1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs = More of the same on: October 27, 2017, 01:38:10 AM
Every ICO does seem the same, I've been looking for an ICO with a completely original idea for a while now. Nothing seems to be popping up.

There are some, but too much noise in this forum.

Need To Know
Vital Information Has Been Recycled, This Goldmine was found hiding too far down the post:

Recycle

(proposed / not live yet)
Gentle Support For Your Troubled Coins
Recycle: Turn Your Troubled Crappy Coins Into Fresh, Golden Seed Money.

Clearly not a "pump and dump" plan.

>> "Gentle support" for your troubled coins  // Funding for hungry students and Funnysocks!
Investors pay us early-seed money, including the option to fund/partly-fund with "crappy old coins" (edit pending we love your shiny tokens). Then in the forum people see us paying bounties, offering writing contests, etc. with the coins that generally no one else is using, but do have some real value.

Investors get "gentle, honest" exposure for their troubled (losing) investments and we get money to work with.

4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / History Repeats: How to "Change History" instead of a (BTC) "Crap Fork 2018... on: October 22, 2017, 05:42:15 PM

these current new fork types are also the same. they are going to be around for a while and then go away and become a page in the history books. some of them won't even make the page.

Many replies were great, thank you. I am quoting this one for a reason.
Some of them won't even make the page...

Thank you for patience, everyone.

We still would be stuck in "dirty history loop" and experience the same crap cycle all over again with some different details.
Please (someone) try to "write code" (first) with IDEAS not computer code.

What could in theory (in a free-market / with INCENTIVES), stop the trend of endless crap, by providing a motivation to do better and earn big profits in a new way? Hint: Close the loop, incentives to create better long term value, instead of endless "bags of poop"?

Yes. Just like it survived the other 1000 Altcoins.

5  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-10-20] First World Fat Cat Jamie Dimon Doesn’t Understand Poverty, Bashes on: October 22, 2017, 12:01:49 AM
Why are we still talking about Jamie Dimon, He's 5 minute of fame is already. We already found out that he is the real stupid here because he clearly doesn't understand what bitcoin is for the most part of the world. He is only here to protect their own backyard that is the old US o A. He doesn't know that in some parts of the world, bitcoin is being used as a currency and used it to purchased it to bring food in the table. He only knows about his banks, how fraudulent as it may sounds to make money, they will do it, for the sake of them making huge profit. And they think that bitcoin can disrupt that process and they are they are being threaten by bitcoin. So they must act fast and attack bitcoin before its too late.

Is this the guy from a month ago, a big US investor company? Why does he keep trying to bash BTC?
I will check...

JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon sparked a conversation about bitcoin among top Wall Streeters.
Since he called the digital currency "a fraud" in September, a slew of top Wall Streeters..

Yes he is the same one, we should be rid of people like him by now?
How to make the human side of BTC more secure from bad propaganda? Why not spend some of ETH magic money to help the ecosystem?
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin (BTC) survive an 'Industry Standard' amount of crappy forks? on: October 21, 2017, 11:49:42 PM
You are talking like a hater of bitcoin, and you are trying to spread fud all over this forum in order to create some panic over it, have you noticed that the price has only being going up in the last few days because of bitcoin gold fork? that is why it went from $4,50k to $6,20k in less than a month, and you should think about it before creating a new thread.
Also it happened on august, the price was $2300 and it grow to $3300 in just three days, that is insane.
So yes, it will surive and keep going up because of this kind of "crappy" forks.

I be askin honest question, do you want me to report you to mods?

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is "Bitcoin Cash" in a position to become better than BTC? on: October 21, 2017, 07:48:02 PM
Flame throwers off, please, this is a question:

Lower fees
Faster transactions
The media (sometimes) calls it a 'split', not a fork, which is sad but almost LOL funny?

Free money for the rich and nothing for the poor = Sounds just like the real world.

Mostly based on...
Lower fees & Faster transactions:
Is "Bitcoin Cash" in a position to become better than BTC?
I really don’t know what this bitcoin and bitcoin cash is all about, based on what I have been reading I have learnt that its still the same with the original bitcoin which I know, just that the new one promises or posseses faster transaction speed

Some people see it as Free Money, how many forks can we have will it turn out to be like 10,000 crapcoins = endless forks?

I want to try to become a student or FunnySock!

Do I have to join in the other thread too? (The one with "Will you please trust me with a valuable seat?")

Edit: I thought I was in the other thread sorry... updating
Yes, there is a small extra bonus here, the BIG One is the other thread, so for the HUGE one you need a seat there, please.
Thank you for asking, we need to start a discussion thread soon.

Please remember: One post "reserved seat" / username and then there are times when you edit your one post. I will do my best to answer questions for now, but we will be needing a proper discussion thread.

More than one actually:
Not afraid of Spam, we can "Recycle" it into a way to discover talent writers, creative thinkers, trusted escrow agents, graphic artists, entertainers, etc.

Offering to "gently support" troubled "crapcoins" by "being seen" giving them away in Fun creative writing and other valuable contests.  // Clearly, Not a pump and dump, see below.

(Slowly) Building our JUMBO Legal Trust Fund ~50 cents at a time.  (LOL?)

Much, much more, please stay tuned...     Cheesy
