and about that popup redirecting problem: ETH/EUR, XMR/EUR shows correct charts but XRP/EUR redirects to Apple stock... this happens with two separate computers and accounts, and OS's and browsers...  |

Thanks for the trade.kraken.com link, haven't been using Kraken for a while.
About main site and trading, i see my accounts $-balance at the top of the page and cryptowatch but can't see funds available for new orders (balance includes already open orders).
From where i can find available funds for new orders (obviously needed when placing new orders if i want to use them all at once).

didn't do anything and charts work ok now... well, that didn't last... same problem again with no matter with what computer or lap top i try... Krakens chart popup (top left drop down menu) redirects to "apple-stock chart" no matter what currency i choose. customer service offers same "clean cookies"-jargon  again Kraken is nice entry point with fiat but pretty unusable for daily trading, or weekly... |

How long withdrawals usually take ? Last time a few months back Bitfinex's ETH "processing" before transaction took about 2 hours. Now XRP withdrawal has been under "processing" like 3 hours or so. Just curious, not really complaining (yet)... cheers edit: it took 7½ hours to get those ripples moving... kind of eats the idea of quick handling of value. i mean 15mins would ok, but this hours long waiting...  |

I'm talking about SEPA € withdrawals/deposits. This is the only thing that I have no complaints about at Kraken. It's your bank that creates the delay.
Me too, SEPA € withdrawal inside EU. I don't know who/what is causing this delay but Krakens withdrawal info is still "sending". I doubt very much it's because of bank. This is reply i got: Hi,
Your withdrawal status has been updated to "pending" to your account. Please allow for a minimum of 5 business days to process to your bank account.
We appreciate your patience and please feel free to contact us again anytime.

withdrawal and deposit completed, well done Kraken (no sarcasm here  ). was just a bit concerned remembering withdrawaling last year that took a bit longer. good to see SEPA works this quickly now.  |

same or next day ? sure... my earlier experiences aren't that good
deposit, min 5 days ( + weekends obviously )
withdrawal usually ~5 days after withdrawal is completed from Kraken
second day withdrawal status still "Sending", first withdrawal from this T4 account so i have no idea if contact from Kraken is needed to complete it.

How long it usually takes to process € withdrawal to bank account? My withdrawal has been "on hold" (verified tier4 account) and when i contacted your chat-help they said withdrawal/fund team will contact me through e-mail. As you guessed already: no contact from them and withdrawal still on hold. What is that, you can't automatically process withdrawals ? Will this delay be added to "five banking days" ? edit: status is now "Sending" so i guess it went through... |

Thanks for the reply, i thought tier 4 would have helped to make quicker deposits but i guess not. Your "5 days" means 5 days + weekend = eight days.
I'll sent another ticket tomorrow if deposit isn't credited.
May i ask what causes this delay in sepa payments ? I make an payment, it's instantly reduced from my bank account and bank forwards it in 24h max.
Then it lays somewhere four days and over weekend of course... ??
and yes, it's nice to see everything skyrocketing when stuck with uncredited deposit...

Kraken's "please allow five days blahblah" after sepa deposit is actually automatically at least eight days... if you are lucky. How on earth you still haven't fixed this delay when making deposits ?? yeah ticket sent, escalated and automatic "  "-reply received |
