Just wanted to thank you Herbert2020 - this trick worked on my wallet that was "stuck" since Aug 1st - I did somehow manage to create a ElectronCash wallet with the old Electrum seed and I saw the BCC and the transactionhistoery of Electrum - but this new wallet was not allowing to send out - but thanx to these simple steps I now managed to do a first send transaction! Just waiting for the netwotk to confirm it - if it works I will send some your way!

I would say it is confirmed the same scammers are behind bluemining - I have emailed all email available to bluemining and pmworks and got one reply (with no name of sender) - then they changed the "About us" some on Bluemining - but no protest or defense or anything of the things I wrote - its another Grosser operation Im convinced - dont touch it!

...after screening the content of both Hashmining and Bluemining it seems very fishy - as we all know it is important to be able to reach someone at the core to get information and answers...
On bluemining FAQ it says:
When can I reach Bluemining?
We are available from 09:00 to 17:00. You can reach us via email. You can email us 24 hours a day.
...but there are no email given anywhere...only a web-form you can fill in

I tried to get (Jaarrekeningen) the Annual Financial Statement to see what king of capital is behind the initiative - but not a single year available - suspicious!
...and another clue to this being related to Grosser is the obsession about titles - from the "About us"...

Most likely we wont hear any more from CEO Grosser or "the support team" but its interesting how the setup was made

Offshore company formation an registration is very easy - there are many companies who provide assistance and "of-the-shelf" paperwork to do so - and its generally legal - the issue comes later when taxation has to be declared and paid. A foreign (UK based) company can register a subsidiary in EU (forexample Holland) and transfer all revenue from the subsidiary tax free to the offshore owner (provided you do it right and the holding is due to pay tax elsewhere). Thats why they bother make all these companies.

What shows in public records is that Orange4capital Ltd was formed in the UK 20 feb 2017, owned by the V&P Family Group LLP (same holding that controls all other offshore companies involved) - this company changed name to BRANDMYWIFI LIMITED by 2017 apr 07

I will as of now consider my investment lost to yet another internet scam - and while regretting being so stupid also be more careful in the future...

My concern is that with the anarchistic crypto-currencies we have limited governance over fraudulent behavior - a new situation where no one else can help you get justice like in this situation
These people can disappear and still reach their (stolen) assets from anywhere - fine balance between trust and technology

A fast check reveals that Ashwin Grösser (same birth date as Victor) and Michael Nana Adjei had a company Eye247 Ltd that was incorporated aug 2015 and forced to dissolved by nov 2016
If he operates under several names he must even have falsified ID documents of some sort.
Bernadette Christelle Raissa Van Amsterdam (Christelle van Amsterdam) is co-owner of the holding company and controls equally the assets
Jan Piek appears to have a company registered at Veembroederhof 281, Amsterdam, Netherlands, 1019 HD but no evidence that he and Grosser have joint operations
The other aka's haven't shown any results but it appears by the information you have that this is a genuine bottom-feeder. Let us hope enough pressure is put on his case to force a stop to his activities...

Phone +31848846639 - not a person mentioned anywhere else but the email company info is familiar

The key person, as far as we can tell is, Victor Grosser, Dutch citizen living in the Amsterdam area

On the bitcoinscamfighters.com homepage his profile is still published as CEO but the team / advisory profiles are changed

I agree with you! The behavior of this service provider is very unusual. Based on the tip from Wickjohn I have started to dig a little deeper into the individual resources involved. I have contacts in Amsterdam that will help out here. I personal joined after a promotion on Coin-telegraph and I tipped them of to do a background as well. So lets see if the hashminers surface and solve the technical issues. It would be ironic if the scam-detectives turned out to be scammers them selves More to come in this matter...

@ Jasonx31 :  Take a deep breath and relax! Its is pure speculation what your writing. So far there has been some delays in information but they came back every time and corrected the situation. Admitted it could be faster but so far there are no proof of scam or alike. So before you report anybody to anyone remember its also illegal to spread slander about others. Happy mining!
