I like the potential of this coin but one thing that scares me is the 1m stolen coins from the hacked exchange accounts I read about. Do you guys know what the situation with those coins are? The way I see it is there's a potential of a huge dump during a bull run. How was/is/will this hack be nullified?

This is a list of SHIFT delegates (active or close to 101) who decided to act as a pool

- official_pool
- gregorst
- seatrips
- shiftraider
- shiftspider
- bawga
- shiftpool
- jamiec79
- djandre
- redpool
- stefanoproxy_pool
- alelosbrigia
- sio34

Anyway it is better to choose some other delegates too who have stable nodes and contribute to the stabilization of the network

You can vote up to 33 delegates per one vote. if you want to vote more, you have to vote multiple times.

Therefore, is there any shift delegate calculator for each delegates on how much i can earn if i vote?

Thanks!

What is the most secure way to store your shift?

i installed a virtual machine on my private network with shift installed. i only login there. otherwise you could use the official wallet https://wallet.shiftnrg.org and create and wallet there. if you will have stored some shift in your account, don't forget to create a 2nd passphrase for your account.
it's more secure than leave your amount on bittrex and you can vote some delegates and delegate pools, from where you can earn some shift every day. the amount you get depends on how much shift you have. the more shift you have, the more powerful is your vote.
for example, if you have ~100k you will get ~1 shift per day from a pool.

best regards

i think there is no calculator. but you can take a look in the explorer. for seatrips pool for example: https://explorer.shiftnrg.org/address/2675385658327038858S

take a look for the transactions and the past payouts to voting accounts. rexy_voting (126,232.34084041 SHIFT) got 1.36909408 SHIFT yeasterday. if i calculated right, you get with 10000 shift 0.1084 shift per day.

how much would i get with let's say 2000 Shift. Is it even worth it? I plan on keeping long term(Years)

If it's as you said -> approximately 0.1 Shift per 10k Shift daily, then i'd get around 0.02 SHIFT daily, so 0.6SHIFT/month.. not that much xD

Also, there are arround 12 (or more, idk) other delegates that act as pools and share their rewards. So that grows to arround 7 shift per month (if they have the same payout %) and you can vote with 1 shift for 33 delagates.

I am new to the Shift community. Is there a minimum amount of Shift needed for forging? I withdrew my Shift from Bittrex and it is now on my wallet, however I am unable to forge and my ranking seems to be stuck regardless of the amount of shift in my wallet... Any advice would be appreciated.
