Hi,
I have an issue when I run a brand new PC wallet:
A general unexpected critical error has occurred:
error: couldnt connect to server: EOF reached (code 1)
(make sure server is running and you are connecting to the correct RPC port)
See the console/logfile output for more detailed error information!
Could someone help me with this issue?

But is possible send Etp from Bitfinex to the ETP wallet ?
What makes you think that it wouldn't be possible? Unless you know of some super recent news that I'm not aware of that says otherwise, I don't see the problem in making ETP to ETP transactions... But did you try ? Bitfinex return me "Invalid metaverse address (xxxxxxxx)" when i try withdrawing to my etp wallet Hi, In my case, in January I sent my ETP from Bitfinex to ETP Wallet without any issue. |

I think you can find it on the "personal information" tab, where you set your second secret, do not forget to sign in your wallet on the website, you can not do it with your APP wallet.
Could you please give the link where I have to sign in my wallet ? I successfully set the lock position and from the instructions from that medium article I get, that there is nothing more to do to be eligible for the airdrop  you just need to lock your wallet higher than 4600000, before which you should ensure your wallet have more than 100XAS, then you need do nothing, just wait for the free airdrop coins Hi, I have some doubts about the second CCtime airdrop, in the Detailed Rules for CCTime Airdrop stage II: https://medium.com/aschplatform/detailed-rules-for-cctime-airdrop-stage-ii-dce4cbb35837In the bottom of the information is this: "If you don’t understand, you can directly lock the wallet to the height of the 4600000. Only the balance of the account is not less than 500 XAS can participate in the airdrop" So Im little confusing if I can applied to the airdrop, I just have 400 XAS. I can not transfer xct from my wallet to join the airdrop even though it is enough. What should I do? I think the wallet is a problem with signing but I do not know how to solve it.
What type of problema do you have? I just applied to the airdrop, I think that everthing was all right. |

How i uninstall in windows 64bits the old bitbay wallet? bitbay-qt

I just want to uninstall to install the new wallet. The old QT wallet is simple the executable. Deleting it will uninstall it. However there are files stored in the folder c:\users\(your user name)\appdata\roaming\bitbay However just remember in that folder is wallet.dat which contains your account so make sure to back that up or move funds out of that wallet before you intend on deleting that folder. Thanks man, right now my BAYs are in the exchange and delete the files from the old wallet. |

since a friend of mine and me cann't access the asch wallet even if we have submitted several times the passphrases i just
want to ask you if we have to insert the words in lowercase, uppercase or eventually we have to leave a space betwen a word and another?

Just insert the passphrase as same that the system share you, the 12 words have a space between each word and all are lowercase. |

Help Where can I see if Im blacklisted from the CCtime Airdrop? Solution 1: Set lock position to 11/25. The system will then automatically record the airdrop.
Solution 2: Transfer your tokens to a new wallet and bind again.What means the solution 1? Thank you |
