Is there anyone here uses Duckduckgo as their search engine? It's more secure and does not store your data or track you like what Google and Bing do. Aside from Duckduckgo, YaCy is also another comprehensive search portal similar to Duckduckgo. From their description, YaCy is a decentralized search engine that is not possible to censor as they do not share the content of their index and every search you made from them are private. Check those two out if you like. I use duckduckgo sometimes which is good. |

Not really. 99% of people wouldn't care to help decentralize the web. The last 1% would become supernodes and we'd have the centralization problem again. Take a look at BTC, it used to be anyone with a CPU could be part of the mining. Sure, that dual-core amd rig might only generate a few micro-btc per week, but it was feasible to mine with it. Now-a-days, mining is owned by a few super nodes; those with the access to supply of hardware. Decentralizing the internet would be an absolutely massive undertaking, considering it's already decentralized (feel free to advertise your own BGP routes, I just won't trust them  ) Decentralized internet is a game changer. |

So your logic with the coin being undervalued has nothing to do with tech and everything to do with a polo listing occurring? Congrats. Welcome to the end of a long line of a list of all other alts praying for a polo listing rather than a technological progression in order to raise valuation. No. Shift is rising with or without polo. Polo has much higher volumes and speeds up the process. |

SHIFT is a great coin but the marketcap value is very high. it needs to invest very heavily in order to grow more. it will still win No, not high. Read more about Shift. If Polo listing happen, a solid $10 - $15 dollar. |

Shift recently had a bad newsletter release with a potential increase in Shift supply. This was the reason for the drop. They have since worked with the community and redacted this code from the update. Price going up FAST. This might be a great time to buy.

maidsafe is a project in the working i think. but how are you going to provide internet access with decentralized? it just cant happen imo, or at least not completely decentralized. there will always be someone controlling electricity supplies, if they cut it off then bummer.

I like the potential of this coin but one thing that scares me is the 1m stolen coins from the hacked exchange accounts I read about. Do you guys know what the situation with those coins are? The way I see it is there's a potential of a huge dump during a bull run. How was/is/will this hack be nullified?
I've heard that the stolen coins was already sold during February. Look at the dump in February. They are long gone. No big dumps gonna happen. Ok cool thanks guys Don't worry. Just hold some, you'll be happy |

wow i only found out about this interesting project just now. does the dev team still need translations to other languages? I can translate to Filipino/Tagalog and/or Esperanto if you guys need it. thanks and more power to this project!
