this coin?
I don't know, its up to you...

Does the market really need another currency / store of value coin?

I can't even count how many we have already, and we have multiple coins for each niche (security, privacy, speed, cost, etc.).

Not saying you're wrong, just wondering what value you see in this coin other than a couple names you recognize...

Market will decide that not you or me...
True, but the question was what value you see in the coin other than the developer.

There are already tons of coins competing for the currency role, why will this one stand out above the rest?

NXT showed how incompetent they are with the IGNIS ICO. Wouldn't touch any of their coins with a 10-foot pole.

For anyone who isn't familiar: On Day 1 of the IGNIS ICO 100% of available tokens were sold to a single account: https://nxtportal.org/transactions/831783907619337538

They bought 10 million coins in total, and the devs said they would do nothing about it.

Neo was six dollars when you made the above post. Its now 22

I bought ANS @ $8, doesn't change the fact that most of the hype surrounding it had no merit.

Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Fair enough. Glad you changed your mind on that decision.

Me too. I also stand by my assessment that XEL is a shitcoin. I'm disappointed you chose to ignore my Blocknet and Nexus bags though, which are up over 400% each Sad

And you should look up Cunningham's Law sometime. Just sayin' Wink

Oh, thanks for saving us "LamboMoonYacht".

Some variation of an ad hominem attack or "stop spreading FUD" is exactly the type of response that only confirms suspicions.

What's been happening with XEL lately? Any new updates coming? It sure looks extremely undervalued at Bittrex right now.

XEL has no white paper, no roadmap, and only 2 part-time developers.

Even at 7.5k it's still overvalued  Cheesy
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [SCAM ALERT] Elastic Project - The Decentralized Supercomputer on: July 11, 2017, 03:56:07 PM
Funny how karma works. I came here through viewing the lasts post by E-K and jumped out off the sinking scam. This project is doomed to fail.

Yup, EK's piss-poor attitude is what initially caused me to start digging into XEL's background. That's how I learned about these threads and their scammy history.

If EK hadn't been such a dick when I asked a simple question, I probably would've bought some XEL in the OTC thread.

Really glad I didn't. XEL has been one of the biggest losers in this recent dip and I honestly think they have no hope of releasing a worthwhile product, at least not with an insecure manchild like EK at the helm. They're also up against Golem, which is superior in every way.

Decred is a solid coin with only 5 million supply. Also LTC developer is holding this coin.

What's with all the newbs talking about supply? Supply means jack shit when you can trade fractions of a coin.

Market cap is the metric you're looking for.
