Your points make sense but they arent totally right.
This product isnt gonna make you rich out of nothing but if used in the right way it will help you making money. As you said, since we cant predict a 100% future, chances of either a bot or a trader to be successfull are somehow the same. See this product a good tool for lazy/experienced traders (set your configs and let it run them) and also a good tool for who is just new into the cryptoworld, all to do is just find the right chart and run gunbot.
About selling his product, well he is a programmer, an analyst and he knows about finance. This is his job and while at it, he is increasing experience on programming, analyzing, or like building a community and sustain it, face differents challenges which come from all the ecosystem surrounding gunbot, the list could carry on for pages. He is ofc getting paid for what he is doing and the fact that peeps are investing into gunbot are giving him the right motivation to go ahead with his project, improving his software with new features and strategies.
I never spotted any ads claiming that gunbot will make u rich. This is a merchandise product as the crypto themselves.
It is all about a bet after all
