This coin exists since 2015 and there is nothing even in late 2017. I don't know also whether they have enough money and a good team to develop their product.

I have never heard of shift but it seems to have already pumped from under a penny to 2 dollars seems to be to late to buy into this.

Looks good but how much cash do you have? I think that's very important because you should never go %100 coins or fiat. Always keep them balanced. If you have 25 BTC I assume you also have 250k USD cash. If your USD amount is under this then you should sell some of your BTC to keep a 1:1 ratio.
